Description

The present invention relates to a loading device for a viscous material film pack, and more particularly to an improvement of a loading device comprising a cylinder body, a nozzle body and a plunger which are used by being loaded into a discharge gun.

Various loading devices 1 for viscous material film packs such as sealing materials and adhesives that have been widely used in the fields of civil engineering and construction have been proposed. For example, as shown in FIGS. , A cylindrical film pack 2 in which a viscous material W is sealed (for example, an aluminum foil composite film is formed in a cylindrical bag body, the cylindrical bag body is filled with the viscous material, and the front and rear end portions are sealed. ) Is inserted into a cylindrical cylinder body 3 made of resin, and a nozzle body 5 having a discharge nozzle 4 of a viscous material W is detachably attached to one end side (tip side) of the cylinder body 3. In addition, the other end side (rear end side) of the cylinder body 3 is slidably fitted into the cylindrical cylinder body 3 and presses the film pack 2 toward the nozzle body 5 side. Fit the jar 6.

Then, the loading tool 1 assembled in this way is loaded into the support frame 8 of the discharge gun 7, and the lever 9 is operated to abut the rod 10 against the back surface side of the plunger 6 so that the nozzle body 5 side. By moving at a predetermined pitch, the viscous material W filled in the film pack 2 is configured to be pushed out from the tip of the discharge nozzle 4 of the viscous material W (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). ).

However, since the conventional loading device 1 as described above is a method in which the plunger 6 pushes the cylindrical film pack 2 inserted into the cylinder body 3 while pressing it, the outer peripheral surface of the plunger 6 and the cylinder body are pushed out. When there is a gap between the inner wall surface 3 and the plunger 6 is not pressed evenly, the film pack 2 is caught in the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger 6 and the inner wall surface of the cylinder body 3 and becomes viscous. There is a problem that the material W cannot be pushed out smoothly, and if the plunger 6 does not move to the proximity position on the nozzle body 5 side, the film pack 2 is folded to the tip side of the nozzle body 5 and is not accommodated. The viscous material W remains in the nozzle body 5 or the folded film pack 2 is smoothly taken out from the nozzle body 5 after the discharge of the viscous material W is completed. There has been a problem that the door can not be.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-314012 JP 2002-362650 A

The present invention pays attention to such conventional problems, and can smoothly extrude the viscous material without biting the film pack, and folds the extruded film pack without leaving the viscous material into the accommodating portion in the center of the nozzle body. An object of the present invention is to provide a loading tool for a viscous material film pack that can be accommodated in the container, and after the viscous material is extruded, the folded film pack can be taken out from the inside of the nozzle body without soiling the hands. It is.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a fitting step between the cylinder main body and the nozzle main body, a detachable fitting step, the inner diameter of the film pack housing step of the nozzle main body being La, and the cylinder main body When the inner diameter of one end side of Lb is Lb, the gist is that La <Lb.

Here, a film pack housing step and a cylinder fitting step are provided on the inner wall surface of the nozzle body, and a film pack housing step is provided on the inner wall surface of the nozzle body. It is also possible to provide a fitting step for the nozzle body on the inner wall surface.

Further, the plunger that is slidably fitted into the cylinder body has an annular support portion located at the center in the width direction, and a trumpet-like shape provided with notches at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction on both sides of the annular support portion. A pair of left and right blade portions is provided, and stoppers for preventing the blade portions from being bent are provided on both sides of the annular support portion of the cylinder body.

Further, it is desirable to mold the cylinder body using high-density polyethylene as a material, and it is preferable to mold the blade portion using low-density polypropylene as a material.

By configuring in this way, the viscous material can be smoothly pushed out without biting the film pack, and the extruded film pack without leaving the viscous material can be folded and accommodated in the accommodating portion in the center of the nozzle body. Is something you can do.

When the inner diameter on the side is Lb, it is formed so that La <Lb, so that the following excellent effects are exhibited.
(A). The viscous material can be smoothly pushed out without biting the film pack between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger and the inner wall surface of the cylinder body.
(B). The extruded film pack without leaving the viscous material can be folded and accommodated in the accommodating portion at the center of the nozzle body.
(C). After extrusion of the viscous material, the folded film pack can be taken out from the inside of the nozzle body without soiling the hands.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Note that the same components as those in the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a loading device for a viscous material film pack embodying the present invention. This loading device 11 is a cylindrical bag film pack 12 in which a viscous material W such as a sealing material or an adhesive is sealed. A cylindrical cylinder body 13 that slidably accommodates, a discharge nozzle 14 of the viscous material W, which is detachably attached, and a nozzle body 15 which is detachably fitted to one end side of the cylinder body 13, and the cylinder And a plunger 16 that is slidably fitted into a cylindrical body 13 and presses the film pack 12 toward the nozzle body 15.

The cylinder body 13 constituting the loading tool 11 can be formed of a resin material, paper, metal, or the like.

When the cylinder body 13 is molded from a resin material, it is lightweight, is not deformed even when wet with water, does not change in strength, and has good sliding properties with the film pack 12 and the plunger 16. Among resin materials, when molded from high-density polyethylene, it can be used repeatedly because it does not adhere to the extruded viscous material W, and it can be used repeatedly. It is particularly preferable because of its good dimensional stability.

The cylinder body 13 is made of high-density polyethylene material, polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, various polyamides, polycarbonate, polyacetal, modified polyphenylene oxide, polyarylate, polyphenylene sulfide, polysulfone, polyethersulfone, polyetheretherketone, Viscous material that can be integrally molded by injection molding using conventional thermoplastic resins such as polyamide imide and polyether imide, and the entire cylinder body 13 is transparent or partially transparent and is loaded inside. It is also possible to observe the capacity of W from the outside.

The nozzle body 15 and the plunger 16 can also be formed from the same material as the cylinder body 13 described above.

The fitting portion 17 between the cylinder body 13 and the nozzle body 15 is provided with a detachable fitting step 18 as shown in the sectional view of the first embodiment of FIG. When the inner diameter of the stepped portion 19 is La and the inner diameter of one end side of the cylinder body 13 is Lb, it is formed so that La <Lb.

That is, the fitting portion 17 in the first embodiment is a cylinder having a gap h in which the inner wall of the nozzle body 15 is fitted with the step portion 19 for accommodating the film pack and the thick portion on one end side of the cylinder body 13. A fitting step 18a is provided, and one end side of the cylinder body 13 is fitted and attached to the cylinder fitting step 18a.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the second embodiment of the fitting portion 17 between the cylinder body 13 and the nozzle body 15, and this embodiment is arranged on the inner wall surface of the nozzle body 15 on the film pack housing step 19. A fitting step 18 to which one end side of the cylinder body 13 is fitted is formed.

Further, FIG. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of the third embodiment of the fitting portion 17 between the cylinder main body 13 and the nozzle main body 15. In addition, a fitting step 18b of the gap h into which the end portion of the nozzle body 15 is fitted is formed on the inner wall surface on one end side of the cylinder body 13.

With this configuration, the fitting portion 17 between the cylinder main body 13 and the nozzle main body 15 is fitted in close contact, and the film pack 12 is not caught when the film pack 12 is folded, and the film pack 12 Can be smoothly folded and accommodated in the step 19 for accommodating the film pack.

Next, the plunger 16 slidably fitted into the other end side of the cylinder body 13 includes, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, an annular support portion 20 positioned at the center in the width direction, and the annular support portion. A pair of left and right blade portions 21a and 21b in a trumpet shape are formed on both sides of the cylinder 20, and when the pair of left and right blade portions 21a and 21b are inserted into the cylinder body 13 and are slid, No cuts 22 are provided at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction so that the film pack 12 does not bite between them and can be pressed uniformly.

This notch 22 is a slit formed from a hole 23 formed on the base side of the blade portions 21 a and 21 b toward the peripheral edge of the blade portions 21 a and 21 b, and slides along the inner wall surface of the cylinder body 13. In this case, each of the blade portions 21a and 21b is configured to bend backward in the traveling direction so that the rear end side of the film pack 12 can be uniformly pressed.

Further, on both sides of the annular support portion 20 of the cylinder body 13, annularly protruding stoppers 24 for preventing the blade portions 21a and 21b of the plunger 16 from being bent are integrally formed. When sliding along the inner wall surface of the main body 13, the blade portions 21 a and 21 b are prevented from being extremely bent to prevent the film pack 12 from being bitten.

Further, since the plunger 16 is formed in a bilaterally symmetric shape with the center in the width direction of the annular support portion 20 as the center, after the plunger 16 is moved to one end side of the cylinder body 13 and the film pack 12 is pushed out, If the nozzle body 15 is removed from the tip of the cylinder body 13 and the cylinder body 13 is inverted and used, the plunger 16 can be used as it is without returning to the original position.

Moreover, it is preferable to shape | mold the said blade | wing parts 21a and 21b from a low density polypropylene, and it can improve the slidability of the location which contacts by using this raw material.

The loading tool 11 of the present invention is configured as described above, and smoothly pushes the viscous material W without biting the film pack 12 between the outer peripheral surface of the plunger 16 and the inner wall surface of the cylinder body 13. The film pack 12 extruded without leaving the viscous material W can be folded and accommodated in the accommodating portion at the center of the nozzle body 13. Further, after the viscous material is extruded, the folded film pack 12 can be taken out from the inside of the nozzle body 13 without soiling the hands.
