Description

The present invention relates to a rod shape used for a user to cut out the tip of a rod-shaped drawing material into a specific shape when drawing a thin line on the skin or other drawing object using an eyebrow, eyeliner or other rod-shaped drawing material. The present invention relates to a shaving machine for a drawing material.

As a conventional rod-shaped drawing material shaving machine, one that cuts the tip of the rod-shaped drawing material into a conical shape with a sharp point by a rotational motion has been common. However, in the case of a conical rod-shaped drawing material, the tip is immediately rounded with use and it becomes impossible to draw a thin line, so it is necessary to frequently cut out the rod-shaped drawing material. In recent years, therefore, there has been used a rod-shaped drawing material sharpener capable of cutting a rod-shaped drawing material into a flat sword shape (carved sword shape) that does not require frequent cutting (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ).
JP 2000-318383 A

However, in order to cut out the rod-shaped drawing material using such a rod-shaped drawing material scraper, the same skill as the rod-shaped drawing material cutting operation performed using the cutter knife is required.
Therefore, it is practically difficult for a user who does not have special skills to reliably cut the tip of the rod-shaped drawing material into a desired flat blade shape in a short time using such a rod-shaped drawing material sharpener. There is also a cause for complicating drawing performed using a rod-shaped drawing material.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention provides a rod-shaped drawing material scraper that allows a user who does not have a special skill to cut the tip of the rod-shaped drawing material into a desired specific shape in a short time. Accordingly, it is an object to facilitate drawing performed using a rod-shaped drawing material.

That is, the invention according to claim 1 is a sliding member having a sliding surface on the upper side for sliding in the front-rear direction by applying the tip of the rod-shaped drawing material, and a blade edge directed to the front side is a sliding surface. The sliding surface is provided at the slightly higher position so as to face the rear edge of the sliding surface, and has a continuous surface on the upper side that allows continuous sliding from sliding performed on the sliding surface. A scraper for a rod-shaped drawing material provided with a blade that cuts the tip of the rod-shaped drawing material into a predetermined shape through sliding performed over a continuous surface, the inner angle of which the sliding surface is an acute angle in front view The tip of the rod-shaped drawing material is cross-sectionally viewed from the front by forming the blade into a folded plate shape that is V-shaped similar to the sliding surface when viewed from the front. It is possible to cut into a cutting edge shape.
Here, the V shape is sufficient as long as it can achieve the purpose of cutting the tip of the rod-shaped drawing material into a cross-sectional cutting edge shape in a front view that does not require frequent cutting. The shape is not limited to the V shape formed as a straight shape, and includes a V shape formed by including a slight curved shape on the slope portion.
According to such a rod-shaped drawing material sharpener, a V-shaped sliding surface capable of cutting the tip end portion of the rod-shaped drawing material into a cross-sectional cutting blade shape in a front view and a V-shaped blade similar thereto. Since it has what has a continuous surface that continues from the sliding surface, the user who does not have special skills makes the tip of the rod-shaped drawing material into a desired specific shape through sliding performed from the sliding surface to the continuous surface It is possible to reliably perform the scraping operation in a short time, thereby facilitating the drawing performed using the rod-shaped drawing material.

In such technical means, as a guarantee of the minimum sharpness, from the viewpoint of surely performing the work of cutting the tip of the rod-shaped drawing material into a desired specific shape in a shorter time, the blade The cutting blade is preferably a single blade having a blade back on the upper side.
In addition, considering the characteristics of the soft rod-shaped drawing material, considering that it is not always necessary to adopt a metal blade, from the viewpoint of obtaining a sufficient effect of reducing the manufacturing cost through the reduction of the number of parts In this case, it is preferable that the sliding member and the blade are integrally formed of the same material.
Furthermore, from the standpoint of supplying higher value-added products to the market by incorporating this shaving tool into a container that can contain shavings inside, the sliding surface is shaved at the upper end face. It is formed on the front side of the slit of the upper end surface of the container that has a slit for dropping trash and has a receiving portion for storing the shavings dropped through this slit, and the continuous surface is the slit of the upper end surface of the container. It is preferably formed on the rear side.

According to the rod-shaped drawing material scraper according to the present invention, it becomes possible for a user who does not have a special skill to perform the work of cutting the tip of the rod-shaped drawing material into a desired specific shape in a short time, This facilitates drawing performed using a rod-shaped drawing material.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of a rod-shaped drawing material scraper according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of the rod-shaped drawing material scraper, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a plan view of the rod-shaped drawing material scraper, FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the use state of the rod-shaped drawing material scraper, and FIG. 6 is the use of the rod-shaped drawing material scraper. It is a perspective view which shows the rod-shaped eyelid after.

In the present embodiment, the rod-shaped drawing material scraper is configured to be used for the purpose of cutting the rod-shaped eyebrows 6 into a cross-sectional cutting edge shape in front view that does not need to be frequently shaved (see FIG. 5 and FIG. 6).

And this stick-shaped drawing material scraper is comprised as what was provided with the sliding member 1, the blade 2, the slit 3, and the accommodating part 4, as shown in FIGS. 1-3.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the sliding member 1 is a plate-like member and has a sliding surface 11 on the upper side.

This sliding surface 11 is configured to be used for sliding in the front-rear direction by applying the tip of the rod-shaped eyelid 6 in the same manner as in a conventional rod-shaped drawing material shaving machine (see FIG. 5).

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the sliding surface 11 is formed on the front side of a slit 3 to be described later on the upper end surface of the upper container 51 among the containers 5 divided vertically. ing.

Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the sliding surface 11 is formed in a V-shape set to an inner angle 11 a which is an acute angle when viewed from the front, unlike that in a conventional rod-shaped drawing material scraper.

The sliding surface 11 is required to be formed into a V-shape set to an acute inner angle 11a when viewed from the front. This is because a non-skilled user can make a rod-shaped drawing material scraper that can scrape the tip of the rod-shaped eyebrow 6 into a cross-sectional cutting edge shape (see FIG. 6) in a short time reliably in a front view. . Therefore, if it plays such a role, the upper side of the sliding member which is a block-like member instead of the sliding surface 11 formed on the upper side of the sliding member 1 which is a plate-like member in the present invention. It is possible to use a sliding surface or other sliding surface formed on the surface.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the blade 2 is provided such that the blade tip 21 b directed to the front side is opposed to the rear end edge 11 b of the sliding surface 11 at a position slightly higher than the sliding surface 11. It is configured as.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the blade 2 is configured with a single blade having a blade back on the upper side as a cutting blade.

As a result, it is possible to guarantee a minimum sharpness, and as a result, the work of cutting the tip of the rod-shaped eyebrows 6 into a cross-sectional cutting edge shape (see FIG. 6) in a front view can be further shortened. It is possible to do it reliably.

The blade 2 is a plate-shaped blade having a continuous surface 21 on the upper side, as shown in FIGS.

The continuous surface 21 is configured to enable continuous sliding from the sliding performed by applying the tip of the rod-shaped eyebrows 6 to the sliding surface 11 (see FIG. 5).

That is, with such a continuous surface 21, the distal end portion of the rod-shaped eyelid 6 has a cross-sectional cutting edge shape (when viewed from the front) through the continuous sliding from the sliding performed by applying the distal end portion of the rod-shaped eyelid 6 to the sliding surface 11. (See FIG. 6).

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the continuous surface 21 is formed on the rear side of the slit 3, which will be described later, of the upper end surface of the upper container 51 among the containers 5 that are divided vertically. ing.

Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the blade 2 is formed in a folded plate shape which is a V shape set to an inner angle 21 a which is an acute angle similar to the sliding surface 11 in a front view.

The blade 2 is required to be formed in a folded plate shape that is the same V-shape as the sliding surface 11 in front view. This is because a user who does not have sufficient skills can make a rod-shaped drawing material scraper that can cut the tip of the rod-shaped eyebrows 6 into a cross-sectional cutting edge shape (see FIG. 6) in a short time surely in front view. is there. Therefore, if it plays such a role, it is possible to use a blade or other blades with both blades as cutting blades instead of the blade 2 with a single blade with the blade back on the upper side in the present invention. It is.

As shown in FIG. 4, the slit 3 is configured to be opened on the upper end surface of the container 5 so as to extend in the transverse direction. That is, by such a slit 3, it is possible to drop the shavings generated by the scraping work through the sliding performed from the sliding surface 11 to the continuous surface 21 into the container 5 (see FIG. 5). ).

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the slit 3 is configured so as to be opened on the upper end surface of the upper container 51 so as to extend in the transverse direction among the vertically divided containers 5. .

The accommodating part 4 is comprised as what was provided inside the container 5, as shown in FIG.2 and FIG.3. That is, it is possible to accommodate the shavings dropped through the slit 3 in the container 5 by such a housing portion 4, and as a result, it is possible to avoid scattering of the shavings to the periphery. (See FIG. 2 and FIG. 3).

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the accommodating portion 4 is configured to be provided inside the lower container 52 among the containers 5 that are divided vertically.

In addition, although the lower end part of the upper container 51 is fitted with respect to the upper end part of the lower container 52, it can be removed from the lower container 52, and the lower container formed when removed. The shavings accumulated through the opening of the side container 52 can be thrown into a trash box or the like (see FIGS. 2 and 3).

In other words, the rod-shaped drawing material shaving machine according to the present embodiment is embodied as being incorporated in a container 5 capable of containing shavings, so that a product with higher added value is put on the market. It is possible to supply.

Here, the sliding member 1 and the blade 2 are integrally formed of a plastic material which is the same material (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
With such sliding member 1 and blade 2, it is to be fully considered that it is not always necessary to employ a blade made of ceramics or metal material from the characteristics of the soft rod-like eyebrows 6; The effect of reducing the manufacturing cost can be sufficiently obtained by reducing the number of parts.

As described above, in the rod-shaped drawing material sharpener according to the present embodiment, a V-shaped slide capable of cutting the tip of the rod-shaped eyebrows 6 into a cross-sectional cutting edge shape when viewed from the front. A surface 11 and a V-shaped blade 2 similar to the surface 11 have a continuous surface 21 continuous from the sliding surface 11.

Therefore, according to such a rod-shaped drawing material scraper, a user who does not have a special skill can see the front end portion of the rod-shaped eyelid 6 through sliding performed from the sliding surface 11 to the continuous surface 21. Therefore, the work of cutting into a cross-sectional cutting edge shape (see FIG. 6) can be performed reliably in a short time, and as a result, it is possible to facilitate the makeup using the rod-shaped eyebrows 6 It has become.

As mentioned above, in this Embodiment, although the case where it applied to the rod-shaped eyebrows as cosmetics was demonstrated, this invention is not limited to such an embodiment. For example, it may be applied to the core of an eyeliner, lip liner, concealer, etc., or may be applied to a stick-shaped lipstick, lip balm, eye shadow, or the like. Moreover, it is not limited to cosmetics, but can be widely applied to writing instruments such as crayons and colored pencil cores and other articles.
