既存の押入れにおいて引き戸を除去し得られた空洞部4の上下壁面2-4, 2-5に対する蝶番軸24の固定は上下端の金属製蝶番取付座36, 38のみにより行われている。即ち、蝶番軸24の上下端はそのねじ部が金属製蝶番取付座36, 38に螺合固定され、この金属製蝶番取付座36, 38が押入れ空洞部上下面2-4, 2-5に固定されている。図2に示すように蝶番の組み立ては蝶番を構成する筒状部及び補助スリーブ32及びワッシャ42を予め一連に挿入し、金属製蝶番取付座36, 38を蝶番軸24の上下端のねじ部24-1, 24-2に螺合して副組立体SAとなす。この副組立体SAを既存家屋の押入れ部分において引き戸などを除去した後の空洞部4に前面から奥に向けて図2の白抜き矢印のように導入するが、それに先立って、図5のビス40のうち奥の側のビスは鬼目44に軽く挿入しておき、金属製蝶番取付座36, 38のスロット36A, 38Aがガイドとなって、所期の位置への組立体の導入を容易かつ確実に行うことができる(ビス40とスロット36Aとの位置関係については図5も参照。)。その後、前側のビス40も対応の鬼目44に螺合し、工具(スクリュドライバ)により内面側のみから締結することにより既存家屋の押入れ部分に対する副組立体の装着は完了である。即ち、この発明の構造により蝶番の組み立て作業を著しく簡略化することができる。   The hinge shaft 24 is fixed to the upper and lower wall surfaces 2-4, 2-5 of the hollow portion 4 obtained by removing the sliding door in the existing close-in only by the metal hinge mounting seats 36, 38 at the upper and lower ends.
