Description

  The painting tool of the present invention is fixed in a fixed position and can operate in a 360 degree swivel mode. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a painting tool such as a pad painter that can be operated in a unique swivel mode. Brenner International sold a pad painter under the name WORK FAST. In the pad of the present invention, the movable range is extended to 360 degrees. The pad painter has a pad plate with a channel element on the side for receiving a pad attached to the stretched plastic element or a handle coupling element. The upper coupling element is mounted on the stretched plastic element and includes a centrally projecting upwardly threaded portion.   The handle has an elongated upper portion that is elongated and a bent portion that ends in a ball or sphere with a slot at one end. The unique pad painter 10 has a stretched woven or woven pad 11 as shown in FIG. 2 and has a sponge-like base 12 secured on one side thereof.
