Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a relatively large-capacity air purifier installed in, for example, an air-conditioning duct, a ventilation duct, or the like in a store, factory, or various facilities.
FIG. 12 is a diagram schematically showing an installation form of the conventional
The following problems can be pointed out in the prior art.
When the
(I) Remove the
(Ii) The
(Iii) A strong alkaline aqueous solution is naturally contaminated and is neutralized with a neutralizing agent and then discarded in sewage.
(Iv) The air purifier is attached to the
The above work has the following problems a to d.
(a) Strongly alkaline aqueous solutions and neutralizing agents are expensive.
(b) Both are laborious operations.
(c) If it is repeatedly immersed in a strong alkaline aqueous solution, the electrode of the aluminum foil to which dust adheres becomes gradually thinner and unusable, and it is necessary to replace it with a new one.
(d) For example, even in a small-scale pachinko parlor, since it is the actual situation that about 30 air cleaning devices are installed, the replacement cost becomes very high.
In view of the above problems, the present invention eliminates the need for strong alkali cleaning in the air purifier installed on the flow path of the air induction duct, thereby eliminating work burden and work cost and reducing electrode life. The purpose is to realize cost reduction.

(4) The air purifier according to claim 4 is the method of claim 3,
A first photoelectric sensor (18a, 18b) capable of detecting the degree of contamination of the stretched belt-like suction paper (21a);
A second photoelectric sensor (17) capable of detecting marks (21c) attached at regular intervals on the belt-like suction paper (21a);
The motor roller (14d) to move the belt-like suction paper (21a) in the paper feeding direction in response to the degree of contamination detected by the first photoelectric sensor (18a, 18b) exceeding a preset value. ), While the second photoelectric sensor (17) detects the mark (21c) and stops the motor roller (14d).
The air cleaning device according to
In use, for example, a timer is set according to the period during which the limit amount of dust accumulates on the belt-shaped suction paper, and the motor roller is driven periodically to move the belt-shaped suction paper in the paper feed direction. Launch a new face. When all the roll paper has been used, the used belt-like suction paper wound on the motor roller may be discarded and a new roll paper may be set on the loading roll.
In the air cleaning device of the present invention, it is not necessary to clean the electrodes. Therefore, the burden of the cleaning work and the cost of the cleaning agent can be remarkably reduced, and the life of the electrode can be extended because the electrode is not consumed.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the apparatus of the first aspect, a suitable control device for the motor roller is provided. This control device receives the output signal of the first photoelectric sensor that monitors the degree of dirt on the belt-like suction paper, that is, the degree of dust adsorption, and controls the start of driving of the motor roller based on this signal. If the output signal of the first photoelectric sensor exceeds a preset value, the motor roller is driven to move the belt-like suction paper in the paper feed direction. Further, marks that can be detected by the second photoelectric sensor are provided at regular intervals on the belt-like suction paper, and the control device receives the output signal of the second photoelectric sensor that has detected the mark. Stop the motor roller. If a mark is attached so as to correspond to the feeding amount (corresponding to the stretched length) of the belt-like suction paper, one new belt-like suction paper is automatically fed.
As a result, the belt-like suction paper is fed in accordance with the degree of dust accumulation, so that it is possible to appropriately cope with fluctuations in the amount of dust and the belt-like suction paper can be used without waste.
In the air cleaning device according to the third aspect, the substantially rectangular parallelepiped housing is configured by combining the receiving case and the cassette case, and the cassette case can be detachably fitted inside the receiving case. The cassette case is provided with a loading roller for loading roll paper, a belt-like adsorbing paper tensioning means, a winding motor roller, and a ground electrode, while the receiving case has a low voltage electrode and a high voltage electrode. And are installed.
As a result, when all of the belt-shaped suction paper is used, the roll paper can be easily replaced by removing the used cassette case from the receiving case and replacing it with another cassette case pre-set with roll paper. As a result, the work load of roll paper replacement is reduced.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the apparatus of the third aspect, the first and second photoelectric sensors and the motor roller control device similar to those of the second aspect are provided. As a result, the belt-like suction paper is fed in accordance with the degree of dust accumulation, so that it is possible to appropriately cope with fluctuations in the amount of dust and the belt-like suction paper can be used without waste.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(1) First Embodiment FIG. 1 is a schematic partially cutaway perspective view of an
In FIG. 1, the upward arrow indicates the direction of air flow when attached to the duct. In the illustrated example, the
In the
Further, a belt-
The dust in the air flowing in from the
For example, the belt-
The direction in which the belt-
A
As shown in FIG. 2, the belt-
As dust accumulates on the belt-

In the
In the receiving
When the
When the
When the
As shown in FIG. 8, both cases can be disassembled simply by removing the fixing pins 14e and 15c. Thus, when all the belt-
