Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container designed to store various items by closing both ends of its cylindrical body, in which coverings at both ends of the cylindrical body are securely locked by a simple structure and easily attached or detached. <P>SOLUTION: A storage container has a storage barrel formed in a cylindrical shape, and lids capable of closing the openings of both ends of the storage barrel. Each lid includes a base having a bottom plate whose shape is almost identical to the cross-sectional shape of the storage barrel, insertion parts fitted along the inside of the storage barrel, and freely bendable sandwiching flaps fitted on the external faces of the storage barrel. The storage barrel is sandwiched between the insertion parts and the sandwiching flaps. Description

  The present invention relates to a packaging container in which both ends of a cylindrical body are closed to accommodate various articles.

  2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a packaging container in which both ends of a cylindrical or polygonal cylindrical body are closed with an appropriate closing body to store various articles is known. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses that a bottom surface material can be attached to the bottom of a cylindrical body having a plurality of side trunk surfaces corresponding to the polygons on the outside and the inside, and having a polygonal shape that is greater than or equal to a plane quadrangle. An assembly-type box-shaped container is disclosed that includes a box main body having an opening as an opening and a lid that can close the opening above the box main body.

  Further, in Patent Document 2, a trunk portion formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, a bottom plate portion that is detachably disposed to close one of the trunk portions, and a bottom plate portion that is disposed opposite to the bottom plate portion. A package having a lid portion detachably disposed to close the other of the body portions is disclosed.

  In the container as described above, one end of the cylindrical body is usually closed by fixing a bottom plate, and a removable lid is often fitted to the other end. In that case, for example, in Patent Document 1, the lid is only fitted, and no reliable locking means is employed. On the other hand, the package described in Patent Document 2 has a stopper portion that is bent inward at the end portion to lock the lid. However, the lid is not easy to attach and detach because of its structure.

  The present invention proposes a packaging container in which the closures at both ends of the cylindrical body are securely locked with a simple structure and easy to attach and detach in such a kind of packaging container.

  In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a storage container including a storage barrel portion formed in a cylindrical shape and lid bodies each capable of closing both end opening portions of the storage barrel portion. A base having a bottom plate having a shape substantially the same as the cross-sectional shape of the storage barrel is provided with an insertion portion that fits inside the storage barrel, and a foldable clamping piece that overlaps the outside of the storage barrel. The storage container is sandwiched between the fitting part and the holding piece, and the packaging container is configured to be engaged with the opening of the storage cylinder.

  In addition, specifically, the storage body has a cylindrical shape in which two surfaces facing each other are flat, and the other two surfaces facing each other are curved surfaces that bulge outward, and through holes are provided near both ends of the plane. On the other hand, the fitting portion of the lid body has a flat portion corresponding to the flat surface and a curved portion corresponding to the curved surface, and the flat surface portion corresponds to a through hole provided in the flat surface of the storage body portion. A latch hole is provided at a position, and a latch is provided at a position corresponding to the latch hole of the flat portion of the clamping piece provided on the base of the lid body so as to be able to be overlapped with the plane of the storage body portion. Protrusions were provided, and the locking protrusions penetrated through the through holes of the storage barrel and were fitted and locked into the locking holes so that the lid was engaged with the storage barrel.

  Furthermore, a means of providing a hanging ring that can be further raised on one of the lids was adopted.

  The packaging container according to the above configuration is such that a lid body having a fitting portion and a holding piece is attached to both end opening portions of the cylindrical storage body portion so as to close the opening portion. Can be securely closed, and the engagement can be easily released and the lid can be opened.

  In particular, since the locking projection provided on the clamping piece is fitted and locked into the locking hole through the through hole of the storage barrel, the storage barrel is securely clamped between the insertion portion and the clamping piece. The lid can be easily and securely attached to or released from the storage barrel.

  In addition, if the storage barrel is made of a transparent material, the contents can be visually confirmed in the display state, and the product can be displayed together with the packaging container if the contents are hung on the hook of the display shelf using a hanging ring.

  Furthermore, since the storage barrel is formed in a cylindrical shape, it can be flattened by being pressed and folded, so that the space required for storage and transportation can be reduced. Moreover, when discarding a container, it can be folded small and discarded.

  Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a packaging container according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing an example of a packaging container, and FIG. 2 is an explanatory sectional view showing a state in which a lid is fitted.

  In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a cylindrical storage body, for example, one end of a transparent synthetic resin sheet having a predetermined width (height) is bonded to the other end via a glue margin 1c to form a cylinder.   Subsequently, 4 and 4 are lids that are respectively engaged with the opening portions at both ends of the storage body 1 to close the portions, and both have basically the same shape. The lid 4 has a cylindrical fitting portion 6 that can be closely fitted inside the storage barrel 1 with respect to a base body 5 having a bottom plate 5a having substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the storage barrel 1. In this embodiment, the fitting portion 6 includes flat portions 6 a and 6 a corresponding to the flat portion 1 a of the storage barrel portion 1, and curved portions 6 b and 6 b corresponding to the curved surface portion 1 b. Locking holes 6c and 6c are provided at positions corresponding to the through holes 2 and 3 in the flat portion 6a in a state of being fitted into the storage body 1 respectively. In addition, a sandwiching piece 7 that overlaps the flat surface portion 6a is connected to a portion of the base 5 that is continuous with the flat surface portion 6a so as to be bent. The clamping piece 7 is provided with a locking projection 7a at a position corresponding to the locking hole 6c provided in the flat portion 6a. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, when the fitting portion 6 of the lid 4 is closely fitted inside the storage barrel 1, the through hole 3 provided in the storage portion 1 and the locking hole 6c provided in the flat portion 6a. The positions of the locking projections 7a provided on the clamping piece 7 are the same, the locking projection 7a is fitted and locked into the locking hole 6c through the through hole 3, and the storage barrel 1 is formed by the flat portion 6a and the clamping piece 7. Thus, the lid 4 can reliably close the opening of the storage body 1.

  Next, a suspension ring 8 is provided on one lid body 4 as necessary, and is provided on a part of the bottom plate 5a of the base body 5 so as to be able to stand up. By using this hanging ring 8 to hang it on a display shelf hook or the like, it is possible to display products.

  The packaging container having the above configuration is configured to close the upper and lower opening portions by fitting lids after the articles are stored in the storage barrel. By configuring the storage body with a transparent material, the article can be visually recognized even if it is displayed as it is, and it can also be displayed suspended by using a hanging ring.

  In addition, since the storage barrel is formed in a cylindrical shape, it can be pressed and folded into a flat shape before assembling the container, and the space for storage and transportation can be reduced. Further, when the container is discarded after use, it can be similarly folded and discarded.

  In the above embodiment, the opening portions at both ends of the storage barrel portion are closed with the same lid, but instead, one opening portion extends a part of the storage barrel portion to form a closing piece. This may be bent to close the opening.

  A storage container comprising a storage barrel formed in a cylindrical shape and lids capable of closing the opening portions at both ends of the storage barrel, wherein the lid has substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the storage barrel The base having the bottom plate is provided with a fitting portion that fits inside the storage barrel, and a foldable clamping piece that overlaps the outside of the storage barrel, and the storage barrel is formed by the fitting portion and the clamping piece. The packaging container according to claim 1, wherein the stop projection penetrates the through hole of the storage barrel and is fitted and locked in the locking hole, so that the lid is engaged with the storage barrel.   The packaging container according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a lifting ring that can be erected on one of the lids.
