洗浄水流路が前記エンドレスベルトの上下ベルト部の間に介装され、同回動路を横断するとともに同ベルトの上ベルト部の端縁部から下ベルト部の反対側の端縁部に向けて下傾斜する洗浄水流路上に水を流して、上ベルトから落下する前記重合体の粉末とともに前記洗浄水流路上を流下させること、
前記洗浄水流路を水と一緒に流下した含水重合体粉末を、前記洗浄水流路の下端部に配された滞留部に滞留させること、
前記滞留部に滞留する前記含水重合体粉末を回収すること、
