Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an intermittent supply device of dehumidified air, and more specifically, dehumidified compressed air obtained by dehumidifying compressed air supplied from a compressor by a dryer device in accordance with intermittent use of a user who is intermittently operated. The present invention relates to an intermittent supply device of dehumidified air supplied intermittently to the user.
As an apparatus / apparatus that uses dehumidified air intermittently, for example, a dental treatment instrument that performs cutting and cutting of carious tooth or washing and drying the affected area with water and air can be used. Conventionally, a refrigeration-type dehumidifier has been used as a dehumidifying air supply device for supplying dehumidified air to such a dental treatment instrument.
However, the refrigeration dehumidifier uses chlorofluorocarbon as a refrigerant, and chlorofluorocarbon is a causative substance that destroys the ozone layer. In addition, alternative chlorofluorocarbons that do not destroy the ozone layer are being developed. To date, alternative chlorofluorocarbons have the ability to absorb infrared rays and can cause global warming. Therefore, a dehumidifying air supply device using a refrigeration dehumidifying device is not preferable as a dental dehumidifying air supply device from the viewpoint of preservation of the global environment.
On the other hand, as a dehumidifying device capable of dehumidifying compressed air without using a refrigerant, a dryer device using a hollow fiber membrane is used. In this dryer device, compressed moisture containing moisture is flowed inside the hollow fiber membrane, and dehumidified air is flowed along the outer surface of the hollow fiber membrane, so that moisture in the compressed air is reduced based on the partial pressure difference of water vapor between the two fluids. It moves to the dehumidified air side and dehumidifies.
The dryer apparatus using the hollow fiber membrane does not require a refrigerant, and therefore is preferable as a dental dehumidifying air supply apparatus from the viewpoint of preservation of the global environment.
However, the dehumidified air that flows along the outer surface of the hollow fiber membrane is purge dehumidified air that contains moisture in the compressed air that flows through the hollow fiber membrane and is discharged outside the apparatus. For this reason, it is necessary from the efficiency side of the dryer apparatus using a hollow fiber membrane to reduce such purge dehumidified air as much as possible.
In particular, since dental treatment instruments use dehumidified air intermittently, the amount of purge dehumidified air while not using dehumidified air is important from the viewpoint of performance and efficiency of a dryer device using a hollow fiber membrane.

According to the intermittent supply device of the dehumidified air shown in FIG. 9, when the user using the dehumidified air is in the operation stop state, the supply of the purge air is also stopped and the operation of the
However, in a dryer apparatus using a hollow fiber membrane, dehumidification is based on the difference in water vapor partial pressure inside and outside the hollow fiber membrane, so that air stays on the outer surface side of the hollow fiber membrane during the shutdown of the dryer apparatus. When the water vapor partial pressure becomes high, when the operation of the dryer apparatus is resumed, the predetermined dehumidifying ability of the dryer apparatus may not be sufficiently exhibited, and there is a possibility that dehumidified air having a predetermined dew point temperature cannot be obtained.
For this reason, since it is necessary to supply a large amount of purge air into the
Then, the subject of this invention is providing the intermittent supply apparatus of the dehumidified air which comprises the dryer apparatus using the hollow fiber membrane which can satisfy both performance and efficiency even if it operates intermittently.
In the compressed air supplied to the hollow fiber membrane, the atmosphere on the outer surface side of the hollow fiber membrane is maintained even when the dehumidified compressed air is not discharged from the dryer device using the hollow fiber membrane. By flowing a purge air with a minimum flow rate necessary to keep the pressure lower than the water vapor partial pressure along the outer surface of the hollow fiber membrane, dehumidified air having a predetermined dew point temperature can be obtained immediately after the start of operation of the dryer device. I knew I could do it.
Furthermore, the present inventors have increased the amount of compressed air supplied into the hollow fiber membrane during the operation of the dryer device, so that a larger amount of purge air than the amount of purge air that flows during the operation of the dryer device is stopped. Knowing that it is necessary, the present invention has been reached.
That is, the present invention provides a dehumidification that intermittently supplies the user with dehumidified compressed air obtained by dehumidifying the compressed air supplied from the compressor with a dryer device in accordance with the intermittent use of the dehumidified air of the user who operates intermittently. In the intermittent air supply device, the dryer unit is compressed from the compressor to one end side of the hollow fiber bundled body in a case that accommodates a bundle of hollow fiber membranes bundled and bundled. Compressed air supply port for supplying air, and compressed air supplied to one end side of the hollow fiber focusing body is dehumidified by flowing through the hollow fiber membrane and flowing out from the other end side of the hollow fiber focusing body A dehumidifying air discharge port that collects and discharges air, and a purge air supply port that supplies a part of the dehumidified compressed air as purge air that flows along the outer peripheral surface of the hollow fiber membrane. A yarn tank dryer device is used, and when the use of the dehumidified air in the storage tank for storing the dehumidified compressed air discharged from the hollow fiber membrane dryer device is stopped, the performance of the hollow fiber membrane is maintained. When a first purge pipe for supplying a minimum flow rate of dehumidified compressed air from the storage tank to the purge air supply port and a control valve provided in the middle are opened, a larger amount of dehumidified compressed air than the first purge pipe is A second purge pipe that can be supplied to the purge air supply port from a dehumidification air discharge side pipe or a storage tank of the hollow fiber membrane dryer device, provided in a pipe between the storage tank and the user, A sensor that detects the start of use of dehumidified air by the user and transmits a detection signal, and receives a detection signal from the sensor and opens a control valve provided in the second purge pipe. In the intermittent supply device dehumidified air, it characterized in that a control section for transmitting an open signal is provided.
In the present invention, the first purge pipe has a minimum flow rate of dehumidified compressed air that maintains the performance of the hollow fiber membrane regardless of whether the user uses or stops the dehumidified air. The flow rate adjustment mechanism can be simplified.
Even if one end of the first purge pipe is connected to the pipe between the hollow fiber membrane dryer device and the storage tank, or to the pipe between the sensor and the user, the user can use the dehumidified air. When stopped, the required amount of dehumidified compressed air can be supplied from the storage tank to the purge air supply port.
When a regulator is provided between the sensor and the user by providing a regulator between the storage tank and the sensor to adjust the pressure of the dehumidified compressed air stored in the storage tank to the user's working pressure. Since the amount of dehumidified air passing through the sensor is increased as compared with, the start of use of the dehumidified air by the user can be easily detected by the sensor.
By using a flow sensor that detects the flow of the dehumidified air in the pipe in a predetermined direction as this sensor, the start of use of the dehumidified air by the user can be detected even more easily.
Furthermore, by providing a compressed air storage tank that stores compressed air supplied from the compressor in the immediate vicinity of the compressor, dehumidified air consumed as purge air can be replenished to the dryer device via the first purge pipe, Even if the user stops using the dehumidified air for a long time, a predetermined amount of dehumidified air having a predetermined pressure can be supplied to the user who has resumed use.
According to the intermittent supply device of the dehumidified air according to the present invention, the dehumidified compressed air having the minimum flow rate for maintaining the performance of the hollow fiber membrane is purged via the first purge pipe during the period during which the user stops using the dehumidified air. Since it is supplied as air, when the use of dehumidified air by the user is resumed, the dryer apparatus can immediately exhibit a predetermined performance.
Further, when the use of the dehumidified air by the user is resumed, an amount of the dehumidified air suitable for the amount of dehumidified air used is passed through the first purge pipe and the second purge pipe as purge air to the dryer apparatus. Since it is supplied, a predetermined amount of dehumidified air can be supplied to the user.
For this reason, when the use of the dehumidified air by the user is resumed, a predetermined amount of dehumidified air having a predetermined dew point can be supplied to the user.
In addition, the purge air supplied to the dryer device within the period of stoppage of use of the dehumidified air by the user is the minimum flow rate that maintains the performance of the hollow fiber membrane, and thus reduces the overall efficiency of the dehumidifying device supply device. There is nothing.

In addition, the
