Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

<1> Outline of Bullet Collection Device FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a collection facility constructed by arranging a plurality of bullet collection devices 10 adjacent to each other in a horizontal row.
There is a shooting position (not shown) on the left side of the figure, and bullets fired toward various targets provided between the shooting position and the bullet collecting device 10 can be collected and collected by the bullet collecting device 10. It is like that.

The bullet collecting device 10 is a funnel-shaped material made of precast concrete having a box-shaped cross section, and an inner wall surface thereof is coated with a liner material having excellent wear resistance as required.
The cross-sectional shape of the precast concrete funnel is not limited to the rectangular shape shown in the figure, but in addition to a polygon such as a trapezoid, a polygon whose corner is curved in an arc shape, an elliptical shape, etc. A curved shape is also included.
The precast concrete funnel is formed as a divided structure.

The bullet collecting device 10 of this example will be described with reference to the assembly diagram shown in FIG. 2. The bullet collecting device 10 includes at least a guide box portion 20 surrounded by a wall surface and a rear end of the guide box portion 20. The connected collection box part 30 and the collection | recovery part 40 connected to the rear end of the collection box part 30 are comprised. Reference numeral 50 denotes a frame on which the guide box portion 20 and the collection box portion 30 are placed.

The bullet collecting device 10 is formed in a split type because the bullet collecting device 10 is a large structure having a height of 4 m or more, a width of 3 m or more, and a depth of 8 m or more. This is to improve the installation workability.
The bullet collecting device 10 is made of brecast concrete in order to improve transportability and to obtain a homogeneous and high-quality housing in a favorable manufacturing environment.

<2> Guiding box part The guiding box part 20 is a cylindrical member for collecting bullets with a larger area than the collecting box part 30 and guiding them to the collecting box part 30. It consists of a plurality of divided pieces 21 and 21 having a letter shape.
Since one of the divided pieces 21 has the same shape and the same structure, the divided piece 21 is composed of a horizontal wall 22 having a constant width and a pair of vertical walls 23 and 23 erected opposite to both ends of the horizontal wall 22.

Moreover, the split pieces 21 and 21 of the guide box portion 20 have the same shape in order to reduce the number of molds for forming and to economically form with one type of formwork, and to change the installation position at the time of assembly on site. This is in order to share the divided pieces without any distinction.

The horizontal wall 22 is inclined at a predetermined elevation angle θ with respect to the horizontal line. The elevation angle θ will be described later.
The pair of vertical walls 23, 23 are formed so that both ends of the vertical wall 23 are non-parallel so that the height gradually decreases from the left to the right in the figure.
The split piece 21 is formed in this way because the opposing distance between the opposing side walls 22, 22 when the vertical walls 23 of the pair of split pieces 21, 21 are assembled to each other, that is, the vertical space is illustrated. This is because the bullet is guided to the collection box 30 by gradually changing from left to right.
In addition, the division | segmentation number of the guide box part 20 may be two or more.

Inner wall surfaces of the horizontal wall 22 and the vertical wall 23 constituting the divided piece 21 are covered with a plurality of divided liners 61. An example of the split liner 61 is shown in FIG. The material of the divided liner 61 is made of a hard material such as a steel plate that is not easily damaged even if it is hit. The planar shape is not limited to the illustrated quadrangle, and various shapes can be applied, and the size is also an appropriate size. Can be selected.
Furthermore, when the split liner 61 is attached, a known means such as a bolt fixing screw can be applied so that the split liner 61 can be replaced.

<3> Collection Box Part The collection box part 30 is a cylindrical member for collecting bullets and guiding them to the collection part 40. For example, a plurality of divided pieces 31 having a U-shaped cross-section divided into two parts vertically or horizontally. , 31.
Since one of the divided pieces 31 has the same shape and the same structure, the divided piece 31 includes a horizontal wall 32 having a different width and a pair of vertical walls 33, 33 standing opposite to both ends of the horizontal wall 22. The reason why the divided pieces 31 and 31 are combined in the same shape is as described above.
Further, the number of divisions of the collection box portion 30 may be two or more as in the case of the guide box portion 20.

The horizontal wall 32 of the divided piece 31 constituting the collection box 30 is inclined at a predetermined elevation angle θ with respect to the horizontal line, and the pair of vertical walls 33 and 33 are also predetermined with respect to the longitudinal axis of the bullet collecting device 10. It is inclined at a horizontal angle θ.
In this example, the case where not only the horizontal wall 32 of the collection box 30 and the pair of vertical walls 33 and 33 but also the elevation angle θ of the horizontal wall 22 of the guide box 20 is formed at the same angle will be described. The angle of 30 horizontal walls 32 and a pair of vertical walls 33 and 33 should just be formed in predetermined angle (theta).
The predetermined angle (elevation angle, horizontal angle) θ is preferably in the range of 5 ° to 25 °, and is practically 15 ° ± 3 °.

If the angle (elevation angle, horizontal angle) θ is smaller than the lower limit of the above range, the impact absorption performance of the bullets will be extremely lowered, and the depth (full length) of both the box portions 20 and 30 must be designed to be very long. If the angle (elevation angle, horizontal angle) θ is larger than the upper limit of the above range, damage to the liner material becomes severe and the replacement life becomes extremely short, and the impact of the concrete frame is large. In concrete, there is a problem that cracks and breakage are likely to occur, and in the present invention, in order to avoid all such problems, the angle θ of the inner wall surface (lateral walls 32, 22) is set to the above-described angle.

The pair of vertical walls 33 and 33 are formed so that both ends of the vertical wall 33 are in a non-parallel relationship so that the height gradually decreases from left to right in the drawing.
The split piece 31 is formed in this way because the opposing distance between the opposing lateral walls 32 and 32, that is, the vertical space is shown when the vertical walls 33 of the pair of split pieces 31 and 31 are assembled together. This is because the bullets are gradually narrowed from the left to the right to guide the bullets to the collection unit 40.

Inner wall surfaces of the horizontal wall 32 and the vertical wall 33 constituting the divided piece 31 are covered with a plurality of divided liners 61.

<4> Collection unit The collection unit 40 is a back material for collecting and collecting the bullets collected by the two box units 20 and 30 in one place, and the overall shape thereof is a square formed vertically. The rectangular box body which consists of the vertical wall 41 and the some horizontal wall 42 standingly arranged in the periphery of the vertical surface 41 is exhibited, The opening part is joined and arrange | positioned with the rear end of the collection box part 30. FIG.

A plurality of divided liners 61 are also attached to the inner wall surface of the collection unit 40.
The uppermost horizontal wall (ceiling surface) 42 of the collection unit 40 has the same angle as the horizontal wall 32 of the collection box unit 30, and the collected bullets do not directly hit the vertical surface 41 of the collection unit 40. It is formed so as to collide with the inclined uppermost side wall 42.
That is, in FIG. 3, the right end, which is the innermost portion of the horizontal wall (ceiling surface) 42, is positioned relatively below the lower opening surface of the right end of the collection box 30, and the right end of the horizontal wall (ceiling surface) 42 is captured. It is formed so as to have a height difference h between the lower surface of the opening at the right end of the collecting box 30 and the bullet that has passed through the opening at the right end of the collecting box 30 is always in contact with the inclined ceiling surface. That's fine.
Therefore, the horizontal wall (ceiling surface) 42 is divided into two parts, front and rear, for convenience, and the front part is inclined and formed, and the rear part is inclined horizontally or in the opposite direction.

Further, a chute-like hopper 44 is provided in the collection unit 40 as necessary, and the bullets can be collected by dropping themselves into a container 43 that can be loaded and unloaded installed at the bottom of the collection unit 40.

<5> frame The frame 50 for mounting the guide box 20 and the collection box 30 is a member made of brecast concrete as shown in FIGS. 51 and 52.
The front split base 51 has a wedge shape in cross section, and the rear split base 52 has a substantially trapezoidal cross section. A person enters and exits a part of the split base 52 to carry out the container 43 in the collection box 30. There are openings and doors to enter.
The gantry 50 is not an essential component and may be other than concrete or may be omitted.

<6> Assembly Method The assembly method of the bullet collecting device 10 will be described. First, the divided bases 51 and 52 carried into the installation site are joined to assemble the base 50, and then the same-shaped divided pieces 21, 21, 31, and 31 are used. With the simple assembly operation of assembling the guide box part 20 and the collection box part 30 on the gantry 50 and finally assembling the recovery part 40 at the rear end of the collection box part 30, The bullet collecting device 10 can be completed within a short time.
In the above-described manner, a plurality of bullet collecting devices 10 are arranged adjacent to each other and arranged side by side to construct a collection facility.
In addition, as a connection means of each member which comprises the bullet collection apparatus 10, a bolt stop and a well-known fixing means are applicable.

<7> How to use Shooters practice shooting from the shooting position by repeatedly shooting at the target.
The bullets are guided to the inner part where the space is narrowed down gradually while rebounding to the inner wall surface of the guide box part 20 and the collection box part 30 constituting the bullet collector 10.
Even if the shooter mistakenly removes the target by mistake, it can be collected by the guide box portion 20 having a large opening area, and the bullets can be reliably prevented from scattering outside the facility.
The bullets collected by the guide box part 20 and the collection box part 30 collide with the inclined uppermost horizontal wall 42 of the collection part 40, that is, the ceiling surface, and the impact energy of the bullets is efficiently attenuated.
Thus, the bullet does not directly hit the vertical wall surface 41 of the recovery unit 40, but hits the vertical wall surface 41 of the recovery unit 40 in a state where it collides with the inclined uppermost horizontal wall 42 of the recovery unit 40 and loses momentum.
Therefore, not only can the impact load on the vertical wall surface 41 of the collecting unit 40 be reduced, but also bullets can be safely collected in the container 43 by suppressing the jumping of bullets in the collecting unit 40.

In collecting bullets, the inner wall surfaces of the guide box 20 and the collection box 30 are set to a predetermined angle (elevation angle, horizontal angle) θ, so that the impact received by the concrete frame is small. When a liner material is provided on the inner wall surface, the liner material is also difficult to be damaged, so that its replacement life is extended.
Furthermore, it is possible to avoid designing the length (full length) of the bullet collecting device 10 to be too long, and a compact design is possible.

With the use of the bullet collecting device 10, the liner material covering the inner wall surface of the bullet collecting device 10 may be worn out or severely damaged.
In such a case, the damaged divided liner 61 may be removed and newly replaced, and the liner material in the minimum necessary range can be easily replaced in a short time.

Other forms will be described below. In the description, the same parts as those described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

6 to 8 show another bullet collecting device 10.
6 and 7 show plan views of the bullet collecting device 10, and FIG. 6 shows a mode in which the vertical wall 22 of the guide box 20 is set to the same horizontal angle θ as the vertical wall 32 of the collecting box 30. 7 shows a form in which the vertical wall 22 of the guide box portion 20 is set to an angle larger than the horizontal angle θ of the vertical wall 32 of the collection box portion 30.

Compared with Example 1 described above, by increasing the opening width on the entrance side of the guide box portion 20 constituting the bullet collecting device 10, the collection range per one bullet collecting device 10 is expanded. There is an advantage that the number of installations when a large number of bullet collecting devices 10 are lined up can be reduced.

FIG. 8 shows a side view of the bullet collecting device 10. In this example, the elevation angle of the horizontal wall 22 of the upper divided piece 21 of the guide box portion 20 constituting the bullet collecting device 10 is made larger than the elevation angle θ of the horizontal wall 32 of the collection box portion 30, and The opening height on the entrance side may be increased.
When the opening height on the entrance side of the guide box 20 is increased as in this example, there is an advantage that the upward collection range can be expanded and the scattering prevention effect is enhanced.
Further, the structure of this example may be combined with FIGS.
