Description

The present invention relates to a method for scraping dust remaining in a tailgate when the tailgate of the dust collector is in a tilted state.

There is a conventional garbage truck that discharges the dust from the garbage truck and then tilts the tailgate to scrape the dust remaining in the tailgate (for example, patents). Reference 1).
The garbage truck 100 disclosed in Patent Document 1 is equipped with a compression loading device 101, and the tailgate 102 of the garbage truck is in a tilted state as shown in FIG. A series of scraping operations that are almost the same as normal loading operations, that is, the scraping panel starts to rise, and each operation of pushing, reversing, retracting, descending, and scraping is This is performed sequentially by pressing a scraping button (not shown) installed in the cab of the collection vehicle. Such a series of scraping operations is continued for one cycle when the worker presses the scraping button, and continues while the worker continues to press the scraping button.

However, in the above conventional garbage collection vehicle, the scraping operation can be performed in the tilted state, but when the worker performs the scraping operation for only one cycle by pressing the scraping button for a short time. Because the tailgate is tilted, it is difficult to determine whether the tailgate, for example, the scraping panel (reference numeral 103 in FIG. 3) is in operation or has ended. In order to do this, it is necessary to return the tilted tailgate to its original position, which causes a problem that workability is impaired. On the other hand, if the scraping operation is continued while the worker keeps pressing the scraping button, it is impossible to determine the panel position to be stopped by himself because the worker is usually one person. Therefore, there is a problem that the worker keeps pushing the scratching button for a long time according to the feeling and experience, and as a result, the scraping operation is performed more than necessary, and thus the workability is impaired. . In this case, even if there are two workers, the tailgate is tilted, so for example, it is difficult to determine the operation of the scraping panel. It is the same as the case where

The problem to be solved is that it is possible to clearly determine the end of the scraping operation performed when the tailgate of the garbage truck is in the tilted state, thereby improving workability and reducing the burden on the worker. It is a point to do.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dust scraping method in a tailgate of a dust collection vehicle, wherein the tailgate of the dust collection vehicle in which dust is loaded is raised to a discharge position, and the interior of the tailgate is increased at the raised position. A dust scraping method for scraping the dust remaining on the trash, wherein a scraping operation is performed by pressing a scraping button installed in a cab of the dust collecting vehicle, or by pressing the scraping button. It is programmed in advance so that the scraping operation is continued for a certain period of time, and an alarm buzzer is sounded to notify the end at the end of one cycle of the scraping operation, so that the tailgate is in a tilted state. Since it is possible to determine the end of the scraping operation to be performed, for example, it is easy to determine whether the scraping panel in the above example is operating or has ended. Business improvement of Hakare, also, thereby the operator of the burden because it is not necessary to rely on the operator's sense and experience.
By the way, when the alarm buzzer is activated, for those equipped with a compression type loading device, the lift of the movable shielding plate (with the rise, the scratching plate (scratching panel) also rises) is completed and the rise completion switch Or when a rotary loading device is installed, when the pressing of the pressing plate is completed and the pressing completion switch is detected to be ON.

The dust scraping method in the tailgate of the dust collecting vehicle of the present invention is the end of the scraping operation performed for the purpose of scraping the dust remaining in the tailgate when the tailgate is in the tilted state. Since the alarm buzzer can be used for discrimination, for example, it can be easily discriminated whether the scratching plate is operating or the operation has been completed, and the workability can be improved. There is an advantage that the burden on the operator can be reduced.

A dust scraping method in a tailgate of a dust truck according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1, the garbage collection vehicle 1 is provided with a dust storage box 2 behind a cab (not shown), and in the present embodiment, a dust storage box 2 is attached to the rear part of the dust storage box 2. A tailgate 4 having a built-in insertion device 3 is attached so as to be rotatable in the directions of arrows A and B via a hinge 5 provided at the upper end of the rearmost part of the dust storage box 2. Is rotated fully in the B direction to form a tilt state (upward state).
The loading operation by the compression type loading device 3 and the scraping operation almost the same as the above loading operation by the compression type loading device 3 when the tail gate 4 is in the tilted state are provided in the tail gate 4. This operation is performed by a movable shielding plate that slides along the guide rail and a scratching plate that is swingably attached to the lower part of the movable shielding plate. It consists of an operation, a lowering operation of the movable shielding plate, a scraping operation (or scraping operation) in which the scratching plate swings forward, and an upward operation of the movable shielding plate.

Next, this scraping method will be described with reference to FIG.
In order to perform the scraping operation according to this scraping method, first, after discharging the dust from the dust container 2 of the dust collecting vehicle 1, the tail gate 4 of the dust collecting vehicle 1 is opened as shown in FIG. Tilt state. Then, when the operator presses the raking button as described below, the raking operation programmed in advance is executed.
That is, in the case where the scraping operation is performed for only one cycle when the worker presses the scraping button, when the worker presses the scraping button as shown in the time chart of FIG. An alarm notifying the end of the scraping operation when the lifting operation is performed and the dust remaining in the tailgate 4 is scraped, while the lifting operation of the movable shielding plate is completed and the lift completion switch is detected ON A buzzer (not shown) sounds to notify the operator of the end of the scraping operation. Such an alarm buzzer may sound for an instant (about 1 second) or may continue to sound for a predetermined time.
As a result, it is possible to determine the end of the scraping operation. For example, it is easy to determine whether the scratching plate is operating or the operation is completed, and the workability can be improved. Since it is not necessary to rely on experience, the burden on the operator can be reduced.

Next, for the case where the scraping operation is continued while the worker continues to press the scraping button, the worker continues to press the scraping button as shown in the time chart of FIG. The scraping operation is performed while the tailgate 4 is scraped off while the lifting operation of the movable shielding plate is completed and the lift completion switch is detected to be turned on. An alarm buzzer that informs the end of the operation (optimal panel position) sounds and informs the operator of the end of the scraping operation, but the scraping operation continues after one cycle of the scraping operation, as in this embodiment. When the scraping button is kept pressed as described above, the scraping operation is continued even after the end of one cycle, and the scraping operation is stopped when the operator releases the pressing of the scraping button. The time when the worker cancels the pressing of the scraping button and stops the scraping operation is given redundancy based on the experience of the worker.
Incidentally, the alarm buzzer in this case may be sounded for a moment (about 1 second) or may be sounded for a predetermined time.

The present invention improves the workability by facilitating the determination of whether the tailgate of the garbage truck is in a tilted state, for example, whether the scratching plate is operating or has ended. It is intended to reduce the burden on the worker, and can be said to be an extremely effective method for this kind of garbage truck that can be handled by changing some of the existing programs.
