Description

The present invention relates to an operation panel, and more particularly to an operation panel that is installed on a wall surface of a kitchen and remotely operates a device such as a water heater.

For example, what was shown in FIG. 7 as an operation panel for remotely operating a water heater etc. was proposed (refer patent document 1). This is formed in a hollow box shape from the front case (1) and the back plate (13), and a substrate (3) equipped with a microcomputer, a light-emitting display part and other electronic components is built in this box. At the same time, it is attached to the wall of a kitchen or bathroom.
Various switches operated by pressing the operation button (11) appearing on the front side of the front case (1) on the front case side of the substrate (3) built into this type of conventional operation panel ( 31) (31) and a light-emitting display unit (30) that displays the set temperature, reserved time, etc. with a fluorescent display tube are provided, except for the various switches (31) (31) and the light-emitting display unit (30). Other electronic components or the like are attached to the back side, which is the opposite side of the front case (1).

In order to see through the display of the light emitting display unit (30), on the front side of the front case (1) corresponding to the display surface (30a) of the light emitting display unit (30), a transparent plate made of light-transmitting synthetic resin A see-through cover part (41) having a part (40) is fitted. This transparent cover part (41) is integrally provided so that the transparent plate part (40) protrudes from the auxiliary case (4) by two-color molding to the auxiliary case (4) separately prepared. The auxiliary case (4) is placed in the front case (1) so that the opening (10) provided in the front plate of the front case (1) is closed by the transparent plate part (40) of the see-through cover part (41). Attached to the back of the
Thereby, the display surface (30a) of the light emitting display unit (30) can be seen through the transparent plate part (40) of the see-through cover (41), and the appearance of the entire front case (1) is good.

However, in this conventional device, in order to see through the display surface (30a) of the light emitting display unit (30), the transparent cover portion (41) is provided in the auxiliary case (4), and the operation panel is provided in the front case (1 ), The back plate (13), and the auxiliary case (4) must be formed into a hollow box, which increases the number of components and makes the assembly work associated therewith complicated.
Therefore, it is conceivable to attach or weld the fluoroscopic cover (41) directly around the opening (10) of the front case (1) without providing the auxiliary case (4). However, adhesion or welding takes extra time and further increases the cost.
Further, an invention for holding the cover of the light emitting display unit (30) with the substrate (3) is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-34191 (see Patent Document 2), and the transparent plate portion (40) is provided on the cover. If provided, it can be used as a fluoroscopic cover (41). By replacing the conventional auxiliary case (4) with a cover large enough to cover the light emitting display unit (30), material costs can be reduced, and the cover legs are inserted into the substrate (3). Therefore, assembly is also easy. However, in the present invention, since the leg of the cover is attached to the substrate (3), when the transparent plate (40) exposed to the front case (1) is pressed with a finger, the light emitting display unit (30) and A load is applied to the substrate (3) on which it is provided. Since the substrate (3) is made of resin and is easily bent, the substrate (3) may be deformed, or may be damaged when a strong load is applied.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-49059 JP 2001-34191 A

The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and “a front case and a back plate that closes the back of the front case, and a substrate having a light emitting display unit and other electronic components built therein, In the operation panel in which the front case is provided with an operation part for remotely operating the device and a transparent cover having a transparent plate part for seeing through the light emitting display part, the number of parts is reduced and the cost is reduced. It is another object of the present invention to improve work efficiency and to prevent a load from being applied to the light emitting display unit and the substrate even when the fluoroscopic cover is pushed from the outside of the operation panel.

[Invention of Claim 1]
The technical means of the invention according to claim 1 for solving the above-mentioned problem is as follows: “The fluoroscopic cover is fitted and fixed to the front case so that the transparent plate portion is exposed to the front side of the front case,
The fluoroscopic cover is supported by the back plate ”.
The fluoroscopic cover is fitted and fixed to the front case, and the display unit of the light emitting display unit can be seen through the transparent plate part of the fluoroscopic cover. The transparent plate portion may protrude from the front case to the front side, may be recessed, or may be provided on the same plane as the front case. The fluoroscopic cover may be supported by the back plate in a state where the front case is closed by the back plate.

[Invention of Claim 2]
In the invention according to claim 1, "the fluoroscopic cover is formed in a box shape that is open rearward from the transparent plate portion and a side plate that surrounds a side surface of the light emitting display portion,"
A plurality of support tongues parallel to the back plate from a predetermined position on the outer surface of the side plate facing each other, and projecting outward of the fluoroscopic cover;
At each position of the back plate corresponding to the support tongue, a support protrusion is provided to support the support tongue from the back side in a state where the back plate is attached to the back of the front case.
In a predetermined position of the substrate is provided with a through-hole through which the support protrusion can penetrate '', when the fluoroscopic cover is fitted so that the transparent plate portion is exposed on the front side of the front case, On the back side of the front case, the side plate protrudes in the rear open state and the supporting tongue piece attached to the side plate projects outward from the fluoroscopic cover. Since the support tongue is provided in parallel to the back plate, the support protrusion protrudes inward from the substrate through a through hole provided in the back plate and provided in the substrate. The support tongue can be reliably received at the end. That is, after the light emitting display unit provided in the substrate is accommodated in the side plate and the substrate is attached to the front case so that the through hole of the substrate faces the support tongue, the support protrusion is formed in the through hole. By closing the back side of the front case with the back plate while penetrating through the support case, the support tongue piece is reliably supported by the support protrusion.

[Invention of Claim 3]
In the invention according to claim 2, “the fluoroscopic cover is configured in a rectangular box shape opened rearward from the fluoroscopic plate portion and the four side plates,
The supporting tongues are provided on the two side plates facing each other, and the other two side plates facing each other are provided with locking tongues parallel to the back surface of the front case. Projecting outward,
In each of the positions on the back surface of the front case corresponding to the locking holes provided in the locking tongue pieces, locking protrusions that can penetrate the locking holes are projected in a rectangular box shape. A supporting tongue piece is provided on each of the two opposing side plates of the formed fluoroscopic cover, and a locking tongue piece is provided on each of the other two side faces so as to project outward. The front case, the fluoroscopic cover, and the substrate When the back plate is assembled, the support tongue is supported from the back side by a support protrusion provided on the back plate, and the lock tongue is supported from the front side by a lock projection provided on the front case. It becomes an aspect.

[Invention according to claim 4]
In the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 3, "a partition piece that is perpendicular to the back plate and protrudes toward the back plate than the substrate protrudes from the see-through cover;
In the case where a slit through which the partition piece can pass is formed at a predetermined position of the substrate, the front case is provided with a fluoroscopic cover, and when the substrate is attached, the slit provided in the substrate is separated from the partition. The piece penetrates and a part of the partition piece protrudes on the back plate side from the substrate. It is assumed that the protruding position of the partition piece is determined so that the protruding portion of the partition piece is located between terminals of the electric wiring disposed on the back side of the substrate.

The present invention has the following specific effects.
Since the see-through cover provided with a transparent plate for seeing through the light-emitting display portion can be attached simply by being fitted into the front case, the see-through cover can be easily provided on the front case. Since the front case is not required to have a double structure in order to provide a transparent cover on the front case, the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. Furthermore, since the fluoroscopic cover is directly supported by the back plate, even if the transparent plate portion is pushed from the outside, the load is received not by the substrate but by the back plate. Therefore, since the substrate is not subjected to any impact, there is no inconvenience that the substrate is bent and deformed or damaged by an external impact.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the above effect, the fluoroscopic cover is formed in a box shape that is open rearward from the transparent plate portion and the side plate, and is mounted so that the light emitting display portion is accommodated in the box Since it is possible to prevent the light from passing through from the light emitting display unit by providing smoke or blurring on the side plate to make it difficult for light to pass through. The light does not leak to the outside through a gap between other adjacent switches. In addition, since the substrate is provided with a through-hole through which the support protrusion penetrates, even when the substrate exists between the support protrusion and the support tongue, the support protrusion is more than the substrate through the through-hole. Further, the support tongue of the fluoroscopic cover can be supported by the support protrusions of the back plate.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the see-through cover is configured in a rectangular box shape, and two of the four side plates are supported by the locking projections protruding from the front case. Since the other two side plates facing each other are supported by the supporting projections projecting from the back plate, the fluoroscopic cover itself is not affected even when an uneven load is applied on the transparent plate portion of the fluoroscopic cover. It will be attached to the front case in a stable state without tilting or rattling.

Further, according to the invention of claim 4, the slit is provided between the terminals of the electrical wiring provided in the proximity state on the back side of the substrate, and the partition piece provided in the fluoroscopic cover is penetrated through the slit from the substrate. If the terminal is projected to the back plate side, the terminals can be partitioned by the partition piece. As a result, it is possible to prevent the inconvenience of contact between terminals such as the plus terminal and the minus terminal. In addition, since the partition piece is provided on the fluoroscopic cover, there is no inconvenience that the front case is molded and there is no inconvenience on the surface, compared with the case where the front case is integrally projected. Can be further improved. Further, since it is not necessary to provide a separate partition piece, the number of parts is not increased.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the see-through cover (2) is a box-shaped body that is open at the rear and surrounds the entire front and side surfaces of the rectangular light emitting display unit (30). It is composed of a rectangular transparent plate part (20) covering the display surface (30a) of (30) and four side plates (21a) (21b) (21c) (21d) surrounding the side surfaces. .
Of the side plates, the upper side plate (21a) and the lower side plate (21b), which are the upper and lower surfaces when the fluoroscopic cover (2) is fitted into the front case (1), respectively, with respect to the rear plate (13) Parallel support tongues (22) and (23) project outwardly of the fluoroscopic cover (2), and the side case plates (21c) and (21d) which are the left and right sides are provided with the front case. Locking tongues (24) and (24), which are parallel to the front plate (1a) of (1) and have locking holes (24a), also project outward. That is, on the side plates (21a), (21b), (21c), and (21d) of the fluoroscopic cover (2), the supporting tongue pieces (22) and (23) and the locking tongue pieces (24) and (24) are respectively provided in the front case. The front plate (1a), the back plate (13), and the substrate (3) of (1) are extended in parallel to the substrate (3) and outward of the fluoroscopic cover (2). In this embodiment, the support tongues (22) and (23) and the locking tongues (24) and (24) are not formed at positions facing each other, and are each eccentric from the center. Although provided at the position, each may be provided at the center.

On the back surface of the front plate (1a) of the front case (1) that faces the locking hole (24a) of the locking tongue piece (24), the engagement that can penetrate the locking hole (24a) in a tightly fitted state. Stop projections (16) and (16) are projected, and the fluoroscopic cover (2) is moved to the front while inserting the locking projections (16) and (16) into the locking holes (24a) of the locking tongue pieces (24). It fits into the opening (10) of the case (1) from the back side.
The opening (10) of the front case (1) is set to a size that allows the see-through cover (2) to be fitted in a tightly-fitted state, and the locking protrusion (16) is connected to the locking tongue piece (24). The transparent plate portion (2) is inserted into the locking hole (24a) of the front case (1) by forcibly fitting the transparent cover (2) into the opening (10) from the back side of the front case (1). The perspective cover (2) is attached to the front case (1) in a positioned state in such a manner that (20) is exposed.
In addition, a partition piece (25) perpendicular to the front plate (1a) of the front case (1) is provided at a predetermined position removed from the locking tongue piece (24) of the side plate (21d). It is provided so as to protrude further rearward than the rear end of (21d).

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the partition piece (25) has a rear surface of the front plate (1 a) of the front case (1) with the fluoroscopic cover (2) attached to the front case (1). And projecting between a pair of upper and lower screwed cylinders (17) and (18) for screwing terminal mounting screws (50) and (50). By dividing the screw-in cylinder (17) (18), the positive terminal (51) and the negative terminal (52) attached to the back surface of the substrate (3) by the screws (50) (50) are in contact with each other. Is preventing.
In order to prevent the plus terminal (51) and the minus terminal (52) from contacting each other, it may be possible to provide both of them at positions separated from the board (3), but in this case, the wiring becomes complicated and the number of work steps is increased. It becomes more and work becomes difficult. Also, if the partition piece (25) is integrally provided on the back surface of the front case (1), sink marks are formed on the surface of the front plate (1a) of the front case (1) corresponding to the base end of the partition piece (25). This is not good in appearance. This time, by providing it integrally with the fluoroscopic cover (2), there is no sink or the like in the front case (1).
In this embodiment, a slit portion (32) through which the partition piece (25) can be inserted is formed at a predetermined position of the substrate (3) corresponding to the rear end of the partition piece (25), and the substrate The partition piece (25) is projected from the back side of (3).

Further, the rear plate (13) facing the support tongues (22) and (23) respectively protruding from the upper side plate (21a) and the lower side plate (21b) of the fluoroscopic cover (2) is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 5, support protrusions (14) and (15) are protruded inward, and one support protrusion (14) protrudes to a position away from the area where the substrate (3) is disposed. The other support protrusion (15) protrudes from the back side of the substrate (3), and the support protrusion (15) is at a predetermined position of the substrate (3) facing the support protrusion (15). A penetrating through hole (33) is formed. The projecting height of the support protrusions (14) and (15) is such that the fluoroscopic cover (2) is fitted into the front case (1), the board (3) is attached, and the back of the front case (1) is mounted on the back. It is assumed that the height is set such that the tip surfaces of the support protrusions (14) and (15) are in contact with the back surfaces of the support tongues (22) and (23) in a state of being closed by the face plate (13).
That is, the see-through cover (2) of this embodiment is in the state of being fitted into the opening (10) of the front case (1), and the locking tongue pieces (24) (24) of the side plates (21c) (21d) 24) is supported from the front case (1) side by the locking projections (16) and (16) of the front case (1), and the support tongues (22) and (23) of the upper and lower side plates (21a) and (21b) are It is attached in such a manner that it is supported from the back plate (13) side by the support projections (14), (15) of the face plate (13). These support tongues (22) and (23) and the locking tongues (24) and (24) are eccentric from the centers of the side plates (21a) (21b) (21c) (21d) of the fluoroscopic cover (2), respectively. Is provided to prevent rattling of the fluoroscopic cover (2).

In the operation panel of this embodiment, the load applied to the transparent plate part (20) of the fluoroscopic cover (2) is transmitted through the back plate (22) (23) and the support protrusions (14) (15) via the back plate ( 13), the load applied to the fluoroscopic cover (2) does not act on the light emitting display unit (30) and the substrate (3). Therefore, even if the fluoroscopic cover (2) is strongly pressed from the outside, a load is applied to the substrate (3) via the light emitting display unit (30), and the substrate (3) is bent and deformed or damaged. There is no such inconvenience.
Furthermore, if the concave part (26) which can accommodate the front-end | tip of a support protrusion (14) (15) as shown in FIG. 6 is formed in the support tongue (22) (23), a support tongue (22 ) (23) can be prevented from being displaced from the tips of the support protrusions (14) and (15).

In the above embodiment, the supporting tongue pieces (22) and (23) and the locking tongue pieces (24) and (24) are provided in pairs on the side plates facing each other. In addition, it is most desirable in terms of positioning and prevention of rattling that three support tongue pieces are provided in a substantially equilateral triangle shape. By providing a substantially equilateral triangular shape, even if the transparent plate part (20) of the fluoroscopic cover (2) is pushed from the front side of the front case (1), the fluoroscopic cover (2) is displaced and tilted. A stable mounting mode can be maintained without being struck. Accordingly, the number and position of the support protrusions (14) and (15) and the locking protrusion (16), and the number and formation positions of the through holes (33) provided in the substrate (3) are also three. Needless to say, they are provided in a substantially equilateral triangular shape.
Further, when the two support tongues (22) and (23) are provided, the transparent plate (20) is provided on the surface side even when the extended end of the partition piece (25) is supported by the back plate (2). It is possible to prevent the fluoroscopic cover (2) from being tilted or rattling when pressed from the side.

Since the fluoroscopic cover (2) employed in the operation panel (100) of the above embodiment is fitted and fixed to the opening (10) of the front case (1), the front cover (1a) of the front case (1) is fixed. In order to provide the transparent plate portion (20), it is not necessary to provide the front case (1) with a double structure or to separately provide the partition piece (25), and further, the transparent plate portion (20) is welded or bonded. Since it does not take time and effort, the number of parts can be reduced as compared with the conventional operation panel (100), the assembly structure is easy, and the cost can be reduced.
