Description

The present invention relates to a container containing a foaming agent such as a foam bathing agent, and more particularly to a foam propulsion container that is self-propelled while jetting the foaming agent in water and automatically sprays the foaming agent.

As a conventional foaming propulsion container of this type, for example, a bathing agent toy as described in Patent Document 1 is known. In other words, a toy-specific float is connected to a foamed bathing agent container underneath, and the container has a number of water holes including a side and a bottom, and is open at a position where the top side is submerged in water. It has the composition which has a part. The upper part of the container is closed with a partition lid, and by inclining the lid so that the opening direction is at a high position, when the bathing agent is put into the container and put into water, the gas spouted from the bathing agent It was configured to rise and be released mainly from the opening to become a driving force.

However, in the case of the bathing agent toy described above, it was necessary to float separately from the container in order to float the foaming bathing agent. Moreover, the container only moves in the horizontal direction at the same depth by floating, and does not move in the vertical direction. Therefore, the components of the bathing agent simply diffuse into the water from the same depth, and the diffusion effect is low.
Note that Patent Document 2 also describes a similar foam propulsion container with a buoyancy body.
JP2003-103064 JP-A-11-207045

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to float from the water using the gas generated from the foaming agent without using the float of another member. By adopting the constitution, a foam propulsion container having a high diffusion effect capable of diffusing the component of the foaming agent in the longitudinal direction at the time of rising is provided.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the invention according to claim 1 has a container main body for storing a foaming agent, and the container main body has a suction port for taking water into the container main body, and a suction port from which the water is sucked. In a foam propulsion container provided with an injection port for propelling the container body by ejecting bubbles generated by the reaction of water and the foaming agent to the outside of the container body, the container body is submerged in a state in which the foaming agent is stored. It is configured to sink, and a gas retention part is provided inside the container body where gas stays above the foaming agent. Then, the buoyancy is generated and the structure floats.

The invention described in claim 4 is characterized in that posture stabilizing means is provided in the upper part of the container body.
The invention according to claim 5 is characterized in that the container body is formed of a film.
Therefore, it is lightweight and maintains its posture by the buoyancy of the gas retention part, the propulsion speed is fast, and the effect of diffusing dissolved components is high.

According to the present invention, when the foaming agent is foamed and the bubbles are retained in the gas retaining portion, buoyancy is obtained and the surface is lifted, so that a special buoyancy body is not required and the configuration can be simplified. Moreover, since the melt | dissolved foaming agent can be diffused longitudinally from the deep place in water to the water surface, the diffusion effect to water is high.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since at least a part of the injection port is located below the surface of the water, water and the foaming agent dissolved in the water are ejected vigorously and the speed is increased. In addition, the diffusion effect of dissolved components is high.
According to the invention described in claim 3, since the container body is provided with the fall prevention means for preventing the foaming agent from dropping, the suction port can be made large while supporting the foaming agent, and the reaction between the foaming agent and water Can be promoted.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the posture stabilizing means is provided on the upper portion of the container body, even if the center of gravity of the container body moves upward as the foamed bathing agent disappears, the lower surface of the posture stabilizing plate is on the water surface. Because it is in close contact, the posture of the container body does not fall down.
Moreover, various patterns can be printed using the upper surface of the posture stabilizing plate.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the container body is made of a film, the container main body is good in discardability, excellent in printing characteristics, and lightweight, so that the propulsion speed is high and the dispersion efficiency can be further increased.

The present invention will be described below based on the illustrated embodiments.
FIG. 1 shows a blowing agent propulsion container according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
This foaming propulsion container 1 has a container body 3 that houses a foaming bath agent 2 as a foaming agent, and is a container that dissolves and diffuses the foaming bath agent 2 in hot water while self-propelled in the hot water of the bathtub. The container body 3 has a suction port 4 for taking hot water into the container body 3, and a gas such as carbon dioxide gas generated by the reaction between the hot water sucked from the suction port 4 and the foaming bath agent 2 is put out of the container body 3. An injection port 5 is provided for ejecting and propelling the container body 3.

The container body 3 is configured to sink in water in a state where the foamed bath agent 2 is accommodated, and a gas retaining portion 6 in which gas bubbles 2a generated above the foamed bath agent 2 are retained is provided in the container body 3, At the initial stage of charging, it sinks in water, and the foaming bath agent 2 is foamed, so that the volume of the gas staying in the gas retaining part 6 increases and the buoyancy increases to a predetermined size.
The suction port 4 opens at the lower part of the container body 3, and the injection port 5 opens at the side of the container body 3 directly below the gas retention part 6.

In the example of illustration, the container main body 3 is comprised with a film, and the foaming bath agent 2 is utilized as the weight which sinks the container main body 3 in water.
The material of the film is not particularly limited. Thermoplastic resins such as nylon, linear-, low-, high-density polyethylene, polyolefins such as polypropylene, polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate, and barrier films (eg, vapor-deposited film) , Aluminum laminate film). Moreover, these plastic films can be constituted by a single layer or by laminating two or more kinds, and are appropriately selected according to the contents.
Such a film has good discardability, excellent printing characteristics, and light weight, so that the propulsion speed is high and the dispersion is good.
Furthermore, a water-soluble thing is applicable. The water-soluble film may be any material that can maintain its shape in water for a certain period of time, such as sheet-like or plate-like gelatin, starchy materials such as wafers, and paper such as paper soap.

When the specific gravity of the foam bathing agent 2 is very close to 1 or less than 1, a separate weight may be provided so that the center of gravity of the container body 3 itself is downward. Further, a toy such as a doll having a specific gravity greater than 1 may be embedded in the foam bathing agent 2. As the foam bathing agent 2, various forms of foaming agents such as solid, powder, flakes and the like can be used.
The container body and the foamed bathing agent include both the case where the foaming bathing agent is contained in the container body from the beginning and the case where the container body is separated at the beginning and is used after being used after use.

The container body 3 is a vertical pouch in which the peripheral edges of a pair of left and right films 31, 31 are bonded vertically except for the portions of the suction port 4 and the injection port 5 to form a storage space 7. The orientation of the direction is in use. The film 31 has a substantially quadrangular shape, and the front portion (the propulsion direction) is formed in an arc shape, and the front edge and the upper edge are thermally welded to form the front seal portion 8 and the upper seal portion 9. Moreover, the corner | angular part of a rear side edge and a lower side edge is the corner | angular part seal | sticker part 10 heat-welded partially. The corner seal portion 10 includes a narrow rear portion seal portion 10a extending upward from the corner portion along the rear edge, and a lower portion seal portion 10b extending forward from the corner portion along the lower edge. Yes.

The rear side edge of the container main body 3 is opened without being sealed between the corner seal portion 10 and the rear end of the upper seal portion 9, and this opening portion is an injection port 5. Further, the lower edge of the container body 3 is opened without sealing between the lower end of the front seal portion 8 and the corner seal portion 10, and this opening portion serves as the suction port 4.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 (F) and 1 (G), the left and right films 31 and 31 of the container body 3 can be used as a toy by drawing a fish pattern or the like.

Since the foamed bath agent 2 stored in the storage space 7 has a predetermined thickness, the thickness cannot be absorbed on the closed upper edge side of the container body 3, and the suction port 4 on the lower edge opens to open the foamed bath agent 2. Thickness is absorbed, and the foaming bath agent 2 is stored in a biased manner toward the lower edge. Accordingly, the center of gravity of the container as a whole is biased to the lower side of the container. Further, depending on the thickness of the foam bathing agent 2, the rear side injection port 5 is also opened to the left and right. Even if the film 31 is flat, it is spread by the thickness of the foam bathing agent 2, but it may be expanded three-dimensionally by overhanging in advance.

The outer edge 8b of the front seal portion 8 is formed in a convex arc shape toward the front, and the inner edge 8a of the front seal portion 8 facing the storage space 7 extends linearly in the vertical direction.
The outer edge 9b of the upper seal portion 9 has an upwardly convex arc shape, and the inner edge 9a facing the storage space 7 has an upwardly convex arc shape in the same manner as the outer edge shape. . An arc space above the storage space 7 defined by the inner edge 9 a of the upper seal portion 9 constitutes the gas retention portion 6. The rear half of the inner edge 9 a is bent downward in the middle and gradually transitions horizontally, and its rear end is connected to the upper end of the injection port 5. When the gas staying in the gas staying portion 6 becomes full, the gas staying portion 6 is pushed out from the injection port 5 to the side.

A positioning seal portion 11 for fixing the foaming bath agent may be provided so that the position of the foaming bath agent 2 does not shift. In the example shown in FIG. 2A, the positioning seal portion 11 protrudes from the central portion of the inner edge 8a of the front seal portion 8 and the mouth edge portion of the injection port 5 above the corner seal portion 10 toward the storage portion 7. It becomes the shape to do.

The shape of the inner edge 9a of the upper seal portion 9 constituting the gas retention portion 6 is not limited to the circular arc shape, and may be any shape that allows the bubbles 2a to stay, and various shapes such as a square can be selected.
The volume of the gas retention part 6 is set so that buoyancy> the weight of the foam propelling container 1 as a whole (the weight of the foaming bath agent 2 + the weight of the container body 3). When there is a weight, the weight is also included.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2 (B), the injection port 5 at the rear edge of the container body 3 may be shifted downward by a predetermined dimension from the upper end of the rear edge, and the gas retention part 6 may be expanded downward. In this case, a gap between the upper end of the rear edge (the rear end of the upper seal portion 9) and the upper end of the injection port 5 is sealed as the rear portion seal portion 12. Further, a partition seal portion 13 that extends from the lower end of the rear part seal portion 12 toward the inside of the container body 3 by a predetermined length may be provided so as to partition the upper end of the injection port 5 and the gas retention portion 6. If the partition seal | sticker part 13 is provided, the quantity of the gas which retains in the gas retention part 6 will be stabilized, and the stable buoyancy can be obtained.

Next, the usage method of the foaming promotion container of this invention is demonstrated.
When the foam propelling container 1 is thrown into the bathtub, it sinks to the bottom with the foam bathing agent 2 or the weight of the weight. Since the center of gravity is at the lower part, the user sits on the bottom 101 of the bathtub with the suction port on the lower edge of the container body 3 facing down.
Hot water enters from the suction port 4 and the injection port 5 of the sunk container body 3, and the hot water touches the foaming bath agent 2 to start foaming. The foamed gas accumulates in the gas retention part 6 located in the upper part of the storage space 7, and the container 1 starts to float.

When the container 1 ascends, hot water, gas, or a liquefied foamed bathing agent is ejected vigorously from the injection port 5, and the container advances by the reaction. Since the bubbles that do not stay in the gas retaining portion 6 are ejected from the ejection port 5, no further levitation is performed. Therefore, the posture of the container 1 is stabilized by the position of the center of gravity and the buoyancy of the gas retention part 6. In this example, since the injection port 5 is located below the gas retention part 6, the injection port is substantially below the water surface at the time of rising, and the upper end of the injection port 5 is positioned near the water surface.
Since the same amount of fresh hot water as the amount of injection from the injection port 5 always enters the container body 3 from the suction port 4, the foaming bathing agent 2 continues to foam continuously and the propulsive force does not decline.

In the present embodiment, the container body 3 is made of a lightweight film, has a flat shape with a small thickness in the lateral direction, and maintains a vertical posture by the buoyancy of the gas retention portion 6, thereby Less resistance. Therefore, the propulsion speed is fast and the diffusion effect of dissolved components is high. Further, since the upper end of the injection port 5 is near the water surface, water and the foaming agent dissolved in water are ejected vigorously together with the foamed bubbles, and the reaction speed further increases the propulsion speed.
When the foamed bathing agent 2 disappears, the container body 3 ends in a state where it floats in the bathtub while leaving the gas in the gas retention part 6.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the following description, only different points from the above embodiment will be described, and the same components will be denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted.

Embodiment 2
FIG. 4 shows a foam propulsion container according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.
In this second embodiment, as a drop-off preventing means for preventing the foaming bath agent 2 stored in the storage space 7 from dropping out, a partly preventing tape is provided at the suction port 4 that is wide open at the lower edge of the container body 3. 111 is passed over to prevent the foaming bath agent 2 from falling off.

Embodiment 3
FIG. 5 shows a foam propulsion container according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention.
In the third embodiment, as a drop-off preventing means for preventing the foamed bath agent 2 stored in the storage space 7 from dropping out, the suction of the lower edges of the pair of films 31, 31 constituting the container body 3 extending in the vertical direction is used. Support pieces 112 and 113 for preventing dropout are partially extended downward from the edge portion of the mouth 4. The support pieces 112 and 113 are hooked with each other and partially passed over the suction port 4 to prevent the foamed bath agent 2 from falling off.

In this example, an engagement groove 114 in which the other support piece 113 can be engaged is formed at the distal end portion of one support piece 112, and a T-shape that is wider than the engagement groove 114 is formed at the distal end of the other support piece 112. An engagement protrusion 115 that projects into a shape is provided. The engagement groove 114 has an entrance side (front end side) interval narrower than the width of the support piece 113, thereby preventing the support piece 113 from coming off the engagement groove 114.

FIG. 6 shows a foam propulsion container according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention.
The fourth embodiment is an example in which a posture stabilizing plate is provided on the upper portion of the container body 3.
In this example, a posture stabilization plate 20 extending in a T shape in both the left and right directions of the container body 3 is provided at the upper end of the container body 3 extending in the vertical direction.
The posture stabilization plate 20 has a substantially triangular shape with a round at the front end, and in this example, the upper portions of the pair of films 31 and 31 constituting the container body 3 are bent and extended to the left and right. The upper surface film 21 is adhered to the entire surface or a part of the upper surface of the portions 32 and 32 and sealed.

The design effect can be enhanced by printing various patterns such as leaves floating on the water surface and flower patterns such as roses on the upper surface of the posture stabilizing plate 20.
Further, by providing the posture stabilizing plate 20, even if the center of gravity of the container body 3 moves upward as the foamed bathing agent 2 disappears, the lower surface of the posture stabilizing plate 20 is in close contact with the water surface. The posture does not fall down.

FIG. 7 shows a modification of the fourth embodiment of the present invention.
This modification is an example in which the gas retention part 6 is provided inside the posture stabilization plate 20 of the fourth embodiment.
That is, the film extension portions 32 and 32 of the film 31 and the upper surface film 21 are heat-sealed only at the peripheral portion, and the central portion is not sealed, and the peripheral seal portion is between the upper film 21 and the film extension portions 32 and 32. The hollow gas retention part 6 surrounded by 22 is formed. This gas retention part 6 communicates with the storage space 7 of the container body 3.
