前記大きな押出圧力を必要とする分野に使用する注射器型の医療用注入器において、注入する際の押出圧力をより小さくしプランジャー部材を押す操作の労力を軽減し、例えば片手操作により円滑確実に押出操作ができる注射器型の医療用注入器が望まれていた。前記問題点を解決するため、特開2003―102740号公報に示される器具が考案されている。しかし、この器具は、構造が複雑で高価といった問題がある。
