前記両側板のそれぞれの長形孔の前記第2端に近い所の間に、前記可動棒と第1の隙間を空けるように平行に固定されていて前記可動棒がそれに近付いて前記第1の隙間を縮小し、ほぼ各第2端を押し付けた場合、該可動棒と共にそれに挿通したベルトを挟持することができる第1係止棒と、
