The apparatus shown in FIG. 1 is realized by mounting a dedicated program on a portable terminal which is a portable terminal apparatus. Recently, mobile phones equipped with a display screen and equipped with a CCD camera and capable of executing a program are commercially available, and this is realized by installing a dedicated program in such a mobile phone. Note that the information providing apparatus according to the present invention is not necessarily realized by a mobile phone, and can be realized by another mobile terminal (for example, a PDA) equipped with these functions. However, recently, each individual has a mobile phone, and each mobile phone can hold the owner's information. Therefore, it is desirable to use the mobile phone.

When this apparatus is realized using a mobile phone, the intake nutrient
(Display)
Subsequently, a display object to which a two-dimensional code used in the present invention is added will be described. The display object is an object displaying various information. Here, a menu table that is a printed object on which a plurality of dishes are printed will be described as an example. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an example of such a menu table. As shown in FIG. 2, a dish photo, an explanatory note, and a two-dimensional code are printed on the menu table for each dish.
In FIG. 2, 21 is an overall description, 22 is an overall two-dimensional code, 23 is a dish photo, 24 is an instruction by dish, and 25 is a two-dimensional code by dish. The entire
Here, an example of information recorded in the two-
Here, data recorded in the dish-specific two-
For example, in the example of FIG. 11A, the encryption number is “4”, which indicates a method of inverting the order of arrangement from the beginning to the end. Therefore, the recorded information after encryption by this method is as shown in FIG. Note that the cipher numbers are not changed in order in consideration of the time of decryption, and are still arranged at the end in FIG. 11B. Thus, it becomes difficult to decipher data by performing encryption.
Further, instead of the recording information as shown in FIG. 11A, it is possible to use less data. In the data shown in FIG. 11A, since it is recorded with a character code, 8 bits are required for one digit. Therefore, numerical values are recorded as binary data. For example, if the number “1000” is input as a character code, 4 characters × 8 bits = 32 bits are required, but if it is recorded as binary data, only 10 bits are required. Furthermore, if the values that can be input are limited, the amount of data can be reduced. For example, if calories are set so that only one meal can be input from 0 kcal to 2047 kcal, the number of bits can be further saved.
(Preparation)
The user downloads a dedicated program to his / her mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone) to make it operable as a device as shown in FIG. 1, and then stores his / her ideal nutrient amount into the ideal nutrient amount storage. Record in
For recording the ideal nutrient amount in the ideal nutrient
Further, the data shown in FIG. 12A is encrypted by a method specified by the encryption number. For example, the method of the encryption number “4” shows a method of inverting the order of arrangement from the beginning to the end as in the case of the recording information to the two-dimensional code described above. The ideal nutrient amount is shown in FIG. Thus, it becomes difficult to decipher data by performing encryption.
Further, instead of the data as shown in FIG. 12A, it is possible to make the data smaller. In the data shown in FIG. 12A, since a character code is used, 8 bits are required for one number. Therefore, numerical values are recorded as binary data. For example, if the number “1000” is input as a character code, 4 characters × 8 bits = 32 bits are required, but if it is recorded as binary data, only 10 bits are required.
(Processing operation of the device)
Next, the processing operation of the apparatus shown in FIG. 1 will be described. The user prepares the ideal nutrient amount in the ideal nutrient
After the second time, that is, after the intake nutrient amount is recorded in the intake nutrient
When the user eats the recommended food displayed on the display means 7, as described above, the user instructs to record the nutrient amount of the displayed food, and the intake nutrient
(Indication of undernutrients only)
In the above example, the function to suggest recommended dishes from multiple dishes listed in the menu table based on undernutrients was explained. However, only recommended nutrients are displayed without suggesting recommended dishes. Is also possible. In this case, a predetermined operation button of the portable terminal is provided with a function for instructing the display of insufficient nutrients, and when the user operates this operation button, the nutrient amount comparison means 5 stores the intake nutrient amount memory. The ingested nutrient amount recorded in the
In the example shown in FIG. 1, the ideal nutrient amount that is the ideal nutrient amount to be ingested and the ingested nutrient amount that is the actual ingested nutrient amount are recorded inside the mobile terminal. It is not necessary to do everything inside the terminal. Either one of the intake nutrient
(Example using GPS)
In recent years, mobile phones equipped with a GPS function and capable of detecting the present location have also appeared. By adopting a portable terminal having such a GPS function in this apparatus, it is possible to propose a restaurant dish corresponding to a lack of nutrients. In this case, it is necessary to access a server for providing a separate service via the network. First, the user accesses the server and transmits position information detected by the GPS function. Then, a restaurant category selection screen as shown in FIG. 8A is transmitted from the server. Furthermore, when the user selects, a store selection screen corresponding to the selected category is transmitted from the server. The screen at this time is shown in FIG. Here, when the user selects a store name, the portable terminal transmits the insufficient nutrient calculated by the nutrient amount comparison means 5 to the server. The server refers to the dish information recorded for the selected store, extracts the received dish information containing a large amount of deficient nutrients, and transmits it to the mobile terminal. As a result, a recommended dish as shown in FIG. 8C is displayed on the screen of the mobile terminal.
(Other examples of display items)
In the above-described example, the menu table that is a printed material on which a plurality of dishes are printed has been described as the display object. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, it is possible to adopt a form of a sticker to be attached to food. FIG. 6 is a plan view of the display object in the form of a seal as viewed from the front surface, and the back surface has an adhesive force by a known adhesive. In addition to the food name, content, price, etc., the surface is printed with how to make a dish using this food, and other ingredients necessary for making the dish. In addition, a bar code for food management is printed, and a two-
Furthermore, in the two-dimensional code, information that cannot be displayed on the seal surface other than nutrients can be recorded. For example, in the example shown in the figure, feeds, producers, producer comments, and the like can also be recorded. Therefore, on the information providing side, it is possible to convey to the user information that cannot be displayed on a display object having a limited area.
In addition, in the display shown in FIG. 2, the recipe is posted in the explanatory text, and the two-dimensional code includes the total calorie content of the recipe, the main nutrient amount (protein, carbohydrate, vitamin A, B, C, D, E, Record minerals, plant fibers, etc.). In this case, when photographing is performed with the mobile terminal, nutrients are displayed on the screen as shown in FIG.
In addition, in the display shown in FIG. 2, a restaurant menu, a home delivery catalog, and a take-out lunch menu are included in the explanation, and the two-dimensional code includes an introduction of ingredients, an introduction of the cook, a recommendation sentence, and the menu. Record the total calories and main nutrients. In this case, when a picture is taken with a portable terminal, the screen introduces food, introduces a chef, and displays a recommendation sentence as shown in FIG. Further, nutrients are displayed by scrolling the screen.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the two-dimensional code is visible to the naked eye has been described. However, the two-dimensional code does not impair the design of the printed material, and thus the two-dimensional code is not visible to the naked eye. good. In other words, a transparent code or a two-dimensional code called print-type steganography, which is not visible to the naked eye but can be read by a two-dimensional code reading means such as a CCD camera, can also be employed.
