表面積が100cmとなるようにサンプルを切り出して評価サンプルとする。この評価サンプルを4L容量のテドラーバッグに封入し、60℃の熱風乾燥機内にて2時間加熱する。次いでテドラーバッグ内のガスをポンプにて吸引し、ガス中の揮発性有機物を所定の吸着管に吸着させる。吸着管をガスクロマトグラフに接続し、吸着された揮発性有機化合物中のトルエンとキシレンを定量分析した。測定結果を表1に示した。
(臭気)
連続ストリップ状の評価用発泡体から長さ100mmの試験サンプルを切り出し、市販のガスサンプル採取用のサンプリングバッグに収容して60℃にて2時間加熱した。サンプリングバッグを室温に冷却した後にモニターにより臭気を評価した。結果を表1に併せて示した。

A test sample having a length of 100 mm was cut out from the evaluation foam in the form of a continuous strip, placed in a commercially available sampling bag for collecting a gas sample, and heated at 60 ° C. for 2 hours. The odor was evaluated with a monitor after the sampling bag was cooled to room temperature. The results are also shown in Table 1.
