Description

The present invention relates to a charging stand for charging a secondary battery provided in a portable electronic device such as a mobile phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), or a digital camera.

Mobile electronic devices such as mobile phones, PDAs, and digital cameras are equipped with a secondary battery as an operating power source, and a charging stand is used to charge the secondary battery periodically.

A conventional charging stand includes a case in which a housing portion on which a portable electronic device is placed and a power supply terminal provided on the case so as to face the charging terminal of the portable electronic device, and the portable electronic device is placed in the housing portion. The charging terminal is brought into contact with the power feeding terminal to charge the secondary battery (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).
JP 2003-47164 A JP 2003-51875 A

However, when the conventional charging stand is repeatedly used, dust adheres to the contact target portion of the power supply terminal to the charge terminal, or a chemical change of the contact target portion due to sparks (generation of oxide film) ), The conductivity is lowered, and the secondary battery cannot be stably charged.

In any of the charging stands proposed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, since the power supply terminal is always exposed, dust easily adheres to it, and a short circuit occurs when a conductor is interposed between the power supply terminals for some reason. Will occur.

As a means for avoiding such a short circuit, a circuit configuration in which a switch for detecting that a portable electronic device is placed in the housing portion is provided and energization is performed only when the portable electronic device is placed in the housing portion is also considered. However, it is not possible to eliminate the adhesion of dust to the power supply terminal described above.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a charging stand that is excellent in safety and can stably charge a secondary battery of a portable electronic device.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured such that a housing having a portable electronic device is provided with a case having a first opening facing a charging terminal on the back surface of the portable electronic device, and is urged so as to protrude from the first opening. The power supply terminal and a shutter that opens and closes the first opening and that can be slidably brought into contact with the charging terminal of the power supply terminal in accordance with the opening and closing operation.

In addition, the housing portion has a second opening facing the end of the portable electronic device, and has a knob biased so as to protrude from the second opening, and the knob has a second opening. When projecting further, the shutter closes the first opening, and the shutter opens the first opening when the knob enters the second opening.

In addition, the storage portion has a third opening facing the recess on the back surface of the portable electronic device, and has a claw portion provided so as to protrude from the third opening so as to be able to engage with the recess, When the knob protrudes from the second opening, the claw portion enters the third opening, and when the knob enters the second opening, the claw portion protrudes from the third opening. take.

That is, when the shutter opens and closes the first opening, the portion to be contacted with the charging terminal of the power feeding terminal is slidably contacted to polish the portion.

Further, when the portable electronic device mounted on the housing portion pushes the knob into the second opening, the shutter opens the first opening following the knob, and on the contrary, the portable electronic device is removed from the housing portion and the knob is moved to the first opening. When protruding from the opening of 2, the shutter closes the first opening following the knob.

Further, when the knob is pushed into the second opening by the portable electronic device, the claw portion protrudes from the third opening to engage with the concave portion of the portable electronic device, and on the contrary, when the portable electronic device is removed from the housing portion, The knob protrudes from the second opening, and the claw portion enters into the third opening following this.

According to the charging stand of the present invention, the following excellent effects can be obtained.

When the shutter opens and closes the first opening, the power supply terminal is slidably brought into contact with the charging target part to polish the part, and dust and chemically changed surface layers are removed. Therefore, the secondary battery of the portable electronic device can be stably charged.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIGS. 1 to 3 show an example of an embodiment of a charging stand according to the present invention, and a desktop holder 1, a power supply terminal 2, a shutter 3, a knob 4, and a claw portion 5 are main components.

The desktop holder 1 is a combination of an upper case 8 in which a housing portion 7 on which a mobile phone 6 is placed vertically is formed, and a lower case 9 that closes the back and bottom openings of the upper case 8.

In the housing portion 7 of the upper case 8, a first opening 11 facing the charging terminal 10 provided at the upper back of the mobile phone 6, a second opening 12 facing the lower end of the mobile phone 6, and the mobile phone 6 A third opening 14 facing the concave portion 13 formed in the lower portion of the rear surface of the rear surface is formed.

Inside the upper case 8, a spring seat 15 located in the middle of the openings 11 and 14 and continuing to the back surface of the housing portion 7, and a terminal located near the lower edge of the opening 11 and facing the back surface of the housing portion 7. A seat 16 and a guide 17 that guides the shutter 3 so that the shutter 3 can slide up and down along the back surface of the housing portion 7 with the left and right edges of the shutter 3 sandwiched in the thickness direction are provided.

The power supply terminal 2 is obtained by processing a metal wire, and includes a contact portion 18 refracted so as to pass through the first opening 11, a coiled spring portion 19 connected to one end of the contact portion 18, and the contact portion 18. It has the stop part 20 which continues in a line at the end.

The power feeding terminal 2 has a string spring portion 19 attached to the terminal seat 16 so that the contact portion 18 is urged toward the outside of the upper case 8 from the first opening 11. The contact portion 18 is prevented from being pulled out from the first opening 11 by the stop portion 20 facing to the first opening 11.

The power supply terminal 2 is supplied with a DC current that has been stepped down from a commercial AC current so as to be suitable for charging the secondary battery from an AC adapter (not shown).

The shutter 3 has a slit 21 extending in the vertical direction and into which the spring seat 15 enters, and a portion near the upper end passes through the gap between the terminal seat 16 and the accommodating portion 7 to open the first opening 11 (FIG. 1). (See FIG. 2), and the shutter 3 is urged upward between the back of the top of the upper case 8 and the shutter 3 to the closed position of the first opening 11. A tension spring 22 is interposed so as not to interfere with the power supply terminal 2.

The knob 4 is connected to the lower end of the shutter 3 and is fitted upward into the second opening 12.

Although the knob 4 is formed integrally with the shutter 3, the knob 4 and the shutter 3 may be connected to each other.

That is, when the lower end portion of the mobile phone 6 placed on the accommodating portion 7 contacts the knob 4, the knob 4 is pushed into the second opening 12 by the weight of the mobile phone 6 or the user's operation, and the tension spring 22 is The shutter 3 extends to a position where it opens the first opening 11, and the contact portion 18 of the power supply terminal 2 protrudes outward from the first opening 11 by the restoring force of the string spring portion 19. It reliably contacts the charging terminal 10 (see FIG. 1).

The lowering position of the shutter 3 is regulated by the upper edge of the slit 21 interfering with the spring seat 15 on the back surface side of the housing portion 7.

Further, when the cellular phone 6 is removed from the housing portion 7, the restoring force of the tension spring 22 raises the shutter 3 to the position where the first opening 11 is closed, and the knob 4 protrudes outward from the second opening 12. As the shutter 3 moves up, the contact portion 18 of the power supply terminal 2 is pushed into the upper case 8 (see FIG. 2).

The raised position of the shutter 3 is regulated by the knob 4 interfering with the lower end of the back surface of the housing portion 7.

In addition to this, when the shutter 3 opens and closes the first opening 11, the shutter 3 is slidably contacted with the contact portion 18 of the power supply terminal 2 to polish the portion and remove dust and chemically changed surface layer. The conductivity of the power supply terminal 2 with respect to the terminal 10 does not decrease, and the secondary battery of the mobile phone 6 can be stably charged.

Further, in the portion of the shutter 3 that is in sliding contact with the contact portion 18, the corner portion (the upper edge of the shutter 3) that passes through the first opening 11 has a surface that contacts the contact portion 18 facing upward. 7 is chamfered so that its thickness gradually decreases so as to approach the back surface side of 7.

Due to the presence of the chamfered portion 23, the transfer of the contact portion 18 from the shutter 3 to the charging terminal 10 when the first opening 11 is opened, and the charging terminal 10 to the shutter 3 when the first opening 11 is closed. The transfer of the contact portion 18 becomes smooth.

The shutter 3 is desirably made of a material having excellent lubricity, such as polyacetal resin or polyamide resin, to suppress wear of the contact portion 18 of the power feeding terminal 2 and the shutter 3 itself due to sliding.

Further, a configuration in which the portion where the chamfered portion 23 is formed is assembled as a separate member to the shutter 3 may be adopted.

The claw portion 5 is formed so as to be engageable with the recess 13 of the mobile phone 6 and is fitted into the slit 21 of the shutter 3 and the third opening 14 of the housing portion 7, and the surface facing the shutter 3 faces downward. The projection 24 has a thickness that gradually decreases away from the shutter 3.

The claw portion 5 is connected to a leaf spring 25 that extends downward from the spring seat 15 along the back surface of the accommodating portion 7, and is biased in a direction protruding from the third opening 14.

A protrusion 26 provided in the vicinity of the lower end of the shutter 3 is slidably in contact with the surface of the protrusion 24 facing the shutter 3.

That is, when the lower end portion of the mobile phone 6 placed on the accommodating portion 7 pushes down the knob 4, the projection 26 provided on the shutter 3 moves to the lower end side of the projection 24 connected to the claw 5, and the third opening 14, the claw portion 5 protrudes outward by the restoring force of the leaf spring 25, engages with the recess 13 of the mobile phone 6, and the mobile phone 6 can be securely held in the housing portion 7 (see FIG. 1).

Further, when the knob 4 is lifted by removing the cellular phone 6 from the accommodating portion 7, the projection 26 provided on the shutter 3 moves to the upper end side of the projection 24 connected to the claw 5, and the claw 5 is third. It is pushed into a position that does not protrude from the opening 14 (see FIG. 2).

When the mobile phone 6 placed on the housing portion 7 pushes the knob 4 into the second opening 12, the shutter 3 opens the first opening 11 to project the power supply terminal 2, and when the knob 4 is not pushed. Since the shutter 3 closes the first opening 11 and does not expose the power supply terminal 2, it is possible to prevent dust from adhering to the power supply terminal 2 and to avoid a short circuit between the power supply terminals.

When the cellular phone 6 pushes the knob 4 into the second opening 12, the claw portion 5 protruding from the third opening 14 engages with the recess 13 of the cellular phone 6, so that the cellular phone can be charged when charging the secondary battery. 6 can be securely held in the accommodating portion 7.

Furthermore, when the mobile phone 6 is not placed on the housing portion 7, the power supply terminal 2 is not exposed from the upper case 8, so that dust can be prevented from adhering to the power supply terminal 2 and a short circuit between the power supply terminals 2 can be avoided.

In addition, an automatic return a contact type switch 27 for turning ON / OFF the power supply to the power supply terminal 2 can be installed so that the switch 27 is pushed down when the knob 4 is lowered to close the circuit. In this case, safety is further improved.

It should be noted that the charging stand of the present invention is not particularly limited only to the above-described embodiment, and it is needless to say that changes can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.

The charging stand of the present invention can be applied as a charging means for secondary batteries of various portable electronic devices.
