In this assembled state, the front end of the case portion 24 is adjusted with the adjusting screw 23 so that the front end of the case portion 24 is located slightly inside the front end edge of the through hole 22b of the holder 22, so that a little amount of oil is generated from the front end of the case portion 24. However, even if bleeding (bleeding) occurs, it is preferable to stay within the through hole 22b. If it does in this way, oil will not adhere to furniture.

In addition, since the holder 22 is mounted on the main body 5 in a state of covering the side plate surface 5a, the upper surface 5d, and the lower surface 5e of the main body 5 of the slide hinge 1, the vertical movement and inclination of the damper device 20 is avoided. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 11, the position of the furniture door 31 can be finely adjusted while the damper device 20 of this embodiment is mounted on the main body 5 of the slide hinge 1. That is, the screw 9 screwed into the main body 5 of the slide hinge 1 is exposed through the opening 22e formed in the holder 22, and the cover amount adjustment is performed through the opening 22f formed in the holder 22. This is because the screw 10 is exposed. For this reason, the tip of the driver is inserted into the opening 22e, and the screw 9 is loosened at one end, so that the main body 5 of the slide hinge 1 is optimal in the front-rear direction with respect to the locking member 8 located on the inner side. By adjusting the position and then tightening the screw 9 again, the front and rear position of the furniture door 51 can be finely adjusted.

Claims (7)

  1. This is a damper device for the slide hinge that is attached to the slide hinge and used to suppress the generation of a loud collision sound when it collides with the front edge of the furniture opening when the furniture door supported by the slide hinge closes. ,
    A holder that is detachably mounted along the main body of the slide hinge, and a damper that receives the back of the furniture door,
    The holder is provided with a plunging locking means capable of entering and locking into the opening formed in the wall surface of the main body to prevent detachment during use and releasing the locking.
    The holder surface has at least one head of a screw screwed to the main body part and a cover amount adjusting screw screwed to the main body part to finely adjust the attachment position of the furniture door in the front-rear direction. A damper device for a slide hinge, characterized in that either or both of an opening and a notch that allow the screw operation by the tip of the driver to be exposed are formed.

  6.   6. The damper device for a slide hinge according to claim 1, wherein the holder function has a structure in which a U-shaped recess formed on the back surface of the holder is covered along the main body of the slide hinge.
  7.   The damper device for a slide hinge according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a silencer member that is in contact with the back surface of the furniture door with a cushion function is attached to a front end portion of the damper.
