Abstract

Description

  The present invention relates to a cutting board.

  When sharpening a knife with a sink, if the grindstone is placed directly on the stainless steel plate of the sink and the knife is sharpened, the grindstone is unstable and easy to move, and the stainless steel plate is scratched. Therefore, it is convenient to use a wooden or synthetic resin cutting board having a convenient width, thickness and softness and place a grindstone on it to sharpen the knife. The cutting board of the present invention includes a cutting board main body, a cover that is closely attached to the entire surface of the cutting board main body and at least one of the front and back surfaces of the cutting board main body, and a detachable cover. A grindstone holder is provided on the outer surface of the covered cover and holds a grindstone.
In the cutting board configured as described above, when the cover is attached to the cutting board body, the cover is tightly attached to the entire outer surface including at least one of the front and back surfaces of the cutting board body.
