Description

The present invention relates to a bag filter retainer that supports a filter cloth of a dust collector from the inside.

Conventionally, as a dust collector, a filter cloth (filter bag) that separates and collects dust by passing a dust-containing airflow, and a support frame (hereinafter referred to as a retainer) that supports the filter cloth from the inside to maintain the shape of the filter cloth. ) And are used. When the dust collector is operated, the filter cloth collects the dust, and the pressure loss increases as the operation time elapses. Therefore, the collected dust is intermittently or continuously removed. For example, a pulse jet type dust collector is provided as such a mechanism.
FIG. 6 is a schematic view of a dust collector equipped with a pulse jet type wiping mechanism, FIG. 7A is a perspective view of a conventional retainer, and FIG. 7 (c) is a plan view of the main part of (b), FIG. 8 (a) is a schematic view of the main part showing the state of the filter cloth during dust collection, and FIG. 8 (b) is a diagram of dust. It is a principal part schematic diagram which shows the state of the filter cloth at the time of pay-off (at the time of backwashing).
In FIG. 6, 10 is a dust collector, 11 is a dust collection chamber, 12 is a dust-containing air flow inlet formed at the lower part of the dust collection chamber 11, 13 is a retainer provided in the upper part of the dust collection chamber 11, and 14 is a retainer. 13 is a cylindrical filter cloth disposed on the outer side of 13. For the sake of explanation, some of them are omitted. 15 is a venturi tube disposed and fixed at the upper end of the retainer 14, 16 is a nozzle disposed above the venturi tube 15 to inject compressed air toward the venturi tube 15, and 17 is opened and closed at regular intervals. A clean air outlet from which a clean air flow is discharged from which dust in the dust-containing air flow is separated and collected by the filter cloth; and 19, a dust that has dropped below the dust collecting chamber 11 from the dust collecting chamber 11. It is a rotary valve that discharges.
In FIG. 7, reference numeral 20 denotes a retainer 13 formed by bending a metal wire such as a steel wire having a diameter of about 3 to 5 mm and joining the ends by resistance welding such as butt welding to form an annular shape such as a circular shape or a polygonal shape. A plurality of fixing rings are arranged at predetermined intervals. Reference numeral 21 denotes a joint that is resistance-heated by applying current to the abutting surfaces between the ends of the fixing ring 20 and is resistance-welded by applying pressure. The molten metal rises on the outer periphery of the joint 21 to form a protrusion. ing. Reference numeral 22 denotes a plurality of vertical wires of the retainer 13 formed of a metal wire such as a steel wire and welded to the outside of the fixing ring 20, natural fibers such as cotton, synthetic fibers such as polyamide, inorganic fibers such as glass fibers, etc. The filter cloth 14 formed in a cylindrical shape is disposed outside. Reference numeral 23 denotes a joint where the fixing ring 20 and the vertical wire 22 are joined by spot welding or the like.

As shown in FIG. 6, the dust-containing airflow that flows into the dust collecting chamber 11 from the dust-containing airflow inlet 12 of the dust collector 10 flows from the outside of the filter cloth 14, and the dust is collected outside the filter cloth 14. The clean air stream in which the dust is separated and collected is discharged from the clean air outlet 18. A nozzle 16 is disposed above the filter cloth 14, and compressed air is sprayed from the nozzle 16 to the inside of the filter cloth 14 at regular intervals, and dust adhering to the filter cloth 14 is instantaneously applied to the outside of the filter cloth 14. Are paying off.
As described above, since the airflow in the reverse direction flows through the filter cloth 14 during dust collection and dust removal, the vertical wire 22 and the fixing ring 20 of the retainer 13 are collected during dust collection as shown in FIG. The filter cloth 14 comes into contact with the outer circumference of the retainer, and when it is wiped off, the filter cloth 14 is separated from the vertical wire 22 and the fixing ring 20 of the retainer 13 as shown in FIG. This is repeated at regular intervals. When there is a protrusion such as the joint 21, when dust collection and dust removal are repeated, the filter cloth 14 repeatedly hits the protrusion of the joint 21 of the fixing ring 20, and the filter cloth is made of fiber. There was a problem that a hole easily opened at a location where 14 hits the joint 21. Once a hole is made in the filter cloth 14, it is a serious problem because it is scraped by dust and the hole becomes larger and dust collection becomes impossible. Moreover, when the projection part is formed in the junction part 21, when covering the filter cloth 14 on the retainer 13, the filter cloth 14 is easy to be caught on the projection part of the junction part 21, and the filter cloth 14 may be damaged. Had.
In order to prevent these, as shown in FIG. 9 which is a schematic diagram of the main part showing the state of the filter cloth during dust collection, the joining portion 21 of the fixing ring 20 on which the protrusions are formed is located just beside the vertical wire 22. It arrange | positions so that it may be located, and the vicinity of the junction part 21 of the fixing ring 20 and the vertical wire 22 are also welded. This is because the joint portion 21 becomes a shadow of the vertical wire rod 22 and the projection portion of the joint portion 21 hardly hits the filter cloth 14. However, the vicinity of the joint portion 21 of the fixing ring 20 is affected by heat during welding and the mechanical strength is lowered. Further, the mechanical strength is lowered due to welding with the vertical wire 22, so that the atmosphere of the dust-containing airflow There is a problem that a load is applied to the fixing ring 20 due to the pressure, and the fixing ring 20 is easily bent or broken in the vicinity of the joint portion 21. When the fixing ring 20 is bent or broken, the bent portion or the bent portion is sharply hit the filter cloth 14 and a hole is easily opened, which is a serious problem.
In addition, even when the ends of the metal wires are brought into contact with each other and joined by arc welding such as TIG welding to form the fixing ring 20, the vicinity of the joined portion joined by arc welding is affected by heat at the time of welding. Since the mechanical strength may be reduced by about 30 to 40%, there is a problem that the fixing ring is easily bent or broken in the vicinity of the joint due to the atmosphere and pressure of the dust-containing airflow.

In order to solve the above problems, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a retainer for a bag filter characterized by bending and intersecting a ring terminal portion toward the center of the ring and overlapping and spot welding. Is disclosed.
JP 2001-1093 A

However, the above conventional techniques have the following problems.
(1) Since the technique disclosed in (Patent Document 1) is bent and intersected with the end portion of the ring toward the center of the ring, the protruding portion is formed like when the end portions are butted against each other and resistance welding is performed. Although not formed, a V-shaped depression is formed in the ring (2) bent at the ring terminal (1). Therefore, when dust collection and dust removal are repeated, the ring (2 Since the filter cloth (13) repeatedly hits the folded portion of the filter cloth (13), a hole is easily formed in the filter cloth (13), and the filter cloth (13) has a problem that it lacks durability.
(2) In order to manufacture the retainer (12), the ring end (1) is manufactured by spot welding the ring (2), and then the ring (2) and the longitudinal bone wire (14) are welded and fixed. This requires two welding operations, and has the problem of requiring man-hours for welding and lacking in productivity.
(3) Since the ring (2) is formed by spot welding at the intersection of the ring terminal portion (1), the joining strength of the spot welded portion is small, so that the retainer (12) is brought into contact with the atmosphere and pressure of the dust-containing airflow. There was a problem that a load was applied and the spot welded portion was easily detached and the retainer (12) lacked durability.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, can eliminate the welding process of the fixing ring alone to form the fixing ring, can greatly reduce the number of welding processes, and is excellent in productivity, and the fixing ring. Is not affected by the heat caused by welding to manufacture the fixing ring, and the fixing ring has high mechanical strength and high durability without forming a portion with low mechanical strength, and further enhances the durability of the filter cloth. An object of the present invention is to provide a retainer for a bug filter that can be used.

In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, the bag filter retainer of the present invention has the following configuration.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a bag filter retainer comprising: a plurality of fixing rings formed annularly with a metal wire and arranged at predetermined intervals; and a plurality of vertical wires joined to the outside of the fixing ring. A retainer for a bag filter, wherein the fixing ring is formed by overlapping both terminal portions of the metal wire, and at least one of the terminal portions of the overlapping portion is the vertical portion. It has the structure provided with the junction part joined to the wire.
With this configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Since the fixing ring in which the overlapping portion is formed and the joining portion in which at least one of the end portions of the overlapping portion is bonded to the vertical wire material are provided, the fixing ring alone for forming the fixing ring is welded Processing can be eliminated, the number of welding processes can be greatly reduced, and productivity can be significantly increased.
(2) Since there is no need to manufacture the fixing ring by joining the end portions of the fixing ring by arc welding or resistance welding, the fixing ring is less affected by heat due to welding, and the mechanical strength of the base material is unlikely to be reduced. Therefore, the mechanical strength is high and the durability is excellent.
(3) Since the fixing ring itself has no protrusions formed by welding and the end of the overlapped portion is joined to the vertical wire, the overlapped portion becomes a shadow of the vertical wire, and the filter cloth is used during dust collection. Does not hit the end of the metal wire, and it is difficult to perforate the filter cloth, so that the durability of the filter cloth can be improved.

Here, the overlapping portion is a portion formed by overlapping both end portions of the metal wire, and overlapped from the end portion of one end portion of the metal wire of the fixing ring to the end portion of the other end portion. Say part.
As the overlapping portion, both terminal portions are brought into contact with the vertical wire material, both terminal portions are arranged side by side along the vertical wire material, one terminal portion is bent inside the other terminal portion, and the other outer terminal. Any of those in which the portion is in contact with the vertical wire can be used. In addition, as the terminal portions of the overlapped portion, any one in which one or more points are brought into point contact, those in line contact with an appropriate length, and those separated at an appropriate interval can be used.

As the overlapping portion, one having a length of 1 to 3 times the diameter of the vertical wire is preferably used. Thereby, since an overlap part can be stored inside a vertical wire, it can prevent that a filter cloth contacts the edge part of a metal wire at the time of dust collection, and can improve durability of a filter cloth.
In addition, as the length of the overlapped portion becomes shorter than 1 times the diameter of the vertical wire rod, the bonding area between the vertical wire rod and the overlapped portion is small, and the bonding is apt to be insufficient and the bonding strength tends to be reduced. As it becomes longer than three times the diameter, it becomes difficult to put the end of the metal wire in the shadow of the vertical wire, and the filter cloth tends to hit the end of the metal wire during dust collection, and the durability of the filter cloth tends to decrease. In view of this, neither is preferable.

As a joining part, what welded at least one of the terminal part of the overlap part with the vertical wire by arc welding, such as TIG welding, resistance welding, such as spot welding, etc. is used.

Examples of metal wires for fixing rings and vertical wires include steel wires made of stainless steel or aluminum, plated wires obtained by galvanizing iron wires or steel wires, coated wires coated with steel wires made of aluminum, etc. It can be mentioned, but is not limited to these.

Invention of Claim 2 of this invention is a retainer for bag filters of Claim 1, Comprising: Both the said terminal parts of the said overlap part are arranged in parallel along the said vertical wire, The said junction part is It has the structure formed in both the said terminal parts of the said overlap part.
With this configuration, in addition to the operation obtained in the first aspect, the following operation can be obtained.
(1) Since both the terminal portions of the overlapping portion are arranged side by side along the vertical wire, and the joint portion is formed on both of the terminal portions of the overlapping portion, it is possible to increase the joint strength of the joint portion and increase the durability. it can.
(2) Since both of the terminal portions of the overlapping portion are arranged side by side along the vertical wire, when the overlapping portion and the vertical wire are joined, the vertical wire can be stably fixed to the outside of the overlapping portion. In addition, the fixing ring can be suspended from the vertical wire, and the workability during manufacturing is excellent.

A third aspect of the present invention is the bag filter retainer according to the first or second aspect, wherein the bent portion is formed on the metal wire in the vicinity of at least one of the terminal portions. is doing.
With this configuration, in addition to the operation obtained in the first or second aspect, the following operation can be obtained.
(1) Since a bent portion is formed in the metal wire in the vicinity of at least one of the end portions, the metal wires excluding the end portion to the bent portion can be on the same horizontal plane, so that a plurality of fixing rings are parallel to each other. It can be placed and joined to the vertical wire. As a result, when connecting a plurality of retainers or attaching a cap of a retainer, a locking member that locks the connecting members or fixing rings that connect the fixing rings The cap formed with the portion can be made common and excellent in productivity. When the metal wires of the fixing ring are not on the same circumference and are eccentric or displaced, the fixing ring cannot be placed in parallel and joined to the vertical wire. This is because it is necessary to prepare a cap and a connecting member on which the is formed.

Here, as the bent portion, a metal wire in the vicinity of at least one terminal portion is bent at a size equal to or larger than the diameter of the metal wire on the upper or lower side or the inner side of the other terminal portion to form an overlapping portion. This is because the metal wires except for the terminal portion to the bent portion are placed on the same horizontal plane.

A joint portion 8 joined with a molten metal or the like is a cylindrical filter cloth disposed outside the bag filter retainer 1.

A manufacturing method of the bag filter retainer according to the first embodiment of the present invention configured as described above will be described below.
A fixing ring in which a metal wire such as stainless steel is formed in an annular shape and both end portions 3 and 3 of the metal wire are concentrically arranged in line contact with substantially the same curvature, and are arranged in parallel. A plurality of 2 are manufactured. Next, after both the end portions 3 and 3 of the overlapping portion 5 of the fixing ring 2 are brought into contact with the vertical wire 6, the vertical wire 6 and the end portions 3 and 3 are joined at the joint portion 7 by spot welding or the like. The fixing ring 2 is suspended from the vertical wire 6. Similarly, a plurality of fixing rings 2 are joined to the vertical wire 6 with a predetermined interval, and a plurality of vertical wires 6 are joined to the outside of the fixing ring 2, and the plurality of vertical wires 6 are fixed to a plurality. The bag filter retainer 1 connected by the ring 2 is manufactured.

As described above, since the bag filter retainer according to the first embodiment of the present invention is configured, the following operation is obtained.
(1) Since the fixing ring 2 in which the overlapping portion 5 is formed and the joint portions 7 in which the end portions 3 and 3 of the overlapping portion 5 are bonded to the vertical wire 6 are provided, in order to form the fixing ring 2 Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the welding process of the single fixing ring, greatly reduce the number of welding processes and significantly increase the productivity.
(2) Since the fixing ring 2 is not manufactured by joining the terminal portions 3 and 3 of the fixing ring 2 by arc welding or resistance welding, the fixing ring 2 is less affected by heat and mechanical of the base material. Since the strength is hardly lowered, the mechanical strength is high and the durability is excellent.
(3) Since the fixing ring alone has no protrusions formed by resistance welding or the like, and the end portions 3 and 3 of the overlapping portion 5 are joined to the vertical wire 6, the overlapping portion 5 is a shadow of the vertical wire 6. Thus, the filter cloth 8 does not hit the end portions 4 and 4 of the metal wire during dust collection, and it is difficult for the filter cloth 8 to be perforated, and the durability of the filter cloth 8 can be improved.
(4) Since both of the terminal portions 3 and 3 of the overlapping portion 5 are provided side by side along the vertical wire 6 and the joint portion 7 is formed on both of the terminal portions 3 and 3 of the overlapping portion 5, the joint portion 7. It is possible to increase the bonding strength and durability.
(5) The terminal portions 3 and 3 of the overlapping portion 5 are concentrically formed in a curved shape or a straight shape with substantially the same curvature, and both the terminal portions 3 and 3 are arranged in parallel along the vertical wire 6. Therefore, when joining the overlap part 5 and the vertical wire 6, the vertical wire 6 can be stably fixed to the outside of the overlap part 5, and the fixing ring 2 is securely joined to the vertical wire 6. Excellent workability during joining work.
(6) Since the length L of the overlapping portion 5 is formed to be 1 to 3 times the diameter of the vertical wire 6, the overlapping portion 5 can be stored inside the vertical wire 6, and during dust collection or backwashing The filter cloth 8 can be prevented from hitting the end portions 4 and 4 of the metal wire, and the durability of the filter cloth 8 can be enhanced.

In addition, in this Embodiment, although the terminal part 3 and 3 were made to line-contact and the case where the overlap part 5 was formed was demonstrated, one or more places of the terminal parts 3 and 3 are made point contact, or a micro space | interval is made. In some cases, they are opened and separated. The same effect can be obtained by these.

(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 2 (a) is a front view of the main part of the bag filter retainer according to the second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 (b) is a plan view of the main part of FIG. 2 (a), and FIG. It is a principal part front view which shows the state which attached the cap to the edge part of the retainer for bag filters in the form 2. In addition, the same thing as Embodiment 1 attaches | subjects the same code | symbol, and abbreviate | omits description.
In FIG. 2, 2a is a ring for fixing the bag filter retainer in Embodiment 2 formed in an annular shape with a metal wire such as stainless steel, 3a is one end portion of the fixing ring 2a, and 5a is one end of the fixing ring 2a. The overlapping portion formed by overlapping the terminal portion 3a and the other terminal portion 3, and the terminal portions 3a, 3 are concentrically formed in a curved line or a straight line with substantially the same curvature, and line contact Then, they are juxtaposed along the vertical wire 6. Reference numeral 7a denotes a terminal portion 3a, a joint portion in which the terminal portion 3 and the vertical wire 6 are joined by a molten metal or the like, 9 denotes a bent portion in which a metal wire in the vicinity of the terminal portion 3a is bent, and the bent portion extends from the terminal portion 3a. The fixing ring 2a except for up to 9 is formed to be bent to a size equal to or larger than the diameter of the terminal portion 3 on the lower side of the terminal portion 3 so that the metal wire is located on the same horizontal plane.
In FIG. 3, 9a is a disc-shaped cap attached to the end of the vertical wire 6 of the bag filter retainer, and 9b is extended to the same length at a plurality of locations on the outer periphery of the cap 9a, and the fixing ring 2a is engaged. It is the latching | locking part which stops.
The manufacturing method of the bag filter retainer in the second embodiment configured as described above is the same as that described in the first embodiment except that the bent portion 9 is formed.

As described above, since the bag filter retainer according to the second embodiment of the present invention is configured, the following operation is obtained in addition to the operation obtained in the first embodiment.
(1) Since the bent part 9 is formed in the fixing ring 2a in the vicinity of the terminal part 3a, the metal wire of the fixing ring 2a excluding the terminal part 3a to the bent part 9 can be on the same horizontal plane, and a plurality of fixing rings 2a can be arranged in parallel. Thereby, since it can be made uniform distance from the fixing ring 2a to the edge part of the vertical wire 6, it fixes using the some latching | locking part 9b formed in the same length, as shown in FIG. The cap 9a can be locked to the ring 2a and attached to the end of the vertical wire 6 so that the cap 9a can be used in common and the productivity is excellent. When the metal wire of the fixing ring is not on the same horizontal plane and is eccentric or misaligned, a cap is produced in which locking portions having different lengths are formed according to the degree of eccentricity or the amount of misalignment. This is necessary and lacks versatility.

In addition, in this Embodiment, although the terminal part 3a and the terminal part 3 were line-contacted and the case where the overlap part 5a was formed was demonstrated, one or more places of the terminal parts 3a and 3 are made point contact, or minute In some cases, they may be spaced apart. The same effect can be obtained by these. Moreover, although the case where the bending part 9 was formed in the vicinity of one terminal part 3a was demonstrated, although the manufacturing process of a fixing ring becomes complicated, a bending part is formed also in the vicinity of the terminal part 3, and both terminals In some cases, a bent portion is formed in the vicinity of the portion. Also in this case, although depending on the size and shape of the bent portion, the metal wire of the fixing ring 2a excluding the end portion to the bent portion can be on the same horizontal plane, and a plurality of fixing rings 2a can be arranged in parallel. The effect is obtained.

(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 4A is a front view of a main part of a bag filter retainer according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention, and FIG. 4B is a main part plan view of FIG. In addition, the same thing as Embodiment 1 attaches | subjects the same code | symbol, and abbreviate | omits description.
In the figure, 2b is a ring for fixing the bag filter retainer in Embodiment 3 formed in a ring shape with a metal wire such as stainless steel, 3b is one end of the fixing ring 2b, and 5b is one end of the metal wire. 3 b and the other terminal portion 3 are overlapped portions, and the terminal portion 3 b is arranged along the inner peripheral side of the terminal portion 3. 7b is a joint part in which the terminal part 3 and the vertical wire 6 are joined by molten metal or the like.

A manufacturing method of the bag filter retainer according to the third embodiment configured as described above will be described below.
A metal wire such as stainless steel is formed in an annular shape, and one end portion 3b of the metal wire is juxtaposed along the inner peripheral side of the other end portion 3, and a plurality of fixing rings 2b formed with overlapping portions 5b are manufactured. To do. Subsequently, the terminal part 3 and the vertical wire 6 of the overlapping part 5b of the fixing ring 2b, and the terminal part 3 and the terminal part 3b are joined by spot welding or the like. Similarly, a plurality of fixing rings 2b are joined to the vertical wire 6 at a predetermined interval, and a plurality of vertical wires 6 are joined to the outside of the fixing ring 2b, so that the plurality of vertical wires 6 are fixed to a plurality. A bag filter retainer connected by the ring 2b is manufactured.
As described above, since the bag filter retainer according to the third embodiment of the present invention is configured, the same operation as described in the first embodiment can be obtained. However, since the height from the outer surface of the terminal portion 3b to the top of the vertical wire 6 is two of the outer diameter of the metal wire, the filter cloth disposed on the outside of the bag filter retainer is The end 4 tends to be easily damaged because it is bent and stretched greatly during dust collection and backwashing.

In addition, in this Embodiment, although the terminal part 3b was made to line-contact and the overlap part 5b was formed in the inner peripheral side of the terminal part 3, one or more places of the terminal parts 3b and 3 are made point contact. In some cases. This also provides the same effect.

(Embodiment 4)
FIG. 5A is a front view of a main part of a bag filter retainer according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention, and FIG. 5B is a main part plan view of FIG. In addition, the same thing as Embodiment 1 attaches | subjects the same code | symbol, and abbreviate | omits description.
In the figure, 2c is a ring for fixing the bag filter retainer in Embodiment 4 formed in a ring shape with a metal wire such as stainless steel, 3c is one terminal portion of the fixing ring 2c, and 5c is one terminal of the fixing ring 2c. The overlapping portion is formed by overlapping the portion 3 c and the other terminal portion 3, and the terminal portion 3 c is juxtaposed along the inner peripheral side of the terminal portion 3. 7c is a joint part in which the terminal part 3 and the vertical wire 6 are joined by molten metal or the like, 9c is a bent part in which a metal wire in the vicinity of the terminal part 3c is bent, and excludes from the terminal part 3c to the bent part 9c. The metal wire of the fixing ring 2c is formed to be bent inward of the terminal portion 3 so as to have the same size as the diameter of the terminal portion 3 so as to be positioned on the same circumference.
The manufacturing method of the bag filter retainer in the fourth embodiment configured as described above is the same as that described in the third embodiment except that the bent portion 9c is formed, and thus the description thereof is omitted.

As described above, since the bag filter retainer according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is configured, the following actions can be obtained in addition to the actions obtained in the third embodiment.
(1) Since the bent portion 9c is formed in the metal wire in the vicinity of the terminal portion 3c, the metal wire of the fixing ring 2c excluding the portion from the terminal portion 3c to the bent portion 9c can be on the same circumference, and a plurality of retainers can be provided. When connecting or attaching a retainer cap, the connecting member and the cap can be easily used in the same manner as described in the second embodiment.
(2) Since the metal wire of the fixing ring 2c provided with the bent portion 9c is formed so as to be located on the same circumference, the height difference between the terminal portion 3c and the vertical wire 6 can be reduced, and is disposed outside. The filter cloth is prevented from being greatly bent and stretched during dust collection and backwashing, and damage to the filter cloth can be prevented.

In addition, in this Embodiment, although the terminal part 3c was made to line-contact and the overlap part 5c was formed in the inner peripheral side of the terminal part 3, one or more places of the terminal parts 3c and 3 are made point contact. In some cases. This also achieves the same effect.

The present invention relates to a bag filter retainer that supports a filter cloth of a dust collector from the inside, and can eliminate the welding process of a single fixing ring for forming a fixing ring, thereby greatly reducing the number of welding processes and improving productivity. The fixing ring is not affected by the heat caused by welding to produce the fixing ring. The fixing ring has high mechanical strength and durability without forming a portion having low mechanical strength. It is possible to provide a bag filter retainer capable of enhancing the durability of the cloth.
