一端にテープ受ローラを有し中間に第1の支軸と他端に第2の支軸を備えたアームを形成する始動アーム部と、
非粘着部材を、支軸を有する保持体に巻回保持してなる非粘着部材供給部を支持する支持枠体に連接した細長い腕の先頭部に粘着テープに非粘着部材を押し当て貼付するための非粘着部材押し当て部を設けると共に前記支持枠体の所定部位に前記第2の支軸に係合する軸孔を具備する着脱可能な非粘着部材支持枠体と、
