Description

The present invention relates to a roll paper support device for supporting a roll paper such as a label or a seal temporarily attached to a recording paper wound in a roll shape or a belt-like base paper wound in a roll shape used in a printer or a facsimile machine. In particular, the present invention relates to a roll paper support device that performs axial positioning of roll paper supported using a guide plate.

In printers and facsimiles that print on roll paper such as labels and stickers that are temporarily attached to recording paper wound in rolls or strips mounted in rolls, the axial direction of the supported roll paper It is necessary to perform positioning. The roll paper is generally positioned in the axial direction by a guide plate that guides the side of the supported roll paper. In a center-distributed printer or facsimile, a pair of guide plates are supported by a rack and pinion structure. The roll paper is slid in the axial direction of the roll paper, and the distance between the pair of guide plates is adjusted according to the size of the roll paper, and the distance between the pair of guide plates adjusted according to the size of the roll paper is maintained. Therefore, a lock mechanism for fixing the guide plate is provided (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, in the prior art, in order to maintain the distance between the pair of guide plates adjusted according to the size of the roll paper, it is necessary to provide a complicated mechanism called a lock mechanism for fixing the guide plates, and roll paper of different sizes. In the case of mounting the roll paper, it is necessary to release the lock mechanism and perform the readjustment work, which causes a problem that the roll paper replacement work becomes complicated.
JP 2002-321851 A

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object thereof is to maintain a distance between a pair of guide plates adjusted according to the size of the roll paper without providing a complicated mechanism. A convex portion substantially the same as the thickness of the guide plate is formed on the surface of the scissors that comes into contact with the roll paper wrapped around the core means, and the guide plate is between the scissors means and the roll paper wrapped around the core means. The guide plate can be easily inserted into the gap between the scissors means and the roll paper wrapped around the core means, and the roll paper can be easily mounted. There is an effect that can be.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a first embodiment of a roll paper support device according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a state in which roll paper is wrapped around the roll paper support device shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the core portion and the collar portion shown in FIG. 1, (a) is a perspective view showing the configuration of the core portion, and (b) is It is a perspective view which shows the structure of a collar part, (c) is a perspective view which shows the state by which the collar part was screwed together by the core part. 4 is a top view showing a state in which roll paper is wrapped around the core portion shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 (a) is a top view showing a state where roll paper is wrapped around the core portion removed from the guide plate. It is a figure and (b) is a top view which shows the state which spanned the core part by which the roll paper was wrapped around the guide plate.

In the first embodiment, referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a roll paper 2 such as a label or a seal temporarily attached to a recording paper wound in a roll shape or a belt-like mount wound in a roll shape. In the printer 1 that performs printing on the printer 1, it is a device that supports the roll paper 2 supplied to the thermal head 5, and is erected in the housing 3 of the printer 1, and a pair of guides for positioning the roll paper 2 in the axial direction. It consists of a plate 10, a core portion 20 spanned between a pair of guide plates 10, and a flange portion 30 screwed into the core portion 20. Reference numeral 4 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is a lid that opens and closes the upper portion of the housing 3.

The roll paper 2 is, for example, a recording paper or a belt-like mount wound around a cylindrical body such as a paper tube, and a through-hole through which the core portion 20 passes is formed in the axial center.

The pair of guide plates 10 is a plate-like member in which a concave portion over which the core portion 20 is bridged is formed, and is slidably opposed to each other so as to be slidable in the axial direction of the core portion 20 to be bridged. A rack portion 11 extending toward the other guide plate 10 is formed at the bottom of the pair of guide plates 10. Each rack portion 11 of the pair of guide plates 10 has tooth portions having the same pitch at opposite ends, and tooth portions that mesh with the rack portions 11 are formed between the rack portions 11. A pinion portion 12 is rotatably attached to a shaft standing on the bottom surface of the housing 3. As a result, the pair of guide plates 10 slides in conjunction with each other with the same sliding amount via the pinion portion 12, and one guide plate 10 approaches the other guide plate 10. When it is slid, the other guide plate 10 is also slid in the approaching direction, and when one guide plate 10 is slid away from the other guide plate 10, the other guide plate 10 is also separated. To be slid.

Referring to FIG. 3A, the core portion 20 is a columnar member having a spiral groove 21 formed on the peripheral surface. As shown in FIG. The roll paper 2 is supported by being stretched over the guide plate 10. In addition, the core part 20 is axially positioned by the side wall of the housing 3 in a state where the core part 20 is bridged between the pair of guide plates 10.

Referring to FIG. 3 (b), the flange 30 is a disk-shaped member centered on a circular opening in which a circumferential groove 31 is formed. As shown in FIG. The circumferential groove 31 is engaged with the spiral groove 21 of the portion 20 and is wrapped around the core portion 20. Thereby, when the collar part 30 is rotated in a state in which the core part 20 is fixed, the collar part 30 can be moved in any direction along the axis of the core part 20. It can be arranged at the position.

As shown in FIG. 4, the peripheral surface of the core part 20 is provided with scales at a plurality of locations (three or more) on the peripheral surface by printing or the like, and viewed in any direction in the axial direction of the core part 20. The arrangement of the collar 30 can be recognized. The scale provided on the peripheral surface of the core portion 20 indicates the size (width) of the roll paper 2, and the notation representing the scale is shifted so as not to be blocked by the collar portion 30 disposed on the scale. It is provided at the position. In FIG. 4, the spiral groove 21 formed on the peripheral surface of the core portion 20 is omitted.

Next, a method for loading the roll paper 2 in the first embodiment will be described in detail.
First, the scale printed on the peripheral surface of the core part 20 is referred to, and the collar part 30 is rotated and moved in the axial direction of the core part 20 to the scale corresponding to the size of the roll paper 2. The arrangement of the core portion 20 in the axial direction is adjusted, and the roll paper 2 is wrapped around the core portion 20 as shown in FIG. FIG. 4 shows an example in which the roll paper 2 to be loaded has a size of 90 mm and the collar portion 30 is arranged on a scale of “90”.

Next, the roll paper 2 is mounted at a predetermined position by bridging the core section 20 around which the roll paper 2 is wrapped around the pair of guide plates 10. When bridging the core portion 20 between the pair of guide plates 10, as shown in FIG. 4B, the guide plate 10 is slid and the flange portion 30 screwed into the core portion 20, and the core portion 20. One guide plate 10 is positioned between the roll paper 2 and the rolled paper 2. The core portion 20 is positioned in the axial direction by a position regulating member such as a receiving portion (not shown) provided on the side wall of the housing 3 in a state of being spanned between the pair of guide plates 10. Functions as a restricting means for restricting the sliding of the guide plate 10 and can restrict the sliding of the guide plate 10 in the direction away from the other guide plate 10 so that the loaded roll paper 2 can be stabilized. It can be supported.

Since the axial arrangement in the core portion 20 of the collar portion 30 does not move unless it is intentionally rotated, when the roll paper 2 of the same size is replaced, the core portion 20 of the collar portion 30 does not move. There is no need to readjust the arrangement in the axial direction, and the roll paper 2 can be easily replaced.

As described above, according to the first embodiment, in the state where the core portion 20 is stretched over the pair of guide plates 10, the collar portion 30 moves away from the other guide plate 10 of the guide plate 10. In this configuration, the distance between the pair of guide plates 10 adjusted according to the size of the roll paper 2 can be maintained without providing a complicated mechanism. By changing the arrangement of the collar portion 10 in the axial direction, it is possible to cope with the roll paper 2 of different sizes, so that the readjustment work when mounting the roll paper 2 of different sizes can be simplified. There is an effect that the work efficiency at the time of replacing the roll paper 2 can be improved.

Furthermore, according to the first embodiment, since the peripheral surface of the core portion 20 is provided with the scale indicating the arrangement of the collar portion 30 according to the size of the roll paper 2 to be wrapped, the roll paper 2 The arrangement of the collar 30 according to the size of the paper can be easily recognized, the readjustment work when the roll paper 2 of a different size is mounted can be simplified, and the work efficiency when replacing the roll paper 2 There is an effect that can be improved.

(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a collar part used in the second embodiment of the roll paper supporting device according to the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a core in which the collar part shown in FIG. 5 is screwed. It is a top view showing a state where the roll paper is wrapped around the part, (a) is a top view showing a state where the roll paper is wrapped around the core part removed from the guide plate, (b), It is a top view which shows the state which spanned the core part by which the roll paper was wrapped around the guide plate.

In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the flange portion 50 in which the donut-shaped convex portion 51 is formed around the circular opening portion in which the circumferential groove 31 is formed is formed on the core portion 20. Used by screwing. As shown in FIG. 6A, the flange portion 50 is screwed into the core portion 20 so that the convex portion 51 is in contact with the roll paper 2, and the convex portion 51 is substantially the same as the thickness of the guide plate 10. The roll is formed with a diameter longer than the diameter of the through-hole formed in the roll paper 2 and does not fit into the through-hole formed in the roll paper 2 wrapped around the core portion 20. It is configured to abut against the side surface of the paper 2. As a result, a gap substantially the same as the thickness of the guide plate 10 is generated between the flange portion 50 and the roll paper 2 that is wrapped around the core portion 20, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 6 (b), when the core portion 20 around which the roll paper 2 is wrapped is bridged between the pair of guide plates 10, the roll paper is wrapped around the flange portion 50 and the core portion 20. Therefore, the roll paper 2 can be easily mounted.

As described above, according to the second embodiment, the convex portion 51 that is substantially the same as the thickness of the guide plate 10 is formed on the surface of the collar portion 50 that comes into contact with the roll paper 2 wrapped around the core portion 10. The guide plate 10 is formed so as to form a gap into which the guide plate 10 is inserted between the flange portion 50 and the roll paper 2 that is wrapped around the core portion 20. Thus, the roll paper 2 can be easily inserted into the gap between the roll paper 2 and the roll paper 2 and the roll paper 2 can be easily mounted.
