Description

The present invention separates the oil / fat from the oil / fat separation tank capable of separating the oil / fat in the drainage on the floor provided with the concrete layer for forming the floor surface with the waterproof layer sandwiched on the concrete floor slab. The present invention relates to an installation method of a grease trap facility in which a trap tank having a drain trap capable of discharging drainage is installed.

The grease trap facility is provided so that drainage in a restaurant kitchen or the like can be discharged to a drain pipe or the like after removing oils and fats mixed in the drainage.
For example, construction work for large tenant buildings takes a long period of time, and tenants are often not decided at the stage of building construction.
For this reason, when floor concrete placement work is performed on a floor where a restaurant or the like is planned, there arises a problem of how to cope with installation of a grease trap facility that requires penetration of a floor slab.
The following two methods are mainly taken as countermeasures.
a. Assuming the kitchen layout, set up oil and fat separation tanks and trap tanks and place floor concrete.
b. Floor concrete will be cast without any openings for the grease trap facility, and suspension work will be performed later when the tenant's kitchen layout is decided.
In a conventional grease trap facility, a grease trap unit in which an oil separation tank and a trap tank are integrated is fitted into a through-hole formed in a floor slab (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2; (Referred to as “1 prior art”), the oil / fat separation tank and the trap tank are not integrated, but are individually fitted in through holes formed in the floor slab and connected by connecting pipes or the like (for example, , See Patent Document 2: hereinafter referred to as second prior art).
In addition, when forming a through hole in the floor slab, before forming the floor slab, the floor slab is placed after the floor slab is formed so that the floor slab having the through hole is formed. This has also been practiced conventionally (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).

特許第2834066号公報Japanese Patent No. 2834066 特開2000−291125号公報JP 2000-291125 A

According to the first prior art, the floor slab cannot be installed unless a large through hole is formed in the floor slab so that a large grease trap unit in which the oil separation tank and the trap tank are integrated is fitted. There is a drawback that it tends to decrease.
According to the second prior art, since it is only necessary to form a relatively small through hole in the floor slab for each of the oil separation tank and the trap tank, compared with the first prior art, the strength of the floor slab is less likely to decrease. Since it is necessary to form a through-hole for each of the oil separation tank and the trap tank in the floor slab, there is a drawback that installation takes time.
In addition, in both the first and second prior arts, a floor slab is placed after a form for forming a through hole is provided before the floor slab is placed so that a floor slab having a through hole can be formed. When installing the floor slab, it is necessary to decide where to install the oil separation tank and trap tank. After installing the floor slab, install the floor slab according to the layout change of the kitchen. There are drawbacks that are difficult to change.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is difficult to reduce the strength of the floor slab and is difficult to install, and in addition, the floor slab is formed so that a floor slab having a through hole can be formed. An object is to provide a method for installing a grease trap facility that is easy to change the installation location even when placing.

The first characteristic configuration of the present invention is an oil / fat separation tank capable of separating oil / fat in drainage on a floor provided with a concrete layer for forming a floor surface, sandwiching a waterproof layer on a concrete floor slab, A method for installing a grease trap facility in which a trap tank equipped with a drain trap capable of discharging drainage from which oil and fat has been separated is installed, wherein the floor slab is formed so that a through-hole into which the trap tank can be inserted is formed.
