Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning apparatus, and more particularly, to a cleaning apparatus that cleans waste and removes attached substances.

Conventionally, light waste mainly composed of combustible materials such as paper, fiber, plastics, vinyls and other heavy waste (such as concrete, relatively large pieces of wood, metals, Glass bottles etc.) were sorted manually or by a wind sorter. The light waste after sorting is often buried in the final disposal site because soil and sand adhere to it and it is difficult to incinerate it. However, in recent years, there has been a shortage of final disposal sites, and there has been an increasing demand to incinerate light waste after sorting. In this case, it is necessary to wash the light waste because the light waste cannot be incinerated if there are many deposits. For example, as an example of a cleaning device, a cleaning device has been proposed in which a spiral rotating blade is provided in a cleaning tank, and waste is moved and cleaned by the rotation of the rotating blade (for example, Patent Document 1). .

Furthermore, the cylindrical rails 3D and 3E are sandwiched in the width direction by a non-illustrated prevention roller. Therefore, the position of the rotating drum 3 does not shift due to its rotation.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the rotary drum 3 is provided with a first transport blade 3G and a second transport blade 3H for discharging waste that has entered from the lower end opening 3B from the upper end opening 3A. It has been. The first conveying blade 3G on the lower end side is composed of a plurality of spiral blades, and the waste is fed into the rotating drum 3 from the opening 3B at the lower end by the rotation of the rotating drum 3. The second transport blade 3H is composed of a plurality of spiral blades having a wider interval than the first transport blade 3G, and has a role of stirring waste in the cleaning liquid in the rotary drum 3, and being stirred and washed. It has a role to send out the waste in the direction of the opening 3A at the upper end. The rotary drum 3 is driven to rotate clockwise (in the direction of arrow A) when viewed from the upper end side shown in FIG.

Next, with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the details of the structure of the guide member 6 that guides the falling waste to the opening 3B at the lower end of the rotating drum 3 will be described. As an example, the guide member 6 is made of an iron wire mesh having sufficient strength and rigidity of a mesh of 20 mm to 30 mm, and is directed from the upper end portion of the charging portion 5 of the water tank 2 toward the opening 3B at the lower end portion of the rotating drum 3. It is arranged with an inclination. The inclination angle is in two stages, and the slope of the portion that receives the falling waste is steep, and becomes a gentle inclination angle in the middle of the opening of the lower end of the rotating drum 3. A little lower end portion facing 3B is inserted into the opening 3B. The guide member 6 is not necessarily limited to a wire mesh, and may be a steel plate having a large number of holes. Further, the guide member 6 can be lifted by a mechanism not shown in the drawing with the lower end portion as a turning point axis. When removing sediments such as soil and sand settled in the water tank 2, the guide member 6 is guided. The upper end of the member 6 is lifted, and sediments such as soil and sand can be removed with a small power shovel or the like. Furthermore, guide plates (not shown) are disposed at the left and right ends of the guide member 6 so that the waste on the guide member 6 moves toward the opening 3B at the lower end of the rotary drum 3 and does not escape to the outside. It is erected. The guide plate may be a wire mesh or a rubber plate.

In addition, on the back surface side of the guide member 6, compressed air is blown from the back surface side of the guide member 6 to the waste material that falls on the guide member 6, and the waste material is opened at the lower end of the rotating drum 3. An air nozzle 13 is provided as compressed air jetting means for feeding in the 3B direction. The air nozzle 13 is connected to a compressor (not shown) with a pressure hose. Further, in the lower end portion of the guide member 6, the waste agitated in accordance with the rotation of the rotary drum 3 in the rotary drum 3 is further stirred by the jet of compressed air to enhance the waste cleaning effect. An air nozzle 14 is provided as compressed air jetting means for stirring. The air nozzle 14 is also connected to a compressor (not shown) by a pressure hose. The blowing direction of the compressed air from the air nozzle 14 is the internal direction of the rotating drum 3 in parallel with the rotating drum 3.

Next, with reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the cleaning liquid nozzle 40 and its peripheral members as the cleaning liquid blowing means provided in the opening 3A at the upper end of the rotating drum 3 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cleaning liquid nozzle 40 is held by the arm 41 in the vicinity of the opening 3 </ b> A at the upper end of the rotating drum 3 so as not to contact the opening 3 </ b> A at the upper end of the rotating drum 3. The base of the arm 41 is fixed to the upper end of the outer wall of the water tank 2. A pump 43 for supplying the cleaning liquid to the cleaning liquid nozzle 40 is fixed on the reinforcing member 76 on the outer wall of the water tank 2 so that the supernatant liquid of the second sedimentation tank 9 is supplied to the cleaning liquid nozzle 40 via the hose 42. It has become. The tip of the cleaning liquid nozzle 40 is directed into the opening 3 </ b> A of the rotary drum 3, and the waste water cleaned in the rotary drum 3 is finally sprayed with cleaning water as a rinse.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a cleaning liquid receptacle 60 for receiving the cleaning liquid falling from the wire mesh 3 as a draining portion is provided immediately below the opening 3A at the upper end of the rotary drum 3, and the cleaning liquid receiver The cleaning liquid received at 60 flows into the heel sedimentation tank 61 fixed to the reinforcing member 76 on the outer wall of the water tank 2 in the vicinity of the cleaning liquid receiver 60. In the saddle settling tank 61, soil and sand in the cleaning liquid flowing in from the cleaning liquid receiving tank 60 are precipitated, and the cleaned cleaning liquid is returned to the second settling tank 9 through the pipe 62.

Next, the detail of operation | movement of the washing | cleaning apparatus 1 which has said structure is demonstrated. First, a light waste mainly composed of combustible material input from an unillustrated wind power sorter falls on a guide member 6 made of a wire mesh and is immersed in a cleaning liquid (water as an example) of the input portion 5 of the water tank 2. . At this time, the soil or sand adhering to the waste falls from the mesh of the guide member 6. The waste is sent in the direction of the opening 3 </ b> B at the lower end of the rotating drum 3 by the compressed air injected from the air nozzle 13 on the back surface side of the guide member 6. The waste that has entered the rotary drum 3 from the opening 3B is sent to the central direction in the longitudinal direction of the rotary drum 3 by the first transfer blade 3G as the rotary drum 3 rotates, and the cleaning liquid is supplied by the second transfer blade 3H. In addition to being agitated, the compressed air from the air nozzle 14 is further loosened and agitated and washed. Then, the waste sufficiently cleaned with the cleaning liquid is sent in the direction of the opening 3A by the second conveying blade 3H as the rotary drum 3 rotates, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the cleaning liquid nozzle 40 to be cleaned again. (Rinsing takes place). Then, the waste is drained at the part of the wire mesh 3C, and then falls outside through the opening 3A.

Although the cleaning liquid in the water tank 2 is in a state in which soil and sand are mixed, the supernatant liquid is sent from the charging section water tank 7 to the first precipitation tank 8 through the siphon pipe 15, and further from the first precipitation tank 8 to the siphon. Since the supernatant liquid is sent to the second sedimentation tank 9 by the pipe 17, the cleaning liquid in the second sedimentation tank 9 is the cleanest. Further, when the siphon effect is stopped, the open / close valves 16 and 18 may be closed. In normal times, the opening and closing valves 16, 18 are open.

As described above, according to the cleaning apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, even waste such as vinyl, plastic, paper, and the like mainly buried in the soil is cleaned with the cleaning liquid, Sand can be removed sufficiently, and it can be cleaned so that it can be incinerated. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, the cleaning liquid is not limited to water, and may be a product mixed with a detergent or the like. Furthermore, in this Embodiment, although the 1st settling tank 8 and the 2nd settling tank 9 were provided as a water tank part settling tank, it is not necessarily restricted to two. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the guide member 6 is a simple wire mesh, but it may be a wire mesh that vibrates by a vibration motor or the like. The air nozzle 13 is provided on the back side of the guide member 6, but may be provided on the front side of the guide member 6. Further, a cleaning water nozzle may be provided on the surface side of the guide member 6 as cleaning water spraying means for spraying cleaning water on the waste. In addition, the present invention can wash not only waste to which soil and sand adhere, but also waste to which various powders and the like adhere.
