Special table 2000-507480 PCT WO01-72195 A1

Since the cleaning tool of Patent Document 1 uses an electric gear pump type discharge container, a power source, an electric motor, and an electric circuit are required, the configuration is complicated, the cost is high, and maintenance is difficult.

In the cleaning tool disclosed in Patent Document 2, the on-off valve is operated to be opened and closed by the hand operation unit, and the on-off valve and the remote operation mechanism are required. The configuration is complicated and expensive, and maintenance is difficult.

In addition, in the vicinity of the cleaning head at the tip of the handle, an aerosol-type discharge container that enables discharge of the liquid agent by the enclosed gas pressure is provided, and the on-off valve of the aerosol-type discharge container is operated by manual operation applied to the handle operation portion of the handle, Some discharge the liquid agent from the discharge container toward the cleaning head. However, the aerosol-type discharge container is a cylindrical metal container for hermetic stability of the sealed gas pressure, and has poor processability and poor attachment to a handle, making it difficult to reduce weight and cost. is there. In addition, the on / off valve is operated by the hand operating section, and the on / off valve and the remote control mechanism are also required, so that the configuration is complicated and expensive, and maintenance is difficult.

An object of the present invention is to enable a liquid composition to be stably ejected with a simple configuration in a cleaning tool that can be wet wiped.

The invention of claim 1 is a cleaning tool provided with a cleaning head at the tip of the handle, and discharges the liquid agent from the squeeze-type discharge container attached to the handle toward the cleaning head.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cleaning tool 1 is provided with a cleaning head 30 at the tip of the handle 10 via a universal joint 20, and a liquid agent is supplied to the cleaning head 30 side from a squeeze-type discharge container 40 attached to the handle 10. Discharge.

The handle 10 is a connection body of the grip 11, the tip adapter 12, and a plurality of pipes 13 provided therebetween. The cleaning tool 1 connects a cleaning head 30 to the tip adapter 12 via a universal joint 20 so that the cleaning head 30 can be freely rotated forward, backward, left and right with respect to the handle 10.

The cleaning head 30 is configured to be able to wind a cleaning sheet around the bottom of the base 31, and includes sheet locking tools 32 that lock the cleaning sheet at four corners on the upper surface of the base 31. The cleaning head 30 allows the floor surface to be wet wiped with a cleaning sheet impregnated with the liquid agent discharged from the discharge container 40, and allows the floor surface to be dry-wiped with a cleaning sheet not impregnated with the liquid agent.

The cleaning head 30 does not necessarily have to be accompanied by a cleaning sheet, and a sponge sheet or the like may be attached to the bottom of the base 31.

The squeeze-type discharge container 40 has a container main body 41 that can be attached to and detached from a container fixture 14 provided on the handle 10. One end of the tube 43 is connected to the opening 42 </ b> A of the cap 42 that is screwed to the container body 41, and the nozzle 44 is connected to the other end of the tube 43. The tube 43 is attached to and detached from the handle 10 by the tube attachment 15, and the nozzle 44 is disposed on the side of the cleaning head 30 such as the front surface so that the liquid agent can be discharged. By directly squeezing (pressing and squeezing) the container main body 41 in an inverted state (a state in which the cap 42, the tube 43 and the nozzle 44 are positioned under the container main body 41) attached to the handle 10, the liquid agent for the container main body 41 Is discharged from the nozzle 44 via the tube 43.

As shown in FIG. 3, the nozzle 44 constituting the discharge path for discharging the liquid agent from the discharge container 40 toward the cleaning sheet 30 has a self-closing valve 45 and a fixing member 46 at the discharge port of the nozzle main body 44A. 44A includes a spin element 44B. The self-closing valve 45 is made of silicone rubber or the like, and is self-elastically cut by a single-letter slit, an X-shaped slit or the like that closes when there is no load and opens when the liquid agent discharge pressure acts.

As shown in FIG. 4, the squeeze-type discharge container 40 is provided with an air replacement valve 50 in a cap 42. In the air replacement valve 50, a rubber valve member 51 is inserted into an opening recess 42 </ b> B formed on the shoulder portion of the cap 42, and a pressing member 52 is inserted thereon. The valve member 51 is formed with three arc-shaped through holes 51B in the peripheral end portion of the bottom wall 51A in a bottomed cylindrical state, and the through holes 51B are positioned on the opening 42C of the opening recess 42B. The suction port 52 </ b> B formed in the bottom portion 52 </ b> A of the pressing member 52 is located on the bottom wall 51 </ b> A of the valve member 51. When the liquid agent squeezed by the container body 41 of the discharge container 40 is discharged, the liquid agent is pushed out from the opening 42A of the cap 42 by the applied pressure in the container body 41, and the valve member 51 of the air replacement valve 50 holds the through hole 51B. The liquid does not leak due to close contact with the bottom 52A of 52. When the squeeze of the container body 41 is released after the liquid agent is discharged, the container body 41 tries to elastically restore to its original shape, and the bottom wall 51A of the valve member 51 is elastically deformed inward by the decompression force of the container body 41, thereby A through hole 51 </ b> B that is separated from the bottom portion 52 </ b> A of the pressing member 52 is opened to take outside air into the container body 41.

At the time of cleaning operation by wet wiping of the cleaning tool 1, the user squeezes the container body 41 of the discharge container 40 at an appropriate timing and sprays the liquid agent in the discharge container 40 around the cleaning head 30. When the user slides the cleaning head 30 on the floor surface via the handle 10, the floor surface is wet wiped with a cleaning sheet impregnated with the liquid agent.

During the cleaning operation of the cleaning tool 1 by dry wiping, the user slides the cleaning head 30 on the floor without squeezing the discharge container 40, so that the floor is dry wiped with a cleaning sheet in a dry state. To do.

When the cleaning tool 1 is not used, that is, when it is not cleaned, the tube 43 is removed from the container body 41 and the cap 42 of the discharge container 40, and the handle 10 is attached to the handle 10 by a 180-degree reversing mechanism or the like. The mounting posture of the discharge container 40 is turned upside down and the cap 42 and the opening 42 </ b> A are positioned on the container body 41.

In addition, as the discharge container 40, a laminate peeling container 60 may be used. As shown in FIG. 6, the delamination container 60 includes an outer layer 61 having an air introduction hole 61 </ b> A and an inner layer 62 that peels from the inner surface of the outer layer 61, and between the outer layer 61 and the inner layer 62. Air is introduced and the liquid agent is accommodated in the inner layer 62.

According to this embodiment, there exist the following effects.
(Claim 1)
(a) The squeeze-type discharge container 40 is simply attached to the handle 10, and the liquid agent can be stably discharged toward the cleaning head 30 only by squeezing the squeeze-type discharge container 40.

(b) Since the squeeze-type discharge container 40 is attached to the handle 10, the user can easily squeeze with the cleaning posture. The squeeze type discharge container 40 can be attached to an arbitrary position of the handle 10. In addition, since the grip 11 is grasped with one hand and the handle 10 is pressed from above with the other hand for cleaning by wet wiping cleaning, the squeeze type discharge container 40 can be attached in the vicinity of the other hand. It can be easily squeezed as it is.

(c) Only the squeeze-type discharge container 40 is attached to the handle 10, and the squeeze-type discharge container 40 can be attached to the dry wiping cleaning tool 1 and used as the wet wiping cleaning tool 1.

(Claim 3)
(e) The presence of the self-closing valve 45 can prevent liquid leakage in a static pressure state where the squeeze-type discharge container 40 is not squeezed, and since the self-closing valve 45 is closed, the discharge port, the spin element 44B, etc. The liquid remaining in the narrow channel is difficult to dry.

(Claim 4)
(f) By providing the air replacement valve 50 in the squeeze-type discharge container 40, the air can be immediately taken into the container that is discharged from the squeeze-type discharge container 40 and decompressed, and the liquid is continuously discharged. it can.

(Claim 5)
(g) By using the squeeze-type discharge container 40 as the delamination container 60, air can be immediately introduced between the squeezed outer layer 61 and the inner layer 62 to restore the outer layer 61, and the liquid agent is discharged continuously. it can.

(Claim 6)
(h) Liquid leakage can be prevented by attaching the squeeze-type discharge container 40 to the handle 10 in an upright state at least during non-cleaning.

As shown in FIG. 1B, the cleaning tool 1 is squeezed by sandwiching a squeeze-type discharge container 40 between the handle 16 and the handle 10 by a handle 16 pivotally supported on the handle 10 (a pivot point 16A). But it ’s okay.

Further, the squeeze-type discharge container 40 may be provided with a gripping portion that allows the container main body 41 to be attached to and detached from the handle 10 in the container main body 41 itself.

The method for controlling the discharge of the nozzle 44 is as follows.
By rotating the nozzle body 44A with respect to the spin element 44B, the flow path 44C formed between the spin element 44B and the nozzle body 44A can be opened and closed. If the flow path 44C between the spin element 44B and the nozzle body 44A is closed, liquid leakage from the squeeze-type discharge container 40 can be reliably prevented when not in use or during dry cleaning. Thereby, even when the container 40 is squeezed accidentally, a so-called safety stopper can be configured that does not cause liquid leakage.

Although the opening and closing of the flow path 44C by the rotation of the nozzle body 44A and the opening and closing of the discharge port by the self-closing valve 45 can be used together, the small-diameter cylindrical portion 44D is disposed on the front discharge side from the spin element 44B without using the self-closing valve 45. The liquid agent can also be discharged in the form of a mist or foam by being positioned in the position. The small diameter cylindrical portion 44D preferably has a diameter of about 0.3 to 1.0 mm.

According to this, the liquid agent pressure-fed through the tube 43 by squeezing the discharge container 40 is narrowed in the flow path 44C by the spin element 44B, and is sprayed or foamed by the self-closing valve 45 or the small-diameter cylindrical portion 44D. Discharged.

Further, by using the squeeze-type discharge container 40, it is possible to use a wide range of contents such as a liquid agent mixed with particles, a fluid, a viscous liquid agent and the like, not limited to a liquid. Furthermore, by providing the self-closing valve 45, it becomes possible to use a liquid agent that easily solidifies when exposed to air, such as a wax liquid.
