Description
The present invention relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner and an installation structure thereof.
There are various installation structures for outdoor units of air conditioners because of the relationship with the structure of the building.
However, the ceiling-embedded type disclosed in Patent Document 1 as shown in FIG. 5 (a) must enter the ceiling when performing maintenance work. Further, since intake and exhaust are performed through the duct, an expensive and considerably large fan is required. Furthermore, since the outdoor unit is provided behind the ceiling, the sound may be heard indoors.
Next, in the ceiling-suspended type as shown in FIG. 5 (b), an overhead place is occupied and the window may be blocked, so that it is completely visible from the outside and looks bad. There is also a risk of falling if there is a typhoon or the like. In addition, birds can nest and cause damage. Moreover, in addition to lowering heat exchange efficiency due to a rise in temperature due to direct sunlight, it is easy to break down because it is exposed to rain, and aging is severe.
Next, in the floor-standing type as shown in FIG. 5 (c), there is a case where space is taken and there is no stepping area, and the window may be blocked, so that it is visible from the outside. It looks bad. Moreover, there is a risk of being buried during snowfall. In addition, birds can nest and cause damage. Moreover, in addition to lowering heat exchange efficiency due to a rise in temperature due to direct sunlight, it is easy to break down because it is exposed to rain, and aging is severe.
This invention is made | formed in view of this point, The place made into the objective is to provide the outdoor unit of the air conditioner which is space-saving, and is excellent in durability, and its installation structure.
The present invention for achieving the above object is an outdoor unit of an air conditioner,

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a configuration of an air conditioner (air conditioner) 10 according to the present embodiment.
The

Next, each installation structure of the
FIG. 2 shows an example of the installation structure of the
The installation structure of the
3 and 4 show an example of the installation structure of the
The
The
The
The
As described above, the
The
According to the
Since the outdoor unit
Since the outdoor unit
The
In the above embodiment, the example in which the
Further, in the above embodiment, the

The present invention for achieving the above object is an outdoor unit of an air conditioner,
The outdoor unit body is embedded in the ceiling behind the eaves ceiling, and the lower panel member provided on the lower side of the outdoor unit body is configured to be exposed from the eaves ceiling ,
The lower panel member has an intake portion that is formed so that an intake direction and an exhaust direction are different from each other, an exhaust portion that sucks air from below, and an exhaust portion that exhausts obliquely downward toward the outside of the building, and the outdoor unit body It is characterized by being attached to be openable and closable or detachable .
According to said structure, since the outdoor unit main body is embed | buried under the ceiling directly above an eaves ceiling, and only a lower surface panel member is exposed from an eaves ceiling, the maintenance operation | work outdoors is possible. Moreover, although it is the structure embed | buried under a ceiling, since it is an outdoor eaves ceiling, the problem of a noise does not generate | occur | produce.
Since the outdoor unit main body is embedded in the ceiling behind the eaves ceiling and only the lower panel member is exposed from the eaves ceiling, it does not look bad from the outside.
Since the outdoor unit main body is buried and protected under the ceiling directly above the eaves ceiling, it is not dropped by a typhoon or buried in snow. Also, birds do not nest and cause damage. In addition, heat exchange efficiency does not decrease due to temperature rise due to direct sunlight. In addition, it is exposed to rain, so it is prone to failure, is not severely deteriorated, and has excellent weather resistance and durability. .
Since the outdoor unit itself is embedded in the back of the ceiling directly above the eaves ceiling, the piping is not exposed to the outside, so that a decorative cover for the piping is not required and the cost is reduced, and the piping itself can be shortened. Therefore, the heat exchange efficiency is good.
Because the inspiratory direction and the direction of exhaust intake section and exhaust section differently is formed, for a low heat exchange efficiency is suppressed air was evacuated by a short-circuit is the intake immediately. In addition, since the intake portion is formed so as to suck in from the lower side where relatively cool air stays, it is convenient for cooling the heat exchanger, the heat exchange efficiency during cooling is good, and the exhaust portion is The exhaust is prevented from being blown to the building because it is formed to exhaust diagonally downward toward the outside of the building.
Since the lower panel member can be opened and closed with respect to the outdoor unit main body or detachable, the maintenance workability of the outdoor unit is improved.
The installation structure of the outdoor unit according to the present invention is such that the outdoor unit body is embedded in the back of the ceiling directly above the eaves ceiling, and the lower panel member provided on the lower side of the outdoor unit body is exposed from the eaves ceiling. It becomes.
According to the present invention, the outdoor unit can be maintained outdoors. There is no problem with outdoor unit noise. The outdoor unit is completely visible from the outside and does not look bad. The outdoor unit will not fall due to typhoons or be buried in snow. Birds do not nest and cause outdoor unit failures. The heat exchange efficiency does not decrease when the outdoor unit receives direct sunlight and rises in temperature. The outdoor unit has excellent weather resistance and durability. Since a decorative cover for the piping of the outdoor unit is not required, the cost is reduced, and the piping itself can be shortened, so that the heat exchange efficiency is improved. It is suppressed that the air exhausted by the short circuit is immediately sucked and low heat exchange efficiency is obtained. The heat exchange efficiency during cooling is good and the exhaust is prevented from being blown to the building. The maintenance workability of the outdoor unit is improved.

FIG. 1 shows a configuration of an air conditioner (air conditioner) 10 according to the present embodiment.

The
As described above, the
The
According to the
Since the outdoor unit
Since the outdoor unit

DESCRIPTION OF
23
The present invention for achieving the above object is an outdoor unit of an air conditioner,
The outdoor unit body is embedded in the ceiling behind the eaves ceiling, and the lower panel member provided on the lower side of the outdoor unit body is configured to be exposed from the eaves ceiling,
The lower surface panel member has an intake portion that is formed so that an intake direction and an exhaust direction are different, an intake portion that intakes air from below and an exhaust portion that discharges obliquely downward toward the outside of the building on the same surface , and It is characterized in that it can be opened and closed or detachably attached to the outdoor unit main body.
Since the intake part and the exhaust part are formed so that the intake direction and the exhaust direction are different, it is suppressed that the air exhausted by the short circuit is immediately taken in and low heat exchange efficiency is obtained.
