Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an in-vehicle product burglar alarm device, and more particularly, to an in-vehicle product burglar alarm device using an IC chip.
The number of cases in which in-vehicle items are stolen from parked vehicles is increasing. In order to cope with such a theft case, an alarm device is known that issues an alarm when a vehicle side door, a trunk lid, or the like is opened by an operation other than a normal operation (see Patent Document 1).
On the other hand, in recent years, systems for managing products by attaching IC chips storing product information called IC tags, RFID tags, etc. to products (commodities) are being put into practical use. Such an IC chip stores ID information of the article such as the type of the article to which the IC chip is attached, the producer, and the production time. These ID information can be read without contact by a reader. In the future, it is considered that such IC chips will be attached to an extremely large number of articles and merchandise management will be performed.
The present invention provides an in-vehicle product burglar alarm device that uses an IC chip that stores article information to perform a burglar alarm in a completely different manner from the conventional alarm device described in
According to the present invention, there is provided an on-vehicle goods burglar alarm device that detects ID information of an on-vehicle product transmitted from an IC chip attached to the on-vehicle product, and based on the ID information after starting the theft detection mode. There is provided an in-vehicle goods burglar alarm device comprising: a burglar detection means for detecting the theft of an in-vehicle product; and a burglar alarm means for performing a predetermined notification when the theft is detected.
In this specification, in-vehicle items include all items such as sunglasses, wallets, cameras, personal computers, clothing, etc. brought into the vehicle by the vehicle occupant, in addition to articles attached to the vehicle such as audio and navigation devices. Including goods. The present invention is based on the premise that an IC chip storing ID information of the article is attached to these in-vehicle products.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to detect the theft of the in-vehicle product and issue an alarm by a completely different method from the conventional method of making a theft determination based on the ID information of the in-vehicle product and issuing an alarm.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the theft detection means includes ID information storage means for storing, as initial ID information, ID information detected by the detection means at the start of the theft detection mode, and after the start of the theft detection mode, Collating means for collating the detected ID information detected by the detecting means with the initial ID information, and determining whether the detected ID information includes unknown ID information not included in the initial ID information; A theft determination means for determining theft or the possibility of theft when the unknown ID information is included, and the ID information detection range is at least one of the inside of the vehicle and the vicinity of the vehicle.
According to such a configuration, the state in which the unknown ID information is detected after the start of the theft detection mode is a state in which there is a suspicious person (suspicious object) in the vicinity or inside of the vehicle. It is judged that there is. Moreover, it becomes possible to solve a theft case at an early stage using unknown ID information.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the theft determination means determines theft or theft possibility after a predetermined time has elapsed since the door was locked after getting off the vehicle.
According to such a configuration, an erroneous determination of theft can be prevented from occurring due to the ID information of the belongings of the occupants who have been in the vicinity of the vehicle within a predetermined time after the door is locked.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the ID information detection range by the detection means at the start of the theft detection mode is set narrower than the ID information detection range by the detection means after the theft detection mode starts.
According to such a configuration, even when there is a person (suspicious person) who wants to troll the vehicle near the vehicle at the start of the theft detection mode, the ID information related to such a person is used as the initial ID information. Accurate theft determination can be performed without memorizing.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the detection means detects the ID information a plurality of times, and the in-vehicle product burglar alarm device detects a change in received intensity of the detected ID information a plurality of times. The ID information storage means does not store ID information in which a change in reception intensity is detected by the reception intensity change means at the start of the theft detection mode as initial ID information.
In-vehicle products usually do not move. Therefore, according to such a configuration, only the ID information of the in-vehicle product is stored as the initial ID information, and an accurate theft determination is possible.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the detection means detects the ID information at the start of the theft detection mode a plurality of times since the vehicle travels before stopping the vehicle-mounted goods theft alarm device,
The ID information storage means does not store ID information that has not been detected when the vehicle is running as initial ID information.
According to such a configuration, ID information from an article in the vicinity of the stop position is not erroneously registered as initial ID information, so even if a suspicious person lurks near the stop position when the vehicle stops. The ID information related to the suspicious person is not registered as the initial ID information. As a result, when the thief approaches the vehicle after the start of the theft detection mode, the ID information of the possession of the thief is determined as unknown ID information, and an accurate theft determination is possible.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the theft determination means does not determine theft or the possibility of theft when an unknown ID is detected together with previously registered ID information.
The ID information registered in advance is ID information of an article possessed by a vehicle occupant. Therefore, the state in which the unknown ID is detected together with the pre-registered ID information is a state in which the vehicle occupant has returned to the vehicle with an article he / she did not have when leaving the vehicle, and theft or There is no possibility and it should not be judged as theft.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to perform accurate theft determination that excludes such a state that should not be determined as theft.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the detection means detects the ID information a plurality of times, and the in-vehicle product burglar alarm device detects a change in received intensity of the detected ID information a plurality of times. A reception strength changing means is further provided, and the theft determination means determines that the theft or theft is possible when the unknown ID information is detected for a predetermined time or more while changing the reception strength.
When unknown ID information is detected while changing the reception strength, that is, with a movement for a predetermined time or more, there is a high probability of theft or the possibility, so according to such a configuration, an accurate theft determination is possible. It becomes possible.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the detection means includes a plurality of sensors, and the reception intensity change detection means detects a change in the reception intensity of the ID information based on signals from the plurality of sensors.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to detect a change in the reception strength of the ID information, that is, the movement of the IC chip, based on the signals from the plurality of sensors. Therefore, even if the IC chip moves in an arc shape, the movement does not occur. The movement of the IC chip can be detected with higher accuracy.
According to another preferred aspect of the present invention, the theft determination means determines theft or theft possibility when a predetermined type of unknown ID information is detected.
According to such a configuration, for example, if “hammer” is designated as the predetermined type, the thief or theft is determined based on whether or not the presence of “hammer” which is a tool used for theft is detected. Since the possibility is determined, an accurate determination is made.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicle-mounted goods burglar alarm device for detecting theft of a vehicle-mounted product in a theft detection mode, and for each article transmitted from an IC chip attached to the article. ID information detection means for detecting ID information, ID information storage means for storing ID information detected by the detection means at the start of the theft detection mode as initial ID information, and detected when the theft detection means detects theft Whether or not unknown ID information not included in the initial ID information is included in the ID information detected when the theft detection means detects the theft. A collation means for determining; a theft ID information storage means for storing the unknown ID information when the unknown ID information is included; and a theft alarm hand for performing a theft alarm including the unknown ID information. If, board article theft warning system that can be characterized which has a is provided.
According to such a configuration, since a theft alarm including ID information that is considered to be related to the theft is performed, a prompt solution of the theft can be expected.
According to the other preferable aspect of this invention, the said burglar alarm is performed with respect to a predetermined contact.
According to such a configuration, an on-vehicle product burglar alarm that uses a IC chip that stores article information to perform a burglar alarm in a completely different manner from the conventional alarm device described in

The fact of the theft and the name and ID information of the in-vehicle product that has been stolen are notified to the vehicle owner, the
Next, the configuration of the in-vehicle product

The chip reader 4 is provided in a store such as a convenience store, and is configured to receive ID information from an IC chip passing through the vicinity. Further, the chip reader 4 can transmit and receive information to and from the
The vehicle-mounted goods burglar alarm device according to the present embodiment registers ID information of articles that are always worn by a passenger such as a driver, and while the registered ID information is detected by the
Such registration and storage of ID information is performed by displaying a setting screen as shown in FIG. 4 on the
Next, while the vehicle arrives at the destination and a driver or other passenger is leaving the vehicle, the processing executed by the in-vehicle product theft alarm device of the in-vehicle product theft tracking system of this embodiment is shown in FIG. It demonstrates along a flowchart.
Prior to getting off, the driver turns on the
In the processing of the in-vehicle product burglar alarm device, first, in step S1, it is determined whether or not the vehicle door is locked. If YES, that is, if it is determined that the door is locked, the process proceeds to step S2, and the ID information of the predetermined vehicle-mounted product detected by the
Details of the processing performed in step S2 will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. First, in step S50, the ID information detected by the
Next, the ID information stored in step S51 is limited to the ID information of the article that is the target of the theft alarm set using the screen of FIG. That is, from the ID information detected by the
Further, after a predetermined time (for example, 30 seconds) has elapsed since the detection of the door lock (step S1), the process proceeds to step S52, and the
When YES is determined in the step S53, the process proceeds to a step S54, and the ID information not detected in the step S52 is deleted from the ID information stored in the
When NO in step S53 and when the process of step S54 is completed, the process proceeds to step S55, and the signal strength received by the IC reader /
When NO in step S55 and when the process of step S56 is completed, the process proceeds to step S57, and further, the ID information received by the
Next, the process proceeds to step S58, and it is determined whether there is ID information that has been detected before the time (detection timing) recorded in step S57 but is not detected after that. When YES is determined in the step S58, the process proceeds to a step S59, and the ID information that is not detected after the time (detection timing) recorded in the step S57 is deleted from the ID information stored in the
After such processing, the finally remaining ID information is stored in the
In the above-described example, the first ID information detection / storage (step S50) is performed when the vehicle door lock is detected, but this first detection is performed at a low speed (for example, 30 km / h) before the vehicle stops. The structure performed at the time of travel may be sufficient. According to such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the ID information of the article in the vicinity of the stopped vehicle from being erroneously stored as the ID information of the in-vehicle product.
With such a configuration, after step S58 or S59, it is further determined whether there is ID information that has not been detected at low speed but has been detected after stopping, and there is such ID information. In such a case, for example, a screen as shown in FIG. 7 is transmitted to the user's mobile phone or the like, and the user is asked whether or not to add the ID information detected after the vehicle stops to the initial ID information. Also good.
In the example described above, the subsequent ID information detection (step S52) is performed only once after a predetermined time elapses from the detection of the door lock of the vehicle. The detected ID information is stored as initial ID information, or the ID information detected after the ID information of an article owned by the user registered on the screen of FIG. 4 is no longer detected is stored as initial ID information. It may be configured.
When the process of storing the initial ID information according to the flowchart of FIG. 6 is performed, the sensitivity of the
When the initial ID information is stored through such processing in step S2, a theft detection mode is started, and a theft determination based on suspicious person detection is performed in step S3. Next, the theft determination process performed in step S3 will be specifically described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
First, in step S60, it is determined whether or not it is time to perform the theft determination. Since the present embodiment is configured to perform the theft determination every predetermined time (for example, 5 minutes) while the occupant leaves the vehicle, it is determined whether or not it is time to make this determination. When YES is determined in the step S60, the process proceeds to a step S61 so as to cause the
Next, the process proceeds to step S62, and it is determined whether or not the ID information detected in step S61 includes unknown ID information that is not included in the initial ID information. When YES is determined in the step S62, the process proceeds to a step S63 so as to determine whether or not the
When YES is determined in the step S63, the process proceeds to a step S64, and it is determined that the theft or the possibility of theft is present. At this time, an alarm / notification based on the detection result of the
When NO is determined in the step S63, the process proceeds to a step S65 so as to determine whether or not the unknown ID information detected in the step S61 is moved. This determination is performed based on whether or not the reception strength of the ID information has changed between the reception of the ID information again and the reception of the previous ID information.
If “YES” in the step S65, since the unknown ID information is moving in or near the vehicle, there is a possibility that there is a suspicious person, so the process proceeds to the next determination step S66. If NO in step S65, the process returns.
If YES in step S65, that is, if the unknown ID information is moving, the process proceeds to step S66, and it is determined whether the number and type of the unknown ID information is a predetermined number or type. The predetermined number is, for example, “1”, and the predetermined type is “vehicle component”.
For example, if the unknown ID information is derived from a human, since a normal human is wearing clothes, shoes, etc., a plurality of ID information should be detected from the human. However, when there is only one piece of unknown ID information, it is considered that the unknown ID information is from a collar IC chip attached to a passing dog, so in this embodiment, one piece of unknown ID information is present. If it is only, step S65 is YES and it is not determined that the person is a suspicious person.
do not do.
Further, if the unknown ID information represents “vehicle parts”, the unknown ID information is considered to be derived from the parts of the vehicle parked next to each other. In this embodiment, the unknown ID information is derived from a suspicious person. Is not determined, step S65 is YES, and the process returns.
When NO in step S66, the process proceeds to step S67, which is the next determination step, and it is determined whether or not the ID information of the article owned by the user registered on the screen of FIG. 4 is simultaneously detected. If YES in step S67, the unknown ID information is considered to be ID information from an IC chip attached to an article obtained while the user returning to the vehicle is away from the vehicle. To do.
If NO in step S67, the process proceeds to step S68, which is the next determination step. In step S68, it is determined whether or not unknown ID information is continuously detected for a predetermined time. This determination is made based on multiple times of ID information detection. If NO in step S68, it is determined that the unknown ID information is caused by a person or the like who passed by near the vehicle, and the process returns.
If YES in step S68, the process proceeds to step S64, where it is determined by the suspicious person that the suspicious person is present (theft or theft possibility).
After performing such processing in step S3 to detect a suspicious person (theft or possibility of theft), the process proceeds to step S4, and it is determined whether or not a suspicious person (theft or possibility of theft) has been detected. If YES in step S4, the process proceeds to step S5, and a notification that a suspicious person (theft or possibility of theft) has been detected is sent from the
When YES is determined in step S4, the
FIG. 9 shows an example of an alarm screen sent to the user's mobile terminal D and displayed. As shown in FIG. 9, this alarm is based on the ID information (theft ID information) of the conceivable item possessed by the suspicious person, its name, and the ID information of the in-vehicle product considered to have been stolen. And the name are included. Furthermore, an image of the vicinity of the vehicle (inside the vehicle and / or outside the vehicle) taken by the in-vehicle camera is also sent. The example of FIG. 9 is configured to be able to perform remote operation of the in-vehicle product burglar alarm device and report to the police etc. from the alarm screen.
When NO or step S5 is completed in step S4, the process proceeds to step S7 to determine whether or not the door is unlocked. If NO in step S7, it is determined that the occupant has not returned to the vehicle, the process returns to step S3, and the detection of the suspicious person is repeated.
If YES in step S7, the occupant has returned to the vehicle, so the theft detection mode is terminated, and in-vehicle goods are stolen in step S8 and subsequent steps. At this timing, the operation of the
First, in step S8, the
When YES in step S10, it is determined that the in-vehicle product corresponding to the missing ID information has been stolen, the process proceeds to step S11, and a theft alarm as shown in FIG. 10 is displayed on the in-
In addition to the contents of FIG. 9, the theft alarm of FIG. 10 also displays the time at which the suspicious person was detected and the contact information that conveys the fact that the theft occurred. Furthermore, it is configured to be able to set whether or not to register a stolen object or a suspicious person. When this setting is made, in step S12, the
Further, the
