Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a seam treatment material attached to a seam between wall materials such as outer wall boards.
As a method for solving such a problem, Patent Document 1 discloses a belt-like shape made of a silicone resin or the like between an adhesive layer adhered so as to cover a seam between wall materials and an elastic seal material on the outside thereof. A method of using a seam treatment material provided with a fluidized bed is disclosed. By sticking such a seam treatment material so as to cover the seam between the wall materials, the adhesive layer of the seam treatment material follows such a change when a force that changes the interval of the wall material acts. However, such force is absorbed and relaxed in the fluidized bed between the adhesive layer and the elastic sealing material, and hardly reaches the elastic sealing material. Therefore, by using such a seam treatment material, it is possible to suppress cracks in the exterior coating film that occur when the interval between adjacent wall materials changes.
However, when such a seam treatment material is used, there is a problem that the outer wall coating film of the portion corresponding to the seam swells to the outside over time due to a change in temperature or the like.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and makes it a subject to provide the seam processing material which can prevent not only the crack of an exterior coating film but the swelling.

Moreover, it is preferable that the said buffer material is provided by gravure printing.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the joint processing material which can prevent not only the crack of an exterior coating film but the swelling can be provided.
The present invention will be described in detail below.
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a
The seam treatment material 10 </ b> A in this example covers the seam C between the wall materials W, that is, the

In this example, the reinforcing
And between the
Further, the

In addition, you may use an adhesive agent for the adhesion of 10 A of seam treatment materials as needed. Further, a base treatment or undercoating may be applied to the target portion of the wall material W before sticking.
In addition, as in the example of FIG. 1, when the square

Furthermore, the widths W 1 , W 2 , W 3, etc. of each part can be set as appropriate according to the width of the joint C, the structure of the joint C, and the like. Moreover, you may provide a release paper suitably in the exposed surface of the
FIG. 7 exemplifies still another embodiment. The seam treatment material 10 </ b> F is a first reinforcing layer in which the reinforcing

Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to examples.
[Examples 1 to 10]
A seam treatment material having a width W 1 of 5 cm having the configuration shown in FIG. 1 was produced.
The adhesive layer was formed from an acrylic resin and the thickness was 20 μm. The reinforcing layer is a non-woven fabric made of polypropylene (12 g / m 2 ) disposed inside the acrylic rubber and has a thickness of 150 μm.
Between the adhesive layer and the reinforcing layer, a buffer portion width W 2 disposed so as to be 3 cm, on either side of the buffer section provided with the cushioning material absence portion in the width W 3 1 cm. Moreover, the buffer part was formed by providing the buffer material which consists of squares partially. The buffer material was provided in a staggered manner on the surface of the reinforcing layer by gravure printing of a silicone resin (manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Silicone Co., Ltd., SRX-370). The thickness was 5 μm. Table 1 shows the area ratio (%) of the part where the buffer material is provided in the buffer part having a length X of one side of the buffer material, the span S, and the length of 1 m.
The obtained seam treatment material was evaluated as follows. The results are shown in Table 1.
[Evaluation]
(1) Crack test of exterior coating film (elongation test: zero span tension measurement)
Two slate plates were arranged, and the seam treatment material obtained in each example was adhered to the joint so that the adhesive layer side was in contact with the slate plate. Thereafter, an acrylic resin paint was applied to the outside of the seam treatment material to form an outer coating film having a thickness of 500 μm, and the test piece was left for 14 days.
Tension was applied at a rate of 5 mm / min so that the width of the joint of the slate plate in the test piece was widened, and the width of the joint when a crack occurred in the exterior coating film was measured. At this time, the test environment temperature was set to 5 ° C. In addition, after applying an epoxy resin (Bond E200 manufactured by Konishi Co., Ltd.) to a thickness of 0.5 mm in advance on the surface of the slate plate, it is allowed to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes and cured to give a ground treatment. I left it.
The case where the measured seam width (minimum width of the seam at which the exterior coating film cracks) is 10 mm or more is shown as “good” in the table, and the case where it is less than 10 mm is shown as “fail”.
(2) Swelling test of exterior coating film (swelling test: hot / cold cycle test)
A test piece was produced in the same manner as in the above (1), and this test piece was held at −5 ° C. for 3 hours and then held at 75 ° C. for 3 hours as one cycle, for a total of 40 cycles. Then, the presence or absence of the swelling of the part corresponding to the joint in an exterior coating film was evaluated visually.
The case where no blistering was observed by visual observation is shown in the table as ◯, and the case where swelling was recognized as x.
