Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2002-30786 discloses an outer heat insulating wall structure in which a heat insulating tile is attached to the outer surface of a building outer wall. The tile of the publication has a hollow portion made of a flat through hole, and a heat insulating material made of a resin foam is inserted into the hollow portion (paragraph 0019).

In one aspect of the outer heat insulating wall structure of the same number, the tile has a mating shape in which a male fruit protrudes upward from the upper side, and a female fruit is recessed on the lower side. Is engaged with the male fruit of the upper tile on the male fruit of the lower tile. The tile of the same number has a dovetail groove on the back surface (paragraph 0016), and is attached to the wall surface by locking the dovetail groove with a locking portion provided on the wall surface (No. 1). 0032 paragraph). The vertical joint of the tile is filled with joint material such as mortar (paragraph 0034).

In another embodiment of the same number (paragraphs 0033 to 0034 and FIGS. 11 to 12), a joint gap is formed between the four sides of the tile, and a joint material such as mortar is filled in the joint gap. The tile is attached to the outer wall with an adhesive such as mortar.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-30786

In the tile construction structure of the above-mentioned JP-A-2002-30786, joint material such as mortar is filled in the joint gap, but this mortar has a higher thermal conductivity than the heat insulating material inside the heat insulating tile. The mortar joint becomes a thermal bridge, and the heat insulation of the wall surface decreases.

An object of this invention is to provide the construction structure and construction method of a heat insulating material composite tile excellent in heat insulation.

The tile construction structure of the present invention (Claim 1) is a tile construction structure in which a heat insulating material composite tile is attached to a wall surface, and a joint material is interposed between the heat insulating material composite tiles. The construction method of the heat insulating composite tile according to claim 8 is a tile construction method for making the construction structure according to claim 4, wherein one of the heat insulating composite tiles arranged adjacent to each other is the first heat insulating composite tile. A plate-like heat-insulating joint material is adhered to the one end surface with an adhesive so as to cover the entire surface of the foam heat insulating material exposed on the one end surface of the sheet, and the first heat-insulating composite tile is attached to the wall surface. The second heat insulating composite tile disposed adjacent to the first heat insulating composite tile is bonded to the plate-like heat insulating joint material with an adhesive. The heat insulating material composite tile is attached to the wall surface.

The construction method of the heat insulating material composite tile according to claim 9 is the method according to claim 8, wherein an adhesive is applied to one end face of the second heat insulating material composite tile and an adhesive is applied to the other end face. The plate-like heat insulating joint material is bonded, and the one end face of the second heat insulating composite tile is applied to the heat insulating joint material bonded to the first heat insulating composite tile. The second heat insulating material composite tile is attached to a wall surface.

The tile construction structure of the present invention (Claim 1) uses a heat-insulating joint material as the joint material, and is excellent in heat insulation of the joint part. Further, since the heat insulating joint material covers the entire surface of the foam heat insulating material exposed on the end surface of the heat insulating material composite tile, the end surface portion of the foam heat insulating material is prevented from being deteriorated by ultraviolet rays, water, heat or the like. .

In the present invention, the heat insulating joint material may be configured to wrap around the front edge of the heat insulating composite tile. If comprised in this way, the penetration | invasion of the water to a joint part will fully be prevented, and deterioration of a foam heat insulating material will be prevented more reliably.

In addition, the heat insulating joint material that has wrapped around the front edge of the heat insulating composite tile has the function of holding the heat insulating composite tile so as to hold it. Therefore, in the case where the heat insulating composite tile is provided with a groove that is recessed from the back surface as the heat insulating material filling portion as the tile main body (Claim 3), the foam heat insulating material inside the heat insulating composite tile and the tile main body on the front side Even when the adhesiveness of the tile is lowered, the tile main body is held by the heat insulating joint material that wraps around the front surface side, and the falling off is prevented.

In the present invention, the heat insulating joint material is plate-shaped, and may be configured to be bonded to the end face of the heat insulating composite tile with an adhesive (Claim 4). Also in this case, the foam heat insulating material inside the heat insulating material composite tile is sufficiently retained from ultraviolet rays, water, heat and the like.

In the present invention, the heat insulating joint material may be an adhesive containing a hollow balloon. In this case, the back surface of the heat insulating composite tile may be bonded to the wall surface by this heat insulating adhesive (Claim 6). In this way, the heat insulating property of the wall is further improved.

By adopting a thermal insulating joint material having a thermal conductivity equal to or lower than that of the foam thermal insulating material (Claim 7), the thermal insulation of the wall surface is improved.

According to the construction method of the heat insulating material composite tile of the eighth and ninth aspects, the tile construction structure of the fourth aspect can be efficiently constructed.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 (a) is a perspective view of a heat insulating composite tile used in the tile construction structure according to the embodiment, FIG. 1 (b) is a horizontal sectional view showing the construction structure of this heat insulating composite tile, and FIG. FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram of another embodiment.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the heat insulating material composite tile 1 is a foam made of a tile body 2 having a cavity 2a and a synthetic resin foam such as polyurethane foam or polystyrene foam filled in the cavity 2a. And a heat insulating material 3. The cavity 2a is formed of a through hole extending from one end surface of the tile body 2 to the other end surface. The foam heat insulating material 3 may be foamed in the cavity 2a, or may be previously foamed and inserted in the cavity 2a. The foam heat insulating material 3 is exposed on the end face of the tile 1.

The heat insulating material composite tile 1 is bonded to the building wall surface 4 of the building via an elastic adhesive 5 such as silicon, and the heat insulating joint material 6 is filled in the joint gap between the tiles 1. This heat insulating joint material 6 covers the entire foam heat insulating material 3 exposed on the end face of the tile 1.

As this heat-insulating joint material, a material in which a hollow balloon is mixed with an elastic adhesive such as EPDM or EPM is suitable. As the hollow balloon, in addition to inorganic foams such as fly ash, foamed perlite, and vermiculite, resin foams such as foamed polystyrene are suitable.

In this embodiment, the heat insulating joint material 6 is slightly retracted from the front surface of the tile 1, but may be filled so as to be flush with the front surface of the tile 1.

In the tile construction structure configured as described above, the heat insulating joint material 6 is used as the joint material, and the heat insulating property of the joint part is excellent. Further, since the heat insulating joint material 6 covers the entire surface of the foam heat insulating material 3 exposed on the end surface of the heat insulating composite tile 1, the end surface portion of the foam heat insulating material 3 is deteriorated by ultraviolet rays, water, heat, or the like. Is prevented.

In the above embodiment, the adhesive joint material is filled in the joint gap, but a plate-like heat insulating joint material 7 may be interposed in the joint gap between the tiles 1 as shown in FIG. . The heat insulating joint material 7 is bonded to the end face of the tile 1 with an adhesive 8 and covers the entire surface of the foam heat insulating material 3 exposed on the end face. As the heat insulating joint material 7, a foamed rubber plate, a foamed synthetic resin plate having elasticity, and the like are suitable.

In order to obtain the tile construction structure shown in FIG. 2, an elastic adhesive 5 is applied to the wall surface 4, and when the tile 1 is attached, a plate-like shape is formed on one end face of the first tile 1 via the adhesive 8. The heat insulating joint material 7 is bonded, and the first tile 1 is attached to the wall surface 4. In the second tile 1 disposed adjacent to the first tile 1, an adhesive 8 is applied to one end face that is in contact with the heat insulating joint material 7, and the other end face is applied. The heat-insulating joint material 7 is bonded to the adhesive 8 through the adhesive 8. Then, the second tile 1 is attached to the wall surface 4 so that the one end face of the second tile 1 is pressed against the heat insulating joint material 7 of the first tile 1.

Even in the tile construction structure of FIG. 2, the same effects as those of FIG. 1 can be obtained.

As the heat insulating joint material 7 in FIG. 2, a material having a thermal conductivity equal to or smaller than the foam heat insulating material 3 of the heat insulating material composite tile 1 is suitable.

When the heat insulating joint material 7 having low thermal conductivity is used, the amount of heat flowing into and out of the wall surface through the joint portion is remarkably reduced, and the heat insulating property of the wall is improved. Examples of the heat insulating joint material 7 having low thermal conductivity include polyurethane foam and polystyrene foam. A mortar joint material may or may not be filled on the front side of the heat insulating joint material 7 having a low thermal conductivity.

FIG. 3 (a) is a perspective view of a heat insulating composite tile 11 in which a groove is provided in place of the hollow portion and the groove is filled with a foam heat insulating material, and FIG. 3 (b) is the tile construction structure. FIG.

The heat insulating material composite tile 11 includes a tile main body 12 and a foam heat insulating material 13 filled in the recess 12a on the back surface of the tile main body 12. The recess 12a extends from one end surface of the tile body 12 to the other end surface. The foamed heat insulating material 13 is preferably foamed in the recess 12a, but it may be a foamed material that is pre-foamed and fitted to the recess 12a.

The heat insulating material composite tile 11 is bonded to the building wall surface 4 of the building via an elastic adhesive 5 such as silicon, and the heat insulating joint material 6 is filled in the joint gap between the tiles 1. This heat insulating joint material 6 covers the entire foam heat insulating material 13 exposed on the end face of the tile 11.

The effect similar to that of the above embodiment is also achieved by the construction structure of the tile 11 of FIG. In FIG. 3, the heat insulating joint material 6 is filled, but a plate-like heat insulating joint material is interposed between the tiles 11 as in FIG. 2, and the plate-like heat insulating joint material is an end face of the tile 11. It is good also as a structure adhere | attached via the adhesive agent 8.

FIG. 4 shows an embodiment in which the heat insulating joint material 6 is provided up to the joint edge on the front side of the tile 11A. This tile 11A has the same configuration as that of the tile 11 except that a concave step 14 is provided at the joint edge. The heat-insulating joint material 6 is deposited on the entire end face of the tile 11 </ b> A and is filled in the recessed step portion 14. Reference numeral 6 a denotes a heat insulating joint material filled in the recessed step portion 14. The heat insulating joint material 6a in the recessed step portion 14 is integrated with the heat insulating joint material 6 in the joint gap.

According to the tile construction structure of FIG. 4, water can be more reliably prevented from entering the joint gap.

Further, in the tile construction structure of FIG. 4, the tile body 12 is held by the heat insulating joint material 6a from the front side. For this reason, even if peeling or other adhesion lowering phenomenon occurs at the interface C between the tile main body 12 and the foam heat insulating material 13, the tile main body 12 is prevented from being detached from the foam heat insulating material 13 and falling off.

In FIG. 4, the concave step portion 14 is provided, but the joint-side edge of the tile body 12 may be cut obliquely, and this portion may be filled with the heat-insulating joint material 6a. .

Moreover, you may apply so that the heat insulating joint material 6 may wrap around the joint edge part of the front side of a tile, without providing a concave step part and a diagonal cut part.

In any of the above embodiments, the tiles 1, 11 and 11A are attached to the wall surface 4 with the elastic adhesive 5, but may be tiled with the elastic adhesive 15 having heat insulation as shown in FIG. Although tile 1 is shown in FIG. 5, tiles 11 and 11A may be used. As the elastic adhesive having heat insulation, an elastic adhesive mixed with the above hollow balloon is suitable.

When tiled with this heat-insulating adhesive, the layer of the adhesive 15 functions as a heat-insulating layer, and the heat-insulating property of the wall surface is improved. Although the heat insulating joint material 6 is used in FIG. 5, the plate-like heat insulating joint material 7 of FIG. 2 may be used.

In FIG. 5, the heat insulating elastic adhesive 15 does not enter the joint gap between the tiles 1, but the heat insulating elastic adhesive 15 may partially enter the joint gap as shown in FIG. For example, after applying the heat insulating elastic adhesive 15 to the wall surface 4, the tile 1 is pressed to be tiled so that the tile 1 is slightly pressed so that the adhesive 15 rises and enters between the joints. To do. Thereafter, the remaining portion of the joint gap is filled with the joint material 6 to obtain the structure of FIG.

Each of the above embodiments is an example of the present invention, and the present invention can take forms other than those shown in the drawings.
