従来の厨房キャビネットとして以下の如きものが知られている。

本発明は前記欠点を解消するために以下の如き手段を採用した。
（１）請求項１の発明は、左右の側板、底板及び背板を有するキャビネット本体、キャビネット本体の上部に設けられた水槽及び同加熱調理機器を有する厨房キャビネットにおいて、背板は、背板の後方に配管スペースを形成するようにして、且つ、水槽及び加熱調理機器と衝突・干渉しないように背板の上端と水槽の下部及び加熱調理機器の下部との間に間隙を形成するようにして、左右の側板に取り付けられ、前記水槽と加熱調理機器との間に位置するようにしてキャビネット本体に引き出し収納空間が形成され、引き出し収納空間に引き出しが前後動自在に設けられており、前記引き出し収納空間に臨むようにして、左右一対の仕切り板がキャビネット本体に設けられ、仕切り板の後端が左右の側板の後端を含む仮想鉛直面に位置しているものである。
（２）請求項２の発明は、前記仕切り板の上側部の後端が左右の側板の後端を含む仮想鉛直面に位置しており、同下側部の後端が背板に固定されている請求項１記載のものである。

（１）請求項１の発明によれば、引き出し収納空間に臨むようにして設けられた左右一対の仕切り板の後端がキャビネット本体の左右の側板の後端を含む仮想鉛直面に位置しているものであるから、左右一対の仕切り板の後端を設置場所の建物の側壁に、当接させたり又は連結具により固定することにより、背板、ひいてはキャビネット本体の補強を行うことが出来る。即ち、コスト高の、縦断面Ｌ字状の覆い部材を使用することなく、左右一対の仕切り板を利用してキャビネット本体の強度を高めることが出来る。
（２）請求項２の発明によれば、仕切り板の下側部の後端が背板に固定されているので、仕切り板により背板の補強を行うことが出来る。
