本発明で言うポールとは棒状のいわゆるポールに代表されるが、いわゆるポールに限定するものではない。勿論、棒状のいわゆるポールでも良いが、棒状ではない一方が太い物、逆に一方が細い物でも良い。ただ、あまりにもなだらかな傾斜のあるポールでは効果が少ないので、ポールの頂点とポールの端を結ぶ線と平坦部に引いた線とが作る角度が１２０度以下であることが好ましい。より好ましい該角度は略９０度である(図４)。
