二層構造の支持板と、該二層構造の支持板の間に形成される固定溝と、該固定溝に嵌設され前記被剪断物を載置する当接部材とを備える固定剪断部と、
前記固定溝に嵌挿される可動部と、該可動部の一部に設けられ前記当接部材に押圧されて前記被剪断物を剪断する剪断刃とを備える可動剪断部と、
一端に前記当接部材と当接し前記被剪断物を挟持する歯部を、他端に延伸部を有する挟持部と、
前記延伸部と前記可動部とを弾設し、前記剪断刃が前記被剪断物または前記当接部材に押圧されると、前記歯部を前記被剪断物に押圧させる弾性体と、
を備え、
前記固定剪断部と前記可動剪断部と前記挟持部がそれぞれ軸通孔を有し一の支軸にて互いに回動自在に軸支してなることを特徴とする園芸用鋏。
