そこで本発明者は、切断刃を円弧状に形成した鋸刃により刃先を順次切り込めるように形成して、切断刃部に強力な切断力を順次的に与えることにより上記問題点を解決すると共に、切断刃の側面に本体から突出させて固着したストッパを設け、切断刃の上昇時に切断した樹木等や附着物を自動的に除去できるようにし、本発明を完成した。

また、本発明の切断装置は、上記課題を達成するため、図示するように、油圧ショベル1のアーム2の先端に上端を固着できるようにした本体10と、前記本体10の下部に被切断物40に向かって、すくいあげができるようにした凹状曲面に形成されたあご部11と、前記あご部11の上方に刃背部22の一端を遊転軸23に軸着して遊転し、他端に駆動軸24を設けて回動できるようにした扇形の切断鋸刃20と、前記あご部11の上方の本体10に固着し、切断鋸刃20で切断した被切断物40及び附着物の除去ができるようにした三日月状のストッパ30とを備えたものである。
また、本発明の切断装置は、上記課題を達成するため、図6に示すように、切断鋸刃20の切っ先26の配置が、鋸刃20の切っ先26と次の切っ先26までの回転角度a°に対し、前記次の切っ先26と鋸刃回転中心23からの長さの増加分をbとして、鋸刃20の全回転角度c°を進んだ時の切っ先26と鋸刃回転中心23からの長さの増加分をdとした場合、次の関係式
