入力電圧が下降し設定値以下になると切替え動作は瞬時に働き、上昇した場合は設定値に達した時点から3分間の遅延時間を経過した後、切替え動作を行う。これはリレーのチャタリングを防止するためである。
入力電圧が97V未満、又は97V以上に変動することを予想し、電力削減の方法を2種類で考慮している。装置としては、日常的には操作の必要がなく自動的に動作を行い、その状況は表示灯で確認ができる。工事を不要にするため、装置には付属コードを設けコンセント方式としている。自動販売機の設置場所としては、屋外の場合が多いため装置自体を防水構造としている。装置の転倒防止策として、本体下部の4ヶ所に磁気シールを取り付け、自動販売機との接着効果を高めた。又、装置そのものが盗難の被害に遭うことも考慮して、自動販売機と連結させる鎖取付け用の金具を具備した。In order to obtain these results, the device of the present invention uses a single-winding transformer provided with a winding ratio capable of obtaining two types of output voltages in consideration of voltage fluctuation. 電圧が上昇し97V以上になると、電圧検知部▲4▼は約3分間の遅延時間の後、切替リレー▲2▼に信号を送り、単巻トランス▲1▼の100対90の比率にした巻線タップに切り替わる。遅延時間を設けたのは、切替リレー▲2▼のチャタリングを防止し、接点の繰り返し動作による磨耗を少なくする目的である。制御電源部▲3▼はACからDCに変換し、電圧切替リレー▲2▼と電圧検知部▲4▼の駆動用電源として供給される。装置を取り付けたために起こりうる自動販売機への影響として、電圧を降下させすぎる点である。国内自動販売機メーカーの電源条件としては、100V±10Vの範囲となっている。従って、本装置はこの条件を満たしている。又、装置は自動販売機の直近に取り付けられるため、電線路間の電圧降下は無視できる。Embodiments of the invention will be described based on examples with reference to the drawings.
