本発明は以上のような構成であるので、穀物粉等を入れたふるいは往復運動と円運動とが同時に進行する動きになる。その作用効果により、穀物粉等はふるいの外に飛散することなく、ふるい作業が進行する。この効果を詳述すると次のようになる。すなわち、ふるい揺動部の円の中心から離れた部分に取り付けたカムによってふるいは円周部分の可動取り付け部分を中心にして楕円方向に力が作用する。このカムの取り付け位置に対して約120度振れた位置に横に揺れるクランクを取り付けることによって、横に揺れる方向に力が作用する。このカムとクランクの両者の協同作用により、往復運動と円運動が同時に進行する動きとなる。このような構成により、ふるいを揺動した際のふるいの或る一点について、運動の軌跡を解析したものが図4である。この軌跡上では円の接線方向へ飛散することがなく、内へ内へとコントロール出来る軌跡となっている。対象とする粉体は、穀物紛、茶粉、コーヒー粉、ココア粉、果実粉、乾燥野菜粉、乾燥魚粉、乾燥肉粉、生薬粉、薬剤粉、セメント粉等の無機物粉等である。本発明の構成による蕎麦粉のふるい機を製作し、試験を行ったところ、蕎麦粉は全く飛散せず、従来のふるい機に較べて顕著な効果を確認する事が出来た。更に蕎麦粉がふるいの外周に溜まらず、ふるい中央も含めて広がるため、従来方式に較べてふるいの所要時間が約20%以上短縮する効果が得られた。  Since the present invention is configured as described above, a sieve containing grain flour or the like has a motion in which a reciprocating motion and a circular motion proceed simultaneously.
