Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sheet for envelopes and envelopes in which information is described on a single sheet having a predetermined width and length, and the envelope is formed by folding the sheet and bonding predetermined portions.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known an envelope / letter paper sheet which is formed as an envelope by personal information such as a customer being stamped on a sheet having a predetermined width and length, folded in the longitudinal direction, and bonded to a predetermined portion. It has been. Since the envelope-composing sheet itself functions as an information transmission medium, it is possible to transmit various types of information by opening and deploying the envelope at the destination, thereby generating dust and the like. In recent years, it has been rapidly spreading.
However, in the envelope formed by the sheet described in
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and even when an external force acts on the envelope during the mailing process, it effectively prevents unexpected damage to the cutting inducing means such as perforations and the cutting inducing means. It is an object of the present invention to provide an envelope / sealing letter sheet capable of forming an envelope that can effectively prevent information leakage of the inner envelope due to damage of the inner envelope.
In order to achieve the above object, an envelope / enclosed sheet for envelopes according to the present invention comprises a sheet having a predetermined width and length, is folded in the longitudinal direction, and is formed as an envelope by adhering predetermined portions. The envelope forming strong adhesive portion provided continuously or intermittently on both ends of the overlapping surface in the folded state, and the strong adhesive portion provided on the inner side of the strong adhesive portion are caused to separate. Cutting inducing means, and provided with weakly detachable adhesive portions at both ends of the overlapping surfaces in the folded state and on the inside of the cutting inducing means. Here, the “weakly bonded part” means a part where the envelope and envelope sheet is folded as an envelope, and the overlapping surface is peelably bonded, and the “strongly bonded part” is a state where the sheet is folded as an envelope. If the overlapping surface is a part where the bonded surfaces are permanently bonded and folded together to form a weakly bonded portion and a strongly bonded portion in the bonded state (envelope state), the specific configuration in the sheet state is particularly It is not limited.
According to the present invention, since the weakly bonded portions that can be peeled off are provided at both ends of the overlapping surfaces in the folded state and inside the cutting inducing means, the envelope constituted by the envelope and envelope sheet is provided. Even if an external force is applied, for example, even if an external force is applied during the mailing process due to a difference in thickness between both ends and the center of the envelope, the external force is immediately and directly applied to the cutting inducing means. First, the external force acts on the weakly bonded portion without acting. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent damage such as unexpected breakage in the cutting inducing means for the envelope constituted by this sheet, thereby effectively preventing information leakage such as exposure of the inner envelope in the mailing process. Can be prevented. In addition, in the envelope constituted by the envelope-use envelope sheet, a weak adhesion portion is provided inside the cutting inducing means. Therefore, when the envelope is developed at the destination, the strong adhesion portion is separated according to the cutting inducing means. The weakly bonded portion may be peeled off, and the information displayed on the envelope / sealing sheet can be easily developed without being damaged.
The specific configuration of the cutting inducing means is not particularly limited. For example, the cutting inducing means includes a notch cut along the longitudinal direction of the sheet and a fold line continuously provided at the tip of the notch. However, it is preferable that the cutting inducing means is constituted by at least a perforation for cutting off the strong adhesion portion (claim 2).
If comprised in this way, while being able to provide a cutting inducing means easily, an envelope can be opened easily along a perforation.
It is preferable that the weakly bonded portion is provided in a state of straddling the cutting inducing means in a state adjacent to the strongly bonded portion (Claim 3).
That is, the weakly bonded portion may be provided apart from the strongly bonded portion, but from the viewpoint of describing a lot of information, the weakly bonded portion is preferably provided adjacent to the strongly bonded portion. The cutting inducing means may be located between the weakly adhering part and the strong adhering part, but the weakly adhering part is not disposed inside the cutting inducing means due to an error in the manufacturing process. It is preferable that the cutting inducing means is provided across the cutting inducing means, in other words, the cutting inducing means is provided longitudinally along the weak adhesive portion.
In addition, the specific configuration of the weakly bonded portion is not particularly limited, but the weakly bonded portion includes an adhesive layer and an ink layer that are interposed between the overlapping surfaces in the folded state. Preferred (claim 4).
In other words, unlike the adhesive layer, the ink layer has a weak adhesive force to the sheet. Therefore, if the overlapping surfaces are peeled off, the ink layer is relatively easily peeled off. Therefore, if the weakly bonded portion is configured using this characteristic, the weakly bonded portion can be easily configured without using a special material as the adhesive constituting the adhesive layer.
Specifically, the weakly bonded portion is formed in such a manner that the adhesive layer is formed on one of the overlapping surfaces in the folded state, the adhesive layer is stacked on the upper layer of the ink layer, and the adhesive layers are stacked and pressed. It is preferably formed by being bonded.
If comprised in this way, when folding a sheet | seat and forming an envelope, the predetermined location of the surface to overlap can be adhere | attached easily, On the other hand, when developing from a envelope to a sheet | seat, it peels with an ink layer be able to. Therefore, a weak adhesion part can be simply comprised by comprising in this way.
In this case, the specific structure of the strongly bonded portion is not particularly limited. For example, an adhesive layer is formed on each of the overlapping surfaces in the folded state, and the pressure is applied in a state where the respective adhesive layers are overlapped. (Claim 6), and the adhesive layers of the weakly bonded portion and the strongly bonded portion are preferably made of the same material (Claim 7).
If comprised in this way, after forming an ink layer about the part which becomes a weak adhesion part at least one side of the surface which overlaps in a folded state, the adhesive layer on it is provided simultaneously with the adhesion layer of a strong adhesion part This makes it possible to easily form a portion that becomes a weakly bonded portion, and the manufacturing efficiency of this envelope / sealing sheet is improved.
In the present invention, the weakly bonded portion may be arranged in parallel with the partial length of the cutting inducing means in the folded sheet state, but the weakly bonded portion is cut in the folded sheet state. It is preferable that the triggering means is arranged in parallel over the entire length or substantially the entire length (claim 8).
If comprised in this way, the unexpected damage of a cutting | disconnection inducement means can be prevented more reliably. However, in the case where the weakly bonded portions are arranged side by side in correspondence with the partial length of the cutting inducing means, the length and arrangement mode of the weakly bonding portions are from the viewpoint of preventing unintentional damage of the cutting inducing means in the mailing process. Is set.
According to the present invention, when an unexpected external force acts on the envelope cutting inducing means formed by the envelope-use envelope sheet, for example, a separate inner envelope is enclosed or information sheet pieces are continuously provided. Even when the thickness is different between the both ends and the center of the envelope, it is possible to effectively prevent unexpected breakage of the cutting inducing means by securing the adhesive force at the weakly bonded portion. There is an advantage that it is possible to effectively prevent the leakage of information due to the exposure of the enclosed items in the mailing process. Moreover, when the envelope formed by the envelope and envelope sheet is opened and expanded, the information can be easily expanded without damaging the information.
An envelope and envelope letter sheet (hereinafter simply referred to as “envelope sheet”) according to the present invention will be described based on an embodiment shown in the drawings.

On the other hand, the back surface of the pair of
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the sealing
As shown in FIG. 1, the

Here, the adhesion part in the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
The positional relationship between these

These adhesion parts 10-13 are comprised as follows in the state of the sheet |
That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the
In the

The first sealing
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the
In addition, although the weak adhesion area |
In the present embodiment, as described above, a pressure-sensitive adhesive is used as the adhesive constituting each of the
Further, as clearly shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
Next, the manufacturing method of the
First, the address information column 6 and the
In this manner, the
In the
Next, the
Next, the
According to the
The
In addition, although the
(1) Although the said embodiment demonstrated what the
(2) In the above embodiment, the
(3) If the personal information is relatively large and cannot be described in the
That is, FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the envelope sheet of the present invention. The
In this embodiment, the
The length of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the
The
In the present embodiment, the sealing
(4) In the above embodiment, the
(5) In the above embodiment, as the adhesive applied to the adhesive region, a pressure-sensitive adhesive that can be bonded for the first time by applying pressure in a state where the respective adhesive layers are superimposed on each other is used. Other known adhesives such as a rewet adhesive may be used as the agent. However, if a pressure-sensitive adhesive that can be bonded for the first time by applying pressure in a state where the bonded portions are superposed on each other as an adhesive as in this embodiment, for example, an envelope formed by this envelope sheet In the case where an envelope other than the envelope sheet is not enclosed, the envelope can be formed in one step of pressurization, which improves working efficiency and, for example, encloses the envelope in the envelope. In this case, by pressing the sealing piece without being overlapped with the envelope main body piece, an envelope opened on the sealing piece side can be formed without causing any trouble to the sealing adhesive portion. Can be inserted into the envelope, which is preferable in terms of ease of use.
