吸引テーブル(100)に吸着させた機能性フィルム(2)をフラットパネル基板(1)に対してチルトアップさせて前記機能性フィルム(2)とフラットパネル基板(1)とを貼付ローラ(5,5)で挟み付けて送り移動させつつ貼り付けるようにした機能性フィルム貼付装置(P)であって、
前記機能性フィルム(2)の送り移動時に前記機能性フィルム(2)にバックテンションを作用させるために前記機能性フィルム(2)に吸着させるスライド吸引手段(101)を、前記機能性フィルム(2)の送り移動方向に移動自在となるように前記吸引テーブル(100)に設け、前記機能性フィルム(2)の送り移動方向の後端側を前記スライド吸引手段(101)に吸着させ、前記機能性フィルム(2)にバックテンションを作用させた状態下にて前記機能性フィルム(2)をフラットパネル基板(1)に貼り付けることを特徴とする偏光板やARフィルム等の機能性フィルム貼付装置。
