Description

The present invention relates to a cup-shaped container, and particularly to a cup-shaped container suitable for storing various beverages.

As a storage container for soft drinks such as juice, a cup-shaped container in which a peripheral wall suspended from the top wall of the lid body is fitted to the upper outer surface of the peripheral wall of the wide-mouthed container with an upper opening is widely used. When drinking a drink several times while eating, it is troublesome to remove the lid from the container and place it on the table each time.

Therefore, among the lids of this kind of cup-shaped container, a folding line extending in the left-right direction at the center of the lid top wall and a separating line extending from both ends of the folding line to the lower end of the rear wall of the lid peripheral wall through the rear edge of the top wall It is possible to form a lid at the part surrounded by, break the above-mentioned separation line, and lock the front end part of the lid part folded back around the folding line to the front edge part of the top wall In this case, a device is proposed in which the empty space after the lid portion is turned back is used as a drinking mouth (Patent Document 1).

In addition, in order to be able to select how to drink the mouth as described above and how to drink using a straw, the folding line is crossed between the left and right end portions of the top wall of the lid of the cup-shaped container. A separation line is formed from both ends of the folding line to the lower end of the peripheral wall of the lid body, and is positioned symmetrically in the longitudinal direction with respect to the folding line, and a straw insertion hole is formed in the front of the top wall. A locking projection that stands up from the rear of the wall is provided, and the top of the top wall of the lid is formed to be locked by fitting the projection into the through-hole when folded back to the rear of the top wall. A thing is also known (patent document 2).

In recent years, a cup-shaped container containing a sports drink is carried in a bag or the like, and the drink is taken during exercise or at a break.

However, since the container of both the above-mentioned patent documents has a structure in which a part of the lid body top wall is folded open by breaking the tear line formed in the top wall or the peripheral wall of the lid body, the tear line is broken. If the container is tilted after that, the content liquid may leak from the broken portion, so it is not suitable for carrying in a bag or the like.

Moreover, in both of these documents, it is configured to drink a beverage with a mouth on the container body or using a straw, but if you try to drink a beverage with a mouth directly on the container body during exercise, There is a possibility that this beverage may jump out of the drinking mouth, and it is troublesome to attach the straw to the container body when the body is fatigued due to exercise.

The present invention can be carried without spilling the contents, and the liquid can be taken out from the container with a simple operation even during exercise. In the cup-shaped container fitted with the outer peripheral part, the lid body has a spout at the front part of the top wall and a concave part at the rear part of the top wall, and a top part between the spout and the concave part. A rear end portion is pivotally attached to the wall portion and protrudes forward, and a cap-like cap is provided at the front end portion to provide a turning member formed to be rotatable in the front-rear direction, and a lower end portion of the cap-like cap. Detachably attached to the spout and liquid-tightly fitted, and the fitting is released and the rotating member is rotated rearward so that the upper surface of the cap-like cap can be locked into the recess. The purpose is to provide things.

The first means is a cup-shaped container in which the outer peripheral part of the lid is fitted to the upper part of the peripheral wall of the container body with the top opening. The lid 10 has a spout 24 at the front part of the top wall 14 and the top wall. 14 A recess 30 is provided in the rear, and a rear end 43 is pivotally attached to the top wall portion between the outlet 24 and the recess 30 so as to protrude forward, and a cap-shaped cap 44 is provided at the tip. Then, a rotation member 40 formed to be rotatable in the front-rear direction is provided, and the lower end portion of the cap-shaped cap 44 is detachably and liquid-tightly fitted to the spout 24, and the fitting is performed. By releasing and rotating the rotating member 40 rearward, a cap-like cap 44 is provided in the recess 30 so as to be locked.

The outer peripheral portion of the “lid” may be liquid-tightly fitted to the peripheral wall of the container body.

The “pour-out port” may be formed on the upper surface of the pour tube (suction tube) as described later, but may be directly drilled in the flat top wall.

The “concave portion” is for locking the cap-shaped cap, and is formed in a size and shape that allows the cap-shaped cap to be inserted and locked. As a preferred embodiment, the shape of the recess and the spout in a plan view is formed symmetrically in the front-rear direction with respect to the pivot shaft of the rotating member, and the entire outer peripheral surface of the cap-like cap is engaged with the recess. It can also be provided to stop. However, such a structure is not necessarily required.

The “rotating member” is formed by a rotating rod whose rear end is pivotally attached to the top surface of the top wall, and a cap-like cap attached to the front end of the rotating rod. The rotating rod is preferably formed in a plate shape so as not to be bulky.

The “cap-shaped cap” has a lower end portion liquid-tightly fitted to the hole edge of the spout or the top wall portion in the vicinity of the hole edge, and the cap-shaped portion protrudes upward from the lower end portion. Is the allowance for fitting with the recess. The cap-shaped portion may have any shape as long as it can be reliably locked in the concave portion, and may be, for example, a dome shape or a top-like cylindrical shape.

The second means includes the first means, and the spout 24 is formed on the upper surface of the pouring cylinder 22 erected from the front part of the lid top wall 14. By raising at least the latter half part to substantially the same extent as the pouring cylinder 22, and pivoting the rear end of the rotating member 40 near the front edge of the rear part of the pouring cylinder 22 of the raised wall 18, In a state in which the cap-shaped cap 44 is fitted to the spout 24, the rotating member portion 42 excluding the cap-shaped cap is provided so as to be substantially horizontal.

The “pouring tube” stands as a suction tube from the top wall portion of the surrounding lid. If this pour tube is formed near the front end of the top wall, it is preferable to easily drink.

The “raised wall” is a part that functions as a base for the pivotal attachment portion of the rotating member, and the height difference from the upper surface of the dispensing cylinder is reduced so that the cap-like cap can be easily attached to and detached from the dispensing port. Forming. “To make it rise to the same extent as the dispensing cylinder” is sufficient if the rotating member part (rotating rod) excluding the cap-like cap is almost horizontal, and the cylinder length of the dispensing cylinder and the raised wall The ridge height need not be the same. In order to make it easy to suck and drink beverages from the dispensing tube, it is preferable to make the raised height of the raised wall slightly smaller than the tube length of the dispensing tube. In addition, the lid top wall may be raised in the entire rear half compared to the front half, but only the peripheral part of the pivoting portion at the rear end of the rotating member and the recess is raised in the latter half. Also good. On the contrary, the entire top wall portion excluding the periphery of the dispensing tube may be raised.

The third means includes the second means, and a shallow groove 28 for accommodating the rotating member 40 is provided in the middle portion of the raised wall 18 in the left-right direction, and the concave portion is provided at the bottom rear portion of the shallow groove. 30 is recessed.

It is desirable that the “shallow groove” has such a depth that the rotating member does not protrude upward from the contour of the top wall formed on the upper surface of the raised wall portion excluding the shallow groove.

The invention according to the first means has the following effects.
O The operation of removing the cap-shaped cap 44 from the spout 24 and the operation of locking the cap-shaped cap to the recess 30 can be continuously performed by one operation of rotating the rotating member 40 in the opening direction. It is easy to use and can be handled easily even during exercise.
○ As a means for opening and closing the spout 24, a rotating member 40 with a cap-like cap 44 is provided. Compared to the one in which the spout is opened by breaking a part of the lid as in the container of the aforementioned patent document. The liquid-tightness is not impaired and it is suitable for carrying.

The invention according to the second means has the following effects.
○ Since the pour tube is erected from the top wall of the lid, it is easy to inhale by attaching a mouth to this pour tube.
○ At least the second half of the top wall of the lid was raised to the same extent as the pour tube 22 so that the rotating member 40 pivotally attached to the raised wall portion behind the pour tube was in a horizontal state. Thus, the rotating member portion excluding the cap-like cap can be compactly incorporated into the lid body with the minimum necessary length.
○ Since the rotating member portion 42 excluding the cap-shaped cap is formed in a state where the cap-shaped cap 44 is fitted, the pulling force when the cap-shaped cap 44 is pulled upward from the dispensing tube 22 The rotating direction of the rotating member (the direction perpendicular to the rotating rod) coincides, and the operation is easy.

According to the third aspect of the invention, since the recess for accommodating the rotating member is formed in the top wall of the lid, the rotating member can be further compactly incorporated into the lid, for example, carried in a bag or the like. When you do not get in the way.

1 to 6 show a container according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 2, this container is formed of a container body 2, a lid body 10, and a rotating member 40.

The container body 2 is a bottomed cylindrical shape and has a wide-walled peripheral wall 4.

The lid 10 has a lid peripheral wall 12 suspended from the outer edge of the top wall 14, and the lid peripheral wall 12 is screwed in a liquid-tight manner to the upper outer surface of the container peripheral wall 4.

The top wall 14 of the present embodiment is formed by an outer peripheral portion 16, a raised portion 18, and a hollow portion 20, and the top wall portion excluding the outer peripheral portion 16 is in an inverted dish shape with a flat central portion as shown in FIG. And the front portion of the inverted dish is recessed to form a recessed portion 20 that opens forward and rearward, and the top wall portion excluding the recessed portion is formed in the raised portion 18.

From the front part of the upper surface of the hollow part 20, a pouring cylinder 22 that opens the spout 24 on the upper surface is erected. The pouring tube 22 protrudes slightly upward from the upper surface of the central portion of the raised wall 18 so that the user can easily make a mouth.

In addition, a shallow groove 28 that is long in the front-rear direction is formed in the raised wall 18 portion behind the pouring tube 22. The shallow groove is formed by a front long groove portion 28a and a rear wide portion 28b, and a concave portion 30 for locking a cap-like cap is formed on the bottom surface of the wide portion. The illustrated recess 30 is formed of a large-diameter portion corresponding to a cap-shaped cap fitting cylinder portion described later and a small-diameter hemispherical portion corresponding to the engaging portion. Further, the front end portion of the long groove portion 28a opens into the hollow portion 20, and the shaft portion 32 protrudes from the left and right front portions of the long groove portion.

The rotating member 40 is formed by attaching a cap-like cap 44 to the front end portion of a flat plate-like rotating arm 42 that is long in the front-rear direction. A bearing portion 50 is attached to the rear end portion 43 of the rotating arm 42, and the rotating member 40 is pivotally attached to the front portion of the raised wall 18 by locking the bearing portion to the shaft portion 32. ing. Further, the lower end portion 46 of the cap-shaped cap 44 is liquid-tightly fitted to the upper end portion of the dispensing tube 22. In the illustrated example, the cap-shaped cap is formed by a fitting cylinder portion 44a to the upper outer surface of the dispensing cylinder and an engagement portion 44b to the concave portion provided at the upper end of the fitting cylinder portion, This engaging part is formed in a dome shape. In addition, a collar portion 52 that also serves as a finger hanging piece is attached to the lower end portion of the fitting tube portion 44a.

As shown in FIG. 1, the rotating member 40 and the shallow groove 28 are formed symmetrically in the front-rear direction with respect to the pivot axis A as viewed from above. The long groove portion 28a of the shallow groove has a plan view shape corresponding to the rotating arm 42 and the wide portion 28b corresponds to the fitting cylindrical portion 44a of the cap-like cap, and the rotating member is rotated backward to invert. In this case, the rotating arm 42 is provided so as to be fitted into the long groove portion 28a and the flange portion 28 is fitted into the wide portion. Further, the concave portion 30 of the shallow groove 28 is provided so that the cap-shaped cap 44 is closely fitted and locked in the inverted state of the rotating member.

In the above configuration, when drinking the contents from the state of FIG. 1, it is only necessary to put the finger on the collar 52 and pull it up. With this pulling force, the cap 44 is detached from the upper end of the dispensing tube 22 and rotated. Since the member 40 rotates in the opening direction around the pivot shaft A, the rotating member can be smoothly reversed backward, and the cap-like cap 44 is moved into the recess 30 by utilizing the rotation surplus. It can be easily locked. In this state, it is possible to suck the content liquid by attaching a mouth to the dispensing tube 22. When drinking is finished, the rotating member 40 is rotated in the closing direction, and the cap-shaped cap 44 may be re-fitted to the upper end of the dispensing tube 22.

7 to 10 show a second embodiment of the present invention.

In this embodiment, the configurations of the lid top wall and the rotation member are mainly changed in the configuration of the first embodiment. The same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.

The lid top wall 14 of the present embodiment forms a raised wall 18 by raising the rear half of the flat front half through a step to a flat top surface. A shallow groove 28, which becomes wider as it goes from the rear to the front, crosses the left and right middle portions of the raised wall. Further, a pour tube 22 is erected from the front half of the top wall 14.

Further, the rotating member 40 is formed so as to increase in width from the front end to the rear end corresponding to the shallow groove 28, and the rear end portion 43 of the rotating member 40 on both right and left sides is rearward. A shaft portion 32 that protrudes from the front portions on both the left and right sides of the shallow groove 28 is attached to the bearing portion.

Moreover, the cap-shaped cap 44 is formed in a top cylinder shape. As shown in FIG. 8, the lower end portion of the cylinder wall is formed in an inner / outer double cylinder shape, and the upper end portion of the extraction cylinder 22 is sandwiched between the two cylinder portions. The inner cylinder portion is liquid-tightly fitted to the inner surface of the upper end of the dispensing cylinder 22.

Unlike the illustrated example, the dispensing tube 22 can be omitted and the dispensing port 24 can be directly opened in the top wall 14. In this case, the configuration of FIGS. 7 to 10 is changed, for example, so that the front half of the top wall 14 is continuous to the same height as the bottom surface of the shallow groove 28 formed in the rear half of the top wall 14, The rotating member 40 may be projected forward from the front end portion of the shallow groove, and the spout may be provided so as to be liquid-tightly closed with a cap-like cap provided at the rotating member front portion. At this time, the lower end portion of the cap-shaped cap may be formed so as to be closely fitted into the hole edge of the spout.
