Description

The present invention relates to a slide fastener in which a pair of left and right fastener stringers are inserted into a pair of sliders whose shoulders face each other.

A slide fastener having two sliders of this type is widely used for various types of jars that are waterproof or water repellent. In addition, in the case where such a slide fastener is used, the two sliders are often locked while the slide fastener is closed so that the hook cannot be opened openly. The waterproof slide fastener has a waterproof structure in which a tape woven or knitted from a fiber material is used as a base material and one side or both sides of the base material is covered with an elastomer resin such as natural rubber or synthetic rubber. Or it consists of a synthetic resin tape, and the fastener element is attached and integrated along one side edge part of this fastener tape. The fastener element is attached by sewing the fastener element to the element mounting edge of the fastener tape in advance by sewing, and then covering the fastener tape with one side of the fastener tape in a watertight manner with the elastomer resin leaving the meshing head of the fastener element. Alternatively, a water repellent is provided and integrated with the fastener tape. Further, for example, as described in FIGS. 11 and 12 of Patent Document 1, an element row is formed by attaching a plurality of fastener elements to the edge of the waterproof fastener tape, and the upper surface and the outer surface of the element row are formed. The side surface is continuously covered with a waterproof material to form a ridge to prevent water and the like from entering between the elements.

By the way, in a slide fastener in which two sliders to be an object of the present invention are inserted, and particularly in a slide fastener in which left and right fastener stringers are inserted into two sliders arranged with their shoulders facing each other, the slider When the slide fastener is closed on the fastener element, the shoulder ends of the slider come into contact with each other. The general slider includes an upper wing plate, a lower wing plate, a connecting column for connecting one end of the upper and lower wing plates with a predetermined interval, a pulling attachment column standing on the upper surface of the upper wing plate, and the pulling attachment column Consists of a puller attached to. The left and right side edges of the upper and lower blades have element guide flanges extending vertically upward and downward, and a Y-shaped element guide passage is formed between the upper and lower blades. Usually, the end portion on the side where the connecting column is provided is called a shoulder opening, and the opposite end portion is called a rear opening.

The shape of the slider has a hook shape when viewed from above. That is, the shoulder opening is curved gently and protrudes toward the front, and the shade portion is formed by the curved surface of the tip portion, thereby forming a rear opening that linearly extends rearward from the central portion. Further, when a pair of left and right fastener stringers are inserted through the slider, the left and right fastener stringers are separated and opened at the shoulder opening of the slider with the connecting pillar interposed therebetween, and the left and right fastener stringers are opened at the rear opening. The fastener element is engaged and closed. As a result, when the shoulders of the two sliders are brought into contact or closest to each other, the curved shape of the shoulders of the sliders and the presence of the connecting pillars cause the left and right shoulders of the two sliders to be left and right. A gap is inevitably generated in the vertical direction of the fastener stringer. In this specification, the shoulder opening side is the front, the rear opening side is the rear, the standing side of the pulling attachment column is the upper side, and the lower wing plate side is the lower side. Therefore, the left and right sides are set in the left and right direction toward the front of the slider.

As described above, when a gap that vertically penetrates the left and right fastener stringers occurs between the shoulder ends of the two sliders, for example, on a rainy day, water enters through the gap and reaches the inside of the moss. It becomes like this.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described conventional problems, and the object of the present invention is when the fasteners are closed even when the slide fasteners are mounted with the shoulder sides of the two sliders facing each other. An object of the present invention is to provide a slide fastener in which moisture does not easily enter through a gap between shoulder and shoulder ends.

The object is to provide a pair of fastener stringers having a plurality of fastener elements arranged along opposing element mounting edges of the fastener tape, which are the basic configuration of the present invention, and the shoulder ends arranged opposite to each other. A pair of sliders for engaging and disengaging the fastener elements, and a gap concealing member for concealing a gap portion generated between the shoulder mouth ends when the shoulder mouth ends of the pair of sliders come into contact or closest to each other. It is effectively achieved by a slide fastener characterized in that.

The gap hiding member may be a single member independent of the slider, or may be attached to one slider of the pair of sliders. When the gap concealing member is a single member, the gap concealing member has a concealing part that conceals the gap part and a stringer insertion part through which the pair of fastener stringers are inserted, and slides along the lined fastener elements. It is preferable to make it possible. Further, when the gap concealing member is attached to one slider of the pair of sliders, there are a slider body and a puller body as attachment targets, and a case where the gap concealing member is directly provided on the puller body and a connecting member on the puller body. May be provided. The gap concealing member may further include an engaging / disengaging portion that engages / disengages with the slider.

Effect

As described above, the basic function of the gap concealing member is to conceal a gap portion generated between the shoulder opening ends when the shoulder opening ends of the pair of sliders come into contact or closest to each other. By concealing the gap generated between the shoulder ends by the gap concealing member, it is possible to prevent moisture and dust from entering the back side of the slide fastener through the gap.

When the gap concealing member is a separate member independent of the slider, the gap concealing member is configured to be detachable from the slide fastener, the concealing part that conceals the gap part and the pair of fastener stringers. There is a case where it is configured from a stringer insertion part through which is inserted. In either case, the gap concealing member can be set at an arbitrary position along the fastener element of the slide fastener independently of the slider, so that the opening and closing position of the slide fastener is determined in advance by the setting position of the gap concealing member. I can keep it. When the gap concealing member can be attached to and detached from the slide fastener, the gap concealing member will not be lost if the gap concealing member is connected to the slider, in particular, the handle body via the connecting member. Further, when the engagement / disengagement portion that engages / disengages with the slider is provided on the gap concealing member, the clearance concealment member does not come off from the slider if the engagement / disengagement portion is engaged with the slider.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be specifically described below based on typical examples shown in the drawings.

FIGS. 1-6 has shown the principal part of the slide fastener with which the gap concealing member which is Example 1 of this invention was attached, FIG. 1 is the top view, FIG. 2 is applied to the slide fastener FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line III-III of FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a left and right fastener stringer inserted through the gap concealing member. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows a state. 5 and 6 are explanatory views showing a state when a pair of sliders are fitted to the gap concealing member. In the following description, a waterproof fastener tape having the same structure as the fastener tape will be described as an example. However, the fastener tape in this embodiment does not necessarily need to be waterproof, and a normal fiber fastener tape alone Alternatively, it may be a fastener tape made of a synthetic resin material. This also applies to the other embodiments described below.

The body 10 of the slide fastener 1 according to the present embodiment has a normal configuration with a pair of left and right fastener stringers 13 having a plurality of fastener elements 12 attached along one side edge of a pair of left and right waterproof fastener tapes 11. The first and second sliders 20a and 20b made of synthetic resin or metal are provided, and a vertical stopper (not shown) is provided. As shown in FIG. 4, the waterproof fastener stringer 13 is formed by coiling a single filament made of a synthetic resin on one surface of an element mounting edge 15 of a tape base material 14 made of a textile fabric or knitted fabric. After the fastener element row 16 composed of a large number of fastener elements 12 obtained by molding is attached by sewing, the entire surface of the base material opposite to the element mounting side surface is, for example, natural or synthetic rubber material or various synthetic materials. It is manufactured by coating and integrating with an elastomer material 17 made of resin.

The one fastener element 12 formed in a coil shape has an oval shape slightly longer to the left and right when viewed from the front, and a meshing head 12a formed at the apex of the long diameter portion and adjacent to the meshing head 12a. The upper and lower leg portions 12b extending toward the fastener element 12 and the reversing portion 12c that connects the adjacent upper and lower leg portions while reversing. In the illustrated example, when the fastener elements 12 are sewn, the core string 18 is inserted into the coiled fastener element row 16 and is sewn and integrated with the tape base material 14 together with the fastener elements 12.

The first and second sliders 20a and 20b are inserted into the fastener stringer 13 in this embodiment so that the shoulders F face each other. The sliders 20a and 20b have the same structure as that of the prior art as shown by phantom lines in FIG. 8, for example, and the upper and lower blades 22 and 23 having a bowl shape in plan view and one end of the upper and lower blades A connecting column 24 that is connected at a predetermined interval, a gate-type pulling column mounting column 25 that is bent on the upper surface of the upper blade 22 and that is bent horizontally in the middle of rising, and can be rotated in the front-rear direction. It has a handle 26 (see FIG. 1) to be attached. Here, the upper and lower blades 22 and 23, the handle attachment column 25, and the connecting column 24 excluding the handle 26 are collectively referred to as the slider body 21. The upper and lower blades 22 and 23 have upper and lower element guide flanges extending so as to approach the upper and lower sides from the left and right side edge portions, and a Y-shaped fastener element passage is interposed between the upper and lower blades 22 and 23. Is formed.

Further, in the slide fastener of this embodiment, a gap concealing member 30 which is a characteristic constituent member of the present invention is slidably attached between the two sliders 20a and 20b. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, the gap concealing member 30 includes upper and lower plate portions 31 and 32 and a connecting portion 33 that connects the upper and lower plate portions 31 and 32 at a predetermined interval. The upper and lower plate portions 31 and 32 have the same outer peripheral shape, and in the illustrated example, the upper and lower cut portions 31a, which are cut in a quadratic curve shape that narrows the center portions of the two opposite sides of the rectangular plate material toward the back, respectively. 32a is formed. The shapes of the cut portions 31a and 32a are made to follow the curved shapes of the respective shoulder mouth side ends of the upper and lower blades 22 and 23 of the sliders 20a and 20b. However, the upper edge portion of the cutout portion 31a of the upper plate portion 31 is projected with a flange portion 31c that fits the shoulder side end portions of the upper blades 22 of the sliders 20a and 20b along the edge portion. It is installed. The lower plate portion 32 is not formed with the aforementioned collar portion. Further, a rib-shaped knob portion 31-1 that projects linearly from side to side is provided at the center of the upper surface of the upper plate portion 31. The knob 31-1 can be eliminated as shown in FIG.

A pair of left and right upper and lower plates extending in the direction in which the upper and lower plate portions 31 and 32 face each other at right angles to the upper and lower plate portions 31 and 32 are respectively formed on opposite sides of the upper and lower plate portions 31 and 32 where the cut portions 31a and 32a are not formed. Flange 31b, 32b is formed. The connecting portion 33 is formed in a rectangular plate shape extending in parallel to the pair of left and right flanges 31b and 32b at the central portion of the left and right widths of the upper and lower plate portions 31 and 32. 32, a space surrounded by the pair of left and right upper and lower flanges 31b and 32b and the connecting portion 33 forms each fastener element guide path P of the left and right fastener stringers. The fastener stringer insertion passage of the present invention is configured by the fastener element guide path P and the tape guide gap D formed between the left and right upper and lower flanges 31b and 32b.

Now, the gap concealing member 30 having the above-described configuration is configured as described above with the cut-out portions 31a and 32a of the upper and lower plate portions 31 and 32 directed toward the shoulders F of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b. Are attached to the left and right fastener stringers 15 of the slide fastener body 1 having the above. As described above, the gap concealing member 30 has the fastener element guide passage P and the tape guide gap D, that is, the fastener stringer insertion passage of the present invention. The slide fastener body 10 can be slid along the fastener element row 13 by gripping the upper surface knob 31-1. Now, with the gap concealing member 30 stopped at an arbitrary position of the slide fastener body 10, the front and rear first and second sliders 20a, 20b are slid to cut the cut portions 31a, 32a of the gap concealing member 30. As shown in FIG. 5, the shoulder side end portions of the upper blades 22 of the sliders 20a and 20b are fitted into the flange portions 31c formed in the upper cutout portion 31a of the gap concealing member 30 as shown in FIG. .

In this way, the shoulder opening side end portions of the upper blades 22 of the sliders 20 a and 20 b are fitted to the flange portions 31 c of the gap masking member 30, so that the periphery of the shoulder mouth side end portions of the sliders 20 is formed by the gap masking member 30. Since the gap between the end portions on the shoulder opening side when the gap hiding member 30 is not interposed is covered by the gap hiding member 30, the gap between the left and right fastener stringers 15 is communicated vertically. By being concealed, it is possible to effectively prevent, for example, rainwater and dust from entering through the gap. Also, a pair of fastener stringers such that when the gaps 26 between the two sliders 20a and 20b are locked, the gap concealing member 30 interferes and the shoulder opening F protrudes upward between the sliders 20a and 20b. It is difficult to bend 15 and forcibly slide the sliders 20a and 20b in the direction in which the slide fastener body 10 opens. As a result, for example, a bowl equipped with the slide fastener 1 cannot easily open the slide fastener body 10, and the presence of the gap concealing member 30 is extremely effective in preventing theft.

FIG. 8 shows a modification of the gap hiding member 30 in the first embodiment. According to this modification, the flange portion 31c at the periphery of the upper cutout portion 31a formed on the upper edge portion of the shoulder opening on the upper plate portion 31 of the gap concealing member 30 protrudes further from the connecting portion 33 to the rear opening side. Therefore, a step portion 31d is further formed between the flange portion 31c and the connecting portion 33. Even if the slide fastener body 10 is bent so that the shoulders of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b face upward due to the formation of the step portion 31d, both the sliders 20a and 20a, 20b does not tilt further at the step portion 31d, the slider body 21 does not contact the connecting portion 33 of the gap hiding member 30, and the sliders 20a and 20b move away from the gap hiding member 30. There is nothing to do.

9 is a perspective view showing a main part of a slide fastener to which a gap concealing member according to a second embodiment of the present invention is attached, and FIG. 10 is a top view showing a part of the main part of the slide fastener in a broken state.
The difference from the first embodiment is that a locking portion 34 is provided in place of the rib-shaped knob 31-1 protruding from the center of the upper surface of the upper plate 31 of the gap concealing member 30. Other configurations are not substantially different from those of the first embodiment. In the present embodiment, the locking portion 34 is a rectangular projection 34a extending toward the left and right flanges 31b at the center of the upper surface of the upper plate portion 31 of the gap hiding member 30, and the front and rear of the projection 34a. Each pair includes a total of four locking rods 34b extending from the left and right sides of the surface. A hook piece 34b-1 protruding in a direction approaching each other is formed at the tip of each of the left and right locking rods 34b.

Each of the left and right hook pieces 34 b-1 is formed in an isosceles triangle shape when viewed from above, and when the shoulder opening F of the slider 20 abuts on the upper and lower cutout portions 31 a and 32 a of the gap concealing member 30, It slides into contact and elastically expands, and when it gets over the pull handle mounting column 25, it returns to its original shape, and engages with the pull handle mounting column 25 as shown in FIG. When moved, the engagement is released by the same movement. Thus, in this embodiment, when the sliders 20a and 20b contact the gap concealing member 30, the hook piece 34b-1 formed at the tip of the locking rod 34b is engaged with the first and second sliders 20a and 20b. In addition, the abutting posture is maintained, and the concealment of the gap formed between the sliders 20a and 20b arranged at the front and rear is ensured.

FIG. 11 shows a modification of the gap hiding member 30 in the second embodiment. In this modification, one of the left and right locking rods 34b is excluded from the locking rods 34b protruding from the front and rear in the longitudinal direction of the slide fastener with the central protrusion 34a of the locking portion 34 interposed therebetween. If the locking rod 34b on the first slider 20a side is removed, the second slider 20b fitted to the cutout portion 31a on the side having the locking rod 34b is connected to the pulling attachment column 25 by the locking cover 30. Since the flange 34b is engaged, the gap concealing member 30 slides along the fastener element row 16 along the slide fastener body 10 as the slider 20b slides. Therefore, even when the slide fastener body 10 is opened by operating the first slider 20a, the gap hiding member 30 moves along with the movement of the slider 20b, and always moves to the movement position of the slider 20b. On the other hand, when the locking rods 34b extending in the front and rear of the gap hiding member 30 are provided as in the second embodiment, the locking rods 34b are connected to the connecting pillars of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b. 24, since either slider 20a, 20b moves together via the gap concealing member 30 unless one of the sliders 20a, 20b is removed from the locking rod 34b. The slide fastener body 10 cannot be opened simply by sliding one of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b.

12 and 13 show the structure of the gap hiding member 40 according to the third embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 14 and 15 show the state when the gap hiding member 40 is attached to the slide fastener main body 10. Yes.
As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the gap masking member 40 according to this embodiment connects the upper and lower plate portions 41 and 42 with flanges 41 a and 42 a made of a rectangular plate material and the upper and lower plate portions 41 and 42. The connecting portion 43, a vertical wall portion 44 extending perpendicularly to the connecting portion 43 at the center of the upper surface of the upper plate portion 41, and having an upper surface 44a protruding in an arc shape, and the upper surface 44a of the vertical wall portion 44 It is comprised from the semicylindrical concealment part 45 which curves along. The concealing portion 45 is divided into the front and rear ends of the gap concealing member 40 by the vertical wall portion 44, and the front and rear end portions of the concealing portion 45 protrude from the front and rear ends of the upper plate portion 41. Also, the inner diameter of the concealing portion 45 is larger than the left and right maximum widths of the shoulder portions of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b. An element guide passage P is formed between the upper and lower plate portions 41 and 42, a pair of left and right upper and lower flanges 41a and 42a, and a connecting portion 43. A tape insertion gap D of the fastener tape 11 is formed in the upper and lower flanges 41a and 42a. Is formed. The element guide passage P and the tape insertion gap D constitute the stringer insertion portion of the present invention.

According to this embodiment having such a configuration, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, a pair of first and second sliders in which the fastener element rows 16 of the left and right fastener stringers 15 are inserted with the shoulder openings F facing each other. 20a and 20b are slid in the closing direction of the slide fastener 1 toward the gap concealing member 40 which is arranged between the sliders 20a and 20b and passes through the left and right fastener stringers 15. When the tips of the shoulders F of the pair of sliders 20a and 20b come into contact with the upper and lower plate portions 41 and 42 of the gap concealing member 40, the shoulder side ends of the sliders 20a and 20b are semicylindrical of the gap concealing member 40. It is located below the concealing portion 45. In the present embodiment, the concealing portion 45 is formed in a semi-cylindrical shape, but may be formed in, for example, a half-square tube shape.

As a result, since the gap formed between the shoulder end portions of the sliders 20a and 20b is concealed by the front and rear concealment portions 45 of the gap concealment member 40, the left and right fastener stringers 15 expanded by the connecting pillars 24 communicate vertically. This gap is also concealed, and rain, dust, and the like are effectively prevented from entering through the gap. Further, if the space between the pulling handles 26 of the two sliders 20a and 20b is locked, the shoulder F protrudes upward between the sliders 20a and 20b by interfering with the concealing portion 45 of the gap concealing member 40. The pair of fastener stringers 15 cannot be bent at the same time, and the sliders 20a and 20b cannot be slid in the direction in which the slide fastener body 10 is opened. Thus, the slide fastener body 10 cannot be opened easily, and it is extremely effective in preventing theft.

16 and 17 show a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, one of the two sliders, the first slider 120, is integrally provided with a gap concealing member 50, which is a characteristic component of the present invention, on its upper blade 121. First, the first slider 120 with the gap concealing member according to the present embodiment will be specifically described with reference to FIG.
As can be understood from the drawing, the first slider 120 according to the present embodiment is connected to the slider main body 121, the upper and lower blades 122 and 123, and the connecting pillars 124 that connect the ends of the upper and lower blades 122 and 123 on the shoulder opening side. And a gate-type handle attachment column 125 erected on the upper surface of the upper wing plate 122, and a handle 126 attached to the handle attachment column 125. Except for this, there is no essential difference from the conventional slider.

Here, the gap concealing member 50, which is a characteristic part of the present invention in the present embodiment, is made of a U-shaped plate material, is located on the upper wing plate 122 of the slider main body 121, and on the shoulder opening side end portion of the pulling attachment column 125. The gap concealing member 50 is extended integrally in front of the shoulder opening side including a part. On the inner peripheral surface on the opening side of the gap concealing member 50, a flange 51 that fits the outer peripheral surface of the shoulder opening side end portion of the second slider 20 having the other normal shape and structure extends along the inner peripheral surface. It is curved and extends. Further, since the height between the upper and lower blades 122, 123, 22, 23 of the first and second sliders 120, 20b and the plate thickness are the same, the plate thickness of the gap concealing member 50 is set to the slider body 121. The height of the upper wing plate 122 is approximately twice the vertical height. In the illustrated example, the height from the lower surface of the flange 51 to the lower surface of the gap hiding member 50 is exactly the same as the plate thickness of the upper blade 122 of the slider body 121.

Now, the left and right fastener stringers 13 are inserted into the first and second sliders 120 and 20b having the above-described configuration with their shoulders F facing each other as in the first to third embodiments. Now, when either the first or second slider 120 or 20b is operated and brought into contact with the shoulder end of the other second or first slider 20b or 120, as shown in FIG. The shoulder opening side end fits to the lower surface of the flange 51 of the gap concealing member 50 of the first slider 120. As a result, not only the effects similar to those of the first to fourth embodiments are obtained, but the gap hiding member 50 is integrated with the slider main body 121, not a separate body. Therefore, it is necessary to operate the gap hiding member 50 alone. Absent.

FIG. 18 shows a modification of the first slider 120 in the fourth embodiment. In this modification, the slider main body 121 and the gap hiding member 50 are integrated using different materials. The configuration of the slider body 121 is not different from that of the conventional one, and is made of a metal material. One gap concealing member 50 is preferably made by molding from synthetic resin or rubber, for example. In this modification, a gap concealing member 50 made of an elastomer resin is molded and integrated by injection molding on a part of the slider main body 121 made of a metal material using a two-color molding technique. At the time of molding, an elastomer resin is used to cover and mold the upper surface of the upper wing plate 122 of the slider body 121 to the upper part of the entire peripheral surface, and the entire surface of the pull attachment column 125 is also molded. At the same time, the gap concealing member 50 having the same shape as that in the fourth embodiment is formed.

19 to 21 show a first slider 220a having a gap hiding member 60 and a second slider 220b not having the gap hiding member 60 according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. Here, the gap concealing member 60 also serves as a handle. The slider main bodies 221 of the first and second sliders 220a and 220b have the same shape and structure. For this reason, the reference numerals assigned to the members constituting the main body 221 of the second slider 220b are made to coincide with the reference numerals assigned to the corresponding members of the main body 221 of the first slider 220a. In the following description, the first slider 220a will be mainly described.

The main body 221 of the first and second sliders 220a includes upper and lower blades 222 and 223 having a pair of left and right flanges 222a and 223a, a connecting column 224 that vertically connects shoulder-edge ends of the upper and lower blades 222 and 223, A portal-type sliding operation column 225 is provided on the upper surface of the upper wing plate 222 and protrudes upward in a loop between the shoulder end portion and the rear opening portion. An engagement hole 225 a penetrating left and right is formed in the intermediate bending portion of the sliding operation column 225. In the closed space of the sliding operation column 225 of the first slider 220a, the gap concealing member 60, which is a characteristic component of the present invention, is inserted through a part thereof. Since this gap concealing member 60 also serves as a slider pull, the concealing member main body 61 described later corresponds to the pull main body.

As shown in FIGS. 19 and 20, the concealing member main body 61 of the gap concealing member 60 is made of a rectangular plate material that is long in the sliding direction of the first slider 220a. A letter-shaped attachment ring 62 extends in a loop shape, and the concealing member main body 61 is rotatably attached along the front and rear of the sliding operation column 225 of the first slider 220a via the attachment ring 62. A concave notch 61a is formed at the center of the end of the concealing member main body 61 made of a rectangular plate to which the mounting ring 62 is fixed, and the gap concealing member 60 is spaced from the concave notch 61a in the longitudinal direction. A rectangular slit-like insertion hole 61b for inserting the sliding operation column 225 of the second slider 220b of the other party is formed therethrough.

As shown in FIG. 20, the recess 61a rotates the concealing member main body 61 to the second slider 220b side so as to lie down so that the sliding operation column 225 of the second slider 220b is inserted into the insertion hole 61b. In this case, the sliding operation column 225 of the first slider 220a and the gap hiding member 60 are formed so as not to interfere with each other. Further, the distance between the recessed portion 61a and the rectangular slit-shaped insertion hole 61b is such that the concealing member that exists between the sliding operation column 225 of the second slider 220b and the insertion hole 61b. A part of the main body 61 provides a sufficient distance for completely hiding all the gaps generated in the periphery when the shoulder side ends of the first and second sliders 220a and 220b come into contact with each other. According to the illustrated example, side walls 61c are provided along the left and right side edges of the concealing member body 61 so as to be orthogonal to the left and right side edges and to extend downward. This is to help prevent intrusion of rainwater or the like sprayed from the side onto the first and second sliders 220a and 220b. However, the side wall 61c is not always necessary, and the concealing member main body 61 can be made of a simple flat material.

In this embodiment, when the sliding operation column 225 of the second slider 220b is fitted into the fitting hole 61b of the concealing member 61 of the first slider 220a, the first slider 220b is erected on the upper surface of the upper blade 222 of the second slider 220b. Further, by using the engaging hole 225a formed in the central portion of the sliding operation column 225, it can be locked by using a locking tool 2 such as a padlock or cylinder as shown by a virtual line in FIG. When locked in this way, the concealing member 61 does not stand up, and in addition to preventing the intrusion of rainwater and the like as described above, the first and second sliders 220a and 220b are protruded upward and downward. Even if it is going to bend the slide fastener 1, it can interfere with the concealing member 61 and can be bent only to a slight angle, so the slide fastener 1 cannot be opened any more.

22 and 23 show the overall configuration of the gap concealing member 70 according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention and its concealing function. According to these figures, the gap concealing member 70 includes a concealing member main body 71 made of a thick plate material having a rectangular plate thickness, and the fifth embodiment protruding from one side surface of the concealing member main body 71 in parallel to the plate surface. It is comprised from the attachment loop 72 of the rectangular loop shape which has the same function. In the present embodiment, the first and second sliders 20a and 20b have the same shape and structure as the first and second sliders 20a and 20b of the first embodiment. Accordingly, in these drawings, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same portions of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b. The gap concealing member 70 according to this embodiment also serves as a handle as in the fifth embodiment, and the concealing member main body 71 hits the pulling main body. In this embodiment, the gap hiding member 70 is attached to the first slider 20a, but neither the handle nor the gap hiding member 70 is attached to the second slider 20b. However, in this embodiment, a handle having a normal shape and structure may be attached to the second slider 20b.

On one surface of the concealing member main body 71, there are a pair of first and second concave groove portions 71b and 71c having a quadratic curve extending outward along the protruding direction of the mounting ring 72 with the central land portion 71a interposed therebetween. It is formed in mirror symmetry. The first and second recessed groove portions 71b and 71c are shaped so that shoulder-side end portions of the upper blades 22 of the first and second sliders 20 are respectively fitted, and the upper blades 22 It has a depth equal to the plate thickness. Further, a rectangular first recessed portion 71d having a shape equal to the recessed portion 61a in the fifth embodiment is provided at the bottom of the first recessed groove portion 71b and on the protruding side half of the mounting ring 72. In the direction of approaching each other from the opening side end portions of the opposing left and right inner wall surfaces at the bottom half of the second recessed groove portion 71c and opposite to the protruding side of the mounting ring 72. A second recessed portion 71e penetrating the bottom portion is formed, leaving a triangular locking projection 71c-1 projecting at the bottom.

The gap concealing member 70 according to the present embodiment having such a configuration is inserted and attached to the portal space of the handle attachment column 25 of the first slider 20a via the attachment ring 72. Now, when the shoulder opening F of the first slider 20a is brought close to the opposite shoulder opening F of the second slider 20b with the gap concealing member 70 lying down toward the second slider 20b, the left and right sides of the gap concealing member 70 are left and right. When the gap between the locking projections 71c-1 is increased, the sliding projection 71c-1 slides into contact with the pulling column 25 of the second slider 20b, and the left and right locking projections 71c-1 cross the pulling column mounting column 25. Returning to FIG. At this time, the shoulder portions of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b are fitted into the first and second recessed groove portions 71b and 71c of the gap hiding member 70, and the land portion 71a causes the gap between the first and second sliders 20a and 20b. To close the gap that occurs.

24 to 27 show the entire configuration of the gap hiding member 80 according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention and the state where the gap between the sliders is hidden by the gap hiding member 80. FIG. According to these figures, the gap concealing member 80 is composed of a concealing member main body 81 made of a thick block member having a rectangular plate thickness, and a gate-shaped tape mounting portion 82 rising vertically from the upper surface of the concealing member main body 81. Is done. Also in the present embodiment, the first and second sliders 20a and 20b have the same shape and structure as the first and second sliders 20a and 20b of the first embodiment. Accordingly, in these drawings, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same parts of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b. In the present embodiment, the gap hiding member 80 is attached to the second slider 20b. However, the gap hiding member 80 may be attached to the first slider 20a instead of the second slider 20b. In the present embodiment, although not shown, a handle having a normal shape and structure is also attached to the first slider 20a.

On the lower surface side of the concealing member main body 81, a pair of first and second quadratic curves extending outward along the sliding direction of the slider 20 with the central land portion 81a interposed therebetween, as in the sixth embodiment. Two recessed grooves 81b and 81c are formed in mirror symmetry. The shape of the first and second recessed groove portions 81b and 81c is such that the shoulder side end portions of the upper blades 22 of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b are fitted respectively, and the upper blades It has a depth substantially equal to the plate thickness of 22. Further, the first and second recessed grooves 81d having the same structure in the directions orthogonal to each other across the land portion 71a are slid on the bottom of the first and second recessed grooves 81b and 81c with mirror symmetry. It is formed to penetrate in the direction. A locking projection 81d-1 having a triangular cross section protruding in a direction approaching each other is formed on the inner wall surface of the opening side end portion of the first and second recessed grooves 81b, 81c.

In this embodiment, the gap concealing member 80 is not attached to the handle attachment column 25 as in the sixth embodiment, and one end thereof is fixed to the tape attaching portion 82 of the gap concealing member 80 and the other end. Is attached via a tape or string 83 fixed to the pull handle 26. Therefore, an insertion hole 26a for inserting the end of the tape or string 83 is formed at the outer end of the handle 26, and one end of the tape or string 83 is inserted into the tape mounting portion 82, and the other end is inserted. Each end is wound around the insertion hole 26a and fixed to the main body of the tape or string 83 with an adhesive or by welding.

In the above configuration, in order to conceal the gap between the first and second sliders 20a and 20b with the gap concealing member 80, the first and second recesses 81b and 81c of the gap concealing member 80 have first and second recesses. The first and second recessed groove portions 81b and 81c of the gap hiding member 80 are pressed against the first and second sliders 20a and 20b so that the shoulders F of the sliders 20a and 20b are fitted. At the time of this pressing, the pair of left and right engaging protrusions 81d-1 formed in the first and second recessed grooves 81d are elastically deformed, and as shown in FIG. 25, the first and second sliders 20a, 20b It fits into the space between each puller attachment column 25 and the upper surface of the upper blade 22 and is engaged and fixed.

28 to 30 show an eighth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 28 is a perspective view of the entire structure of the gap concealing member applied to the slide fastener of the present invention as seen obliquely from below. 29 and 30 show a state in which the gap between the first and second sliders is hidden by the gap hiding member.

The gap concealing member 90 according to the present embodiment is a single unit having a cross section having an Ω shape and being long in the longitudinal section direction. That is, the tunnel-shaped main body 91 having an inverted U-shaped cross section extending in the length direction and left and right flange portions 92 extending horizontally along the respective side edges in the width direction. A pair of left and right semi-circular locking protrusions 91a projecting horizontally from the inner wall surface of the tunnel-shaped main body 91 in a direction approaching each other are provided at the lower end of the open side at both ends in the direction.

Now, in order to conceal the gap generated between the shoulder openings of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b by the gap concealing member 90 of the present embodiment, a pair of left and right engagements formed at both longitudinal ends of the gap concealing member 90 are used. When the gap concealing member 90 is pressed from above so that the pulling attachment pillars 25 of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b are positioned between the stop protrusions 91a, the left and right engagement protrusions 91a utilize elasticity. 29. While expanding the tunnel-like main body 91, it gets over each pulling attachment column 25, moves to the space on the upper surface of each pulling attachment column 25 and each upper blade 23, and elastically returns to its original shape. As shown in FIG. 30, the gap concealing member 90 is engaged and fixed between the first and second sliders 20a and 20b. At this time, the periphery of the gap formed between the shoulders F of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b is concealed by the tunnel-shaped main body 91 and the flange portion 92 of the gap concealing member 90.

FIG. 31 shows a modification of the gap hiding member 90 in the above-described eighth embodiment. In this modification, the gap concealing member 90 is configured by a tunnel-like main body 91 having a simple semicircular cross-section without having a cross-sectional Ω shape, and the ceiling portion of the tunnel-like main body 91 is formed at both longitudinal ends of the tunnel-like main body 91 A pair of left and right hook pieces 93 are suspended from the right side. The pair of left and right hook pieces 93 formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel-shaped main body 91 has claw pieces 93a bent at approximately 90 ° in a direction approaching each other at the tip.

In order to conceal the gap generated between the shoulder openings of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b with the gap concealing member 90 according to this modification, a pair of left and right hook pieces formed at both longitudinal ends of the gap concealing member 90 The gap concealing member 90 is pressed from above so that the pulling attachment columns 25 of the first and second sliders 20a and 20b are positioned between the first and second sliders 20a and 20b. At the time of this pressing, the left and right hook pieces 93 are elastically expanded by the respective puller mounting columns 25, move over the puller mounting columns 25 and move to the space portions on the upper surfaces of the puller mounting columns 25 and the upper blades 23, The gap concealing member 90 is engaged and fixed by connecting between the first and second sliders 20a and 20b.
