（ホ）図５で示すように、押え部収納用中袋（１３）は、中身の素材を中央付近を低く押える為、スナップや縫い止め等で、中央付近を低く押えこれによって、頭部がしっかりおさまり安定する。
本発明は、以上の構成よりなっている。
本発明を使用するときは、内袋（７）に素材を入れて、内袋開閉部（８）を閉じ、各袋部Ａ，Ｂ、Ｃの開閉部を開き挿入し閉じる。
