Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a code wheel for detecting the rotational speed of a rotating shaft. The present invention also relates to an encoder that outputs a signal corresponding to the rotational speed of a rotating shaft. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a motor capable of feedback control of the rotation speed of a rotating shaft.
For example, an image processing apparatus (image forming apparatus) such as a color copying machine or a color printer is provided with photosensitive drums of four colors (black, yellow, blue, and red). 40 rpm to 100 rpm). It is desired that the motor that rotationally drives the photosensitive drum does not cause uneven rotation that causes image deterioration at a low rotational speed as described above.
For this reason, a motor is used that includes an encoder that detects the rotational speed of the rotary shaft connected to the photosensitive drum, and that controls the rotational speed of the rotary shaft based on the output signal of the encoder (for example, a patent). Reference 1). In the motor disclosed in Patent Document 1, a member to be detected (code wheel) that is formed in a disk shape and is coaxially attached to the rotation shaft and has an optical pattern formed in the vicinity of the outer periphery, and the code wheel An optical encoder that includes a light emitting element and a rotation sensor having a light receiving element that face each other with an optical pattern interposed therebetween, and that outputs a pulse signal corresponding to the presence or absence of light reception accompanying the rotation of the code wheel is employed.
In such an optical encoder, the code wheel is attached to the rotation shaft via a holder member fixed to the rotation shaft. The holder member includes, for example, a boss portion that is formed in a cylindrical shape and whose outer peripheral portion is fitted to the axial center portion of the code wheel, and a flange portion that is integrally extended radially outward from one end portion of the boss portion. And a holder B that is formed in a substantially ring shape, fits into the boss portion, and sandwiches the code wheel between the flange portion. And in the state which combined the holder A, the holder B, and the code wheel, a rotating shaft is press-fit in the cylinder of a boss | hub part, and is fixed.
In view of the above facts, an object of the present invention is to obtain a code wheel, an encoder, and a motor that can prevent or suppress deformation of a member to be detected.
In order to solve the above-described problem, a code wheel according to the invention of claim 1 is formed in a disk shape with a support member fixed to the rotary shaft, and is coaxial with the rotary shaft via the support member. In the code wheel including the detected member to be attached, the support member is formed in a cylindrical shape and is spaced radially outward with respect to the main body portion, and a main body portion in which the rotation shaft is fixed in the cylinder. And a support portion which is formed in a cylindrical shape coaxial with the rotating shaft and to which the detected member is fixed to one end surface in the axial direction.
In the code wheel according to the first aspect, when the rotating shaft rotates, the disk-shaped detected member attached coaxially to the rotating shaft via the support member rotates.
Here, the support member includes a cylindrical main body portion fixed to the rotation shaft, and a cylindrical (ring-shaped) support portion that is radially spaced from the main body portion and coaxial with the rotation shaft. The member to be detected is fixed to one end surface in the axial direction of the cylindrical support portion. Thus, since the contact part of a support member and a to-be-detected member is ring shape and an area is small, the influence by the difference in the amount of thermal deformation of both can be reduced. Therefore, for example, even when the thickness of the detected member is small (thin) and the detected member is easily deformed, the detected member is deformed (distorted) due to the difference in the amount of thermal deformation between the support member and the detected member. This can be prevented or suppressed.
The cord wheel according to a second aspect of the present invention is the cord wheel according to the first aspect, wherein the support member is connected to a substantially central portion in the axial direction of the main body portion and an inner peripheral side is connected to a substantially central portion in the axial direction of the support portion. And having a flange portion connected to the outer peripheral side, and the rotary shaft is press-fitted into the cylinder of the main body portion.
In the code wheel according to claim 2, the support member is fixed to the rotation shaft by press-fitting the rotation shaft into the cylinder of the main body. The inner peripheral side of the flange portion is connected to the substantially central portion in the axial direction of the main body portion, and the outer peripheral side of the flange portion is connected to the substantially central portion in the axial direction of the support portion. That is, since the support member is provided with the flange portion, which is a thick portion in the radial direction, at a substantially central portion in the axial direction of the main body portion into which the rotation shaft is press-fitted, the rotation shaft is press-fitted into the main body portion. Then, the compressive force of the rotating shaft acts strongly near the central portion in the axial direction of the main body, and the compressive force of the rotating shaft acts weakly on both ends of the main body in the axial direction. Thus, since the balance of the compression force which acts on a main-body part is good in the axial direction both sides of a flange part, the inclination of the flange part with respect to a rotating shaft axis line can be prevented. Therefore, the inclination of the support portion connected to the outer peripheral side of the flange portion with respect to the rotation axis is prevented, and the deformation (inclination) of the detected member fixed to the end surface of the support portion is prevented or suppressed.
The code wheel according to a third aspect of the present invention is the code wheel according to the first or second aspect, wherein the detected member has a through hole in an axial center portion, and the support member is the main body portion. And a fitting portion that is formed in a cylindrical shape that is spaced radially outward with respect to the rotation axis and that fits the through hole on the outer peripheral surface.
In the code wheel according to the third aspect, the through hole formed in the axial center portion of the detected member is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical fitting portion provided in the support member. Thereby, the member to be detected is positioned coaxially with respect to the rotation axis. In addition, since the fitting portion is provided to be separated radially outward from the main body portion, even when the main body portion is deformed by press-fitting the rotary shaft, this deformation is detected via the fitting portion. Can be prevented. Thereby, a deformation | transformation of a to-be-detected member can be prevented or suppressed.
The code wheel according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the cord wheel according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the support member is spaced radially inward with respect to the support portion and rotated. It is characterized by having an inner rib which is formed in a cylindrical shape coaxial with the shaft and to which the member to be detected is fixed to one end surface in the axial direction.
In the code wheel according to claim 4, the support member has a cylindrical (ring-shaped) inner rib that is spaced radially inward of the support portion and coaxial with the rotation axis. The support portion is fixed to one end surface in the axial direction and the one end surface in the axial direction of the inner rib. Therefore, sufficient bonding strength between the support member and the member to be detected can be ensured. In addition, since the contact portion between the inner rib and the detected member is ring-shaped and has a small area, the influence due to the difference in the amount of thermal deformation between the support member and the detected member can be reduced, and deformation of the detected member can be prevented or suppressed. .
An encoder according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is provided corresponding to the code wheel according to any one of the first to fourth aspects and the detected member of the code wheel, and the rotation of the detected member. And a plurality of rotation sensors each outputting a signal corresponding to the speed.
In the encoder according to the fifth aspect, when the member to be detected rotates together with the rotation shaft, the plurality of rotation sensors respectively output signals corresponding to the rotation speed of the member to be detected. As described above, since a plurality of sensors detect the rotation speed of one member to be detected, it is possible to suppress a detection error of the rotation speed. In addition, since this encoder is configured by applying the code wheel according to claim 1 to claim 4, it is possible to prevent or suppress a rotation speed detection error caused by deformation of the member to be detected.
The encoder according to a sixth aspect of the present invention is the encoder according to the fifth aspect, wherein the plurality of rotation sensors are two rotation sensors arranged at positions symmetrical with respect to the axis of the rotation shaft. It is characterized by that.
In the encoder according to claim 6, when the detected member rotates together with the rotation shaft, the two rotation sensors arranged at positions symmetrical with respect to the axis of the rotation shaft respectively correspond to the rotation speed of the detected member. Output a signal. As described above, since the two sensors detect the rotational speed of one member to be detected, it is possible to suppress the detection error of the rotational speed.
The encoder according to a seventh aspect of the invention is the encoder according to the fifth aspect, wherein the rotation detecting means is three rotation sensors arranged at 90 ° intervals on a virtual circumference coaxial with the rotation shaft. It is characterized by that.
In the encoder according to claim 7, when the member to be detected rotates together with the rotation shaft, the three rotation sensors arranged at 90 ° intervals on a virtual circumference coaxial with the rotation shaft respectively adjust the rotation speed of the member to be detected. A corresponding signal is output. Thus, since the three sensors detect the rotational speed of one detected member, the detection error of the rotational speed can be further suppressed.
According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a motor having a stator having an armature, a rotor having a rotating shaft and a magnet, wherein the rotating shaft and the magnet are rotated by a magnetic field generated in the armature, and the rotation of the rotor. The encoder according to any one of claims 5 to 7 configured to be applied to a shaft, and supplying a current to the armature to generate a magnetic field, and based on an output signal of the encoder A drive control circuit that feedback-controls the rotational speed of the rotary shaft.
In the motor according to the eighth aspect, when the drive control circuit generates a magnetic field in the armature of the stator, the rotating shaft and the magnet of the rotor rotate. The rotary shaft is configured by applying the encoder according to any one of claims 5 to 7, and the drive control circuit feedback-controls the rotational speed of the rotary shaft based on the output signal of the encoder. To do. Thereby, for example, the rotation speed of the rotating shaft is kept constant. In addition, since this encoder is configured by applying the code wheel according to claim 1 to claim 4, it is possible to prevent or suppress a rotation speed detection error caused by deformation of the member to be detected.

The
The control circuit receives output signals from the three
The detection error based on the accuracy of mounting the
On the other hand, when the
Therefore, in the control circuit according to the present embodiment, for example, the first correction signal in which the two period components are canceled by averaging the output signals of the two
Therefore, in the outer
Next, the operation of the present embodiment will be described.
In the outer
The control circuit uses the ON / OFF signal input from each
Here, in the outer
Moreover, since the contact portion between the
In the
Further, the
Further, since the
In addition, since the
As a structure for fixing the
In addition, when the
Further, as a structure for fixing the
On the other hand, in the
Therefore, the
As described above, in the outer
In the above embodiment, the
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the
