Abstract
【解決手段】 合成樹脂素材からなる上ケース1及び下ケース3に囲まれた領域にヒーター2を設け、上ケース1と下ケース3との接合部を溶着して一体化させた便座装置において、上ケース1又は下ケース3のいずれか一方の接合部に、光エネルギー吸収性材料で構成した溶着部4を一体化させてなり、他方を光エネルギー透過性材料で構成し、光エネルギー透過性材料を介して光エネルギー吸収性材料に光エネルギーを供給して加熱することにより、上ケース1と下ケース3を溶着した。こうすることで、吸収側の部材全体が黒色である必要でないため、色調選択の自由、接合部の良外観といった意匠性に優れた便座を提供することができる。

Description
こうすることで、受け側部材は、部材全てが黒色である必要がなく、所望の接合部位のみに最も吸収率が高い黒色部を配せばよいので、色調選択の自由度が上がる。
こうすることで、所望の接合部位が成形の1工程で設けることができるため、後で吸収材料でできた部品を付与するなどの必要がない。また、成形時の熱により溶融固着されるため、吸収材料部材がはがれ落ちることもない。
以上から、吸収側の部材全体が黒色である必要でないため、色調選択の自由、接合部の良外観といった意匠性に優れた便座を提供することができ、溶着方法によって制限を受けていた便座形状、色調の設計自由度が飛躍的におおきくなる。
このようにすることで、便座装置の強度を保ちつつ、溶着部の黒色化を好適に行なうことができる。
便座Aは、上ケース1の内面にヒーター2を貼付した後、上ケース1と下ケース3とを上ケース1に付設された溶着部4を介して接合部同士を組み合わせる。その状態で、図3のように下ケース3の底面側からレーザー光を照射する。下ケース3は光エネルギー透過性素材からなるので、照射した光エネルギーのほぼ全てが下ケース3を透過して(光エネルギーをほぼ反射光7は4%以下)、上ケース1の溶着部4に達する。溶着部4は光エネルギー吸収性素材からなるので光エネルギーは溶着部4を透過せず、溶着部4は次第に加熱していく。そして、溶着部4とそれに対面する下ケースの接合部(溶着リブ10)が溶融状態となり、界面に溶融プール8が形成される。この溶融プール8は近傍にも熱を伝播するため、周囲に加熱影響領域9を生成させる。その後レーザー照射を停止すると、溶融状態にあった接合部は放熱し冷却固化する。この過程を、溶着する便座の内外周全周にわたって走査することにより、一連のレーザー溶着工程が完了する。

(1)引張強度
得られた便座から切り出したサンプルを、図4に示すように、オートグラフを用いて、上方向へ5mm/minのスピードで引張り、接合部がはがれる強度を確認する。
(2)衝撃強度試験
得られた便座の一部に1500Nの衝撃強度を加え、接合部の割れがないかどうか確認する。割れなければ○、亀裂が入れば×とする。
(3)保護等級2(防滴ii)に対する試験
得られた便座を正規の取付状態で4方向(前後左右)に鉛直から15°傾け、その上方200mm以上の高さから、毎分3(+0.5,0)mmの降水量で水を滴下する。試験時間は、各方向に対し、2.5分間、合計10分間とする。
(4)保護等級4(防まつ形)に対する試験
機器を正規の取付状態にして、その上方300〜500mmの高さから、鉛直から両側180度までの全範囲にわたって、じょろ口を用いて散水する。散水量は毎分10±0.5L、水圧は50〜150kPa(0.51〜1.53kgf/cm2)、試験時間は、機器の外郭表面積1m2当たり1分間で最低5分間以上とする。漏れがなければ○、涙漏れは△、完全な漏れは×とする。

Claims (3)
- 合成樹脂素材からなる上ケース及び下ケースに囲まれた領域にヒーターを設け、前記上ケースと下ケースとの接合部を溶着して一体化させた便座装置において、前記上ケース又は下ケースのいずれか一方の接合部に、光エネルギー吸収性材料で構成した溶着部を一体化させてなり、他方を光エネルギー透過性材料で構成し、前記光エネルギー透過性材料を介して前記光エネルギー吸収性材料に光エネルギーを供給して加熱することにより、前記上ケースと前記下ケースを溶着したことを特徴とする便座装置。
- 前記溶着部は、2色成形によって上ケース又は下ケースと一体化させたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の便座装置。
- 前記溶着部を、カーボンブラック粒を1〜90wt%の割合で混入させた合成樹脂部材としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の便座装置。
