JP 2004-132620 A JP 2002-200408 A

The filter member may be used in a state where the same type or different types of layers are stacked in multiple stages, and the number of layers is different. Conventionally, when the number of stacked filter members and further the thickness of each filter member is changed, the entire filter frame is changed accordingly. For this reason, it is necessary to prepare various kinds of filter frames or to prepare them in advance, which is problematic in terms of management and cost.

The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and can easily cope with a change in the number of stacked filter members and further the thickness of each filter member, and can simplify management and reduce costs. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing one frame (first frame) 13 constituting the filter frame of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing its assembled state. As illustrated, the first frame 13 has a pair of vertical side frame members 15A having a length corresponding to the vertical side of the filter member to be accommodated, and has a length corresponding to the horizontal side of the filter member. A pair of horizontal side frame members 15B are arranged opposite to each other, and ends thereof are connected with screws 16 so as to be assembled into a substantially rectangular tube shape.

The vertical side frame member 15 </ b> A is a long member having a substantially L-shaped cross section integrally including a front wall 17 and a side wall 18 standing upright from one end edge of the front wall 17. Further, a locking claw portion 19 is formed at the front end portion of the side wall 18 on the side from which the front wall 17 projects (hereinafter referred to as an inner surface) over its entire length. The locking claw portion 19 is formed as an inclined surface that gradually increases from the tip toward the front wall 17, and has a surface substantially perpendicular to the inner surface of the side wall 18 at a position advanced a predetermined length toward the front wall 17. An engaging surface 19a is formed. Furthermore, a substantially pipe-shaped rail portion 20 is attached to the inner surface side of the side wall 18 at a position spaced apart from the front wall 17 by a distance corresponding to the thickness of the filter member. The rail portion 20 has a thread groove 21 formed therein, and a slit 22 that is continuous along the length direction may be formed in a part of the peripheral surface.

The horizontal side frame member 15B is a long member having a substantially L-shaped cross section similar to the vertical side frame member 15A, and its side wall 26 is formed at the same height as the side wall 18 of the vertical side frame member 15A. A locking claw portion 27 having the same shape as the longitudinal side frame member 15A is formed at the tip portion over the entire length. Further, both ends of the front wall 25 are cut out so as to coincide with the length of the front wall 17 of the longitudinal side frame member 15A to form notches 23 and 23. The end of the vertical frame member 15A is engaged with the notch 23, and the side wall 26 is screwed at a position corresponding to the screw groove 21 of the rail member 20 of the vertical frame member 15A when engaged. A hole 24 is formed. Note that the screw hole 24 of the lateral side frame member 15B may be formed at a position that does not coincide with the rail portion 20 of the longitudinal side frame member 15A. If it is formed, this positional deviation can be allowed and screwed.

The vertical side frame member 15A is formed by integrally forming pipe-like objects corresponding to the front wall 17, the side wall 18, and the rail portion 20 by extrusion molding, and cutting the pipe-like article into a predetermined length. The rail portion 20 may be formed by forming the screw groove 21 on the inner wall and forming the slit 22 if necessary. Further, the lateral side frame member 15B may be formed by integrally forming the front wall 25 and the side wall 26 and cutting it to a predetermined length, and then forming the notch 23 and the screw hole 24.

The first frame 13 is configured as described above, and the filter member is sandwiched and accommodated between the front wall 17 of the vertical side frame member 15A and the rail portion 20 (see FIGS. 6 and 7).

Next, the second frame will be described. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the second frame 14, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the assembled state. As shown in the drawing, the second frame body 14 has a pair of longitudinal side frame members 35A slightly shorter than the length of the longitudinal side frame member 15A of the first frame body 13 so as to face each other. A pair of side frame members 35B, which are slightly shorter than the length of the side frame 15B, are arranged to face each other, and the ends are connected with screws 36 so as to be assembled into a substantially rectangular tube shape.

The lateral side frame member 35B is a long member having a substantially L-shaped cross section integrally including a front wall 37 and a side wall 38 standing upright from one end edge of the front wall 37. A substantially pipe-shaped rail portion 40 is attached to the surface on which the front wall 37 protrudes (hereinafter referred to as an inner surface) at a position spaced from the tip of the side wall 38 by a distance corresponding to the thickness of the filter member. Has been. The rail portion 40 has a thread groove 41 formed therein, and may further be formed with a slit 42 continuous along the length direction in a part of the circumferential surface. Furthermore, a locking claw portion 39 that engages with the locking claw portion 27 of the lateral frame member 15B of the first frame body is formed at the tip of the side wall 38. The locking claw portion 39 is formed with a cut perpendicular to the thickness direction at a predetermined position from the tip of the side wall 38, and further, the inclined surface of the frame member 15B for the lateral side of the first frame starting from this cut. An inclined surface corresponding to is formed. Note that the end face of the cut becomes a locking surface 39a that engages with the locking surface 27a of the locking claw portion 27 of the lateral frame member 15B of the first frame.

The vertical side frame member 35A is a long member having a substantially L-shaped cross section similar to the horizontal side frame member 35B, and its side wall 46 is formed at the same height as the side wall 38 of the horizontal side frame member 35B. A locking claw portion 47 that engages with the locking claw portion 19 of the frame member 15A for the vertical side of the first frame 13 is formed at the distal end portion. This locking claw portion 47 is formed with a cut perpendicular to the thickness direction at a predetermined position from the front end of the side wall 46, and further, the inclination of the frame member 15A for the vertical side of the first frame 13 is started from this cut. An inclined surface corresponding to the surface is formed. Note that the end face of the cut becomes a locking surface 47a that engages with the locking surface 19a of the locking claw portion 19 of the vertical frame member 15A of the first frame 13. Further, both ends of the front wall 45 are cut out so as to coincide with the length of the front wall 37 of the lateral side frame member 35B to form notches 43, 43. The end of the lateral frame member 35B is engaged with the notch 43, and the side wall 46 is screwed at a position corresponding to the screw groove 41 of the rail member 40 of the lateral frame member 35B when engaged. A hole 44 is formed. The screw holes 44 of the vertical side frame member 35A may be formed out of the original position, that is, at positions that do not coincide with the rail part 40 of the horizontal side frame member 35B. If this is formed, it is possible to allow this positional shift and screw it.

The lateral side frame member 35B is formed by integrally forming pipe-like objects corresponding to the front wall 37, the side wall 38, and the rail portion 40 by extrusion molding and cutting the pipe-like article into a predetermined length. The rail groove 40 may be formed by forming the screw groove 41 on the inner wall and forming the slit 42 as necessary. Further, the longitudinal side frame member 35A may be formed by integrally forming the front wall 45 and the side wall 46 and cutting it to a predetermined length, and then forming the notch 43 and the screw hole 44.

The 2nd frame 14 is comprised as mentioned above, and a filter member is supported and accommodated by the rail part 40 of the frame material 35B for horizontal sides (refer FIG. 6, FIG. 7).

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the first frame body 13 and the second frame body 14 formed in this way are integrated so as to cover the first frame body 13 on the second frame body 14. The inventive filter frame 10 is completed. At that time, the locking claw portion 27 of the first frame body 13 and the locking claw portion 47 of the second frame body 14 are engaged to prevent rattling and separation (disconnection).

The illustrated filter frame 10 shows a state in which a single filter member 12A is accommodated in the first frame 13 and a single filter member 12B is accommodated in the second frame 14, respectively.
