Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a screwed sealed container comprising a cap containing a substance (A) and a container body containing a substance (B), and the container containing the substance (A) is opened during use. It is related with the container with a storage cap provided with the structure which can be mixed with a substance (B).
Conventionally, transparent plastic bottles have been widely used as many beverage containers such as green tea, coffee, juice, sports drinks, and alcoholic beverages. In this case, green tea and the like are particularly susceptible to alteration, and the flavor and color are impaired over time. For this reason, measures for preventing deterioration such as oxidation prevention measures are taken. However, it is not possible to enjoy the taste just after the adjustment.
Recently, among these beverages, it has been elucidated that green tea is extremely effective from the viewpoint of preventing lifestyle-related diseases. For this reason, the health benefits of green tea have been recognized again and are attracting attention. As is well known, green tea contains a water-soluble component (eg, catechin, vitamin C, etc.) and a fat-soluble component (eg, β-carotene, vitamin E, etc.). For health reasons, it is desirable to consume all of these ingredients.
However, most of the green tea beverages currently on the market are leached green tea leaves with water.
Therefore, it is very unavoidable that the fat-soluble component which is another active ingredient of green tea is not included.
Green tea, especially green tea fine powders such as matcha, are easily altered by water, light, and oxygen, and their flavor and color are impaired over time. For this reason, it is difficult to preserve the mixture of green tea fine powder and water for a long period of time while maintaining the freshness at the time of preparation, and provide it as a beverage.
In order to solve this problem, beverage containers each containing two kinds of substances have been proposed or sold as described below.
For example, recently, a plastic bottle cap made of plastic is provided with an inner cylinder that is integrated with the cap and opened at the lower end, filled with green tea powder, and sealed at the lower end with a pressing lid. ing. The bottle has a parent cap fixed to the mouth portion of the main body, and a child cap integrated with the parent cap attached to the upper drinking mouth portion. On the inner wall side of the bottle, a cylinder for removing the pressing lid integrated with the parent cap is provided so as to contact the outer wall of the inner cylinder of the child cap. When drinking, when turning the child cap in the opening direction, the outer edge of the lid is pushed down at the lower end of the bottle on the inner wall of the bottle, and the green tea powder falls into the bottle together with the lid so that it can be mixed with drinking water Yes.
However, this bottle has a double cap structure, unlike a conventional bottle having an external thread and a cap with an internal thread. A bottle having the same structure as this bottle is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-106888. As described above, the present bottle has a complicated structure, and the production cost is likely to increase due to an increase in the amount of resin for producing the cap portion. Furthermore, the presser lid that has fallen into the bottle appears to be a foreign substance, and there are many problems that people feel uneasy or uncomfortable when drinking.
There exists patent document 2 (Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2004-83022) related to said bottle. The cap portion of this bottle has a double structure as in the above-mentioned
Patent Document 3 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-12015) (1) is provided with an elliptical partition plate that can be divided by turning the cap around the cap housing. (2) A cap housing that has an openable / closable valve mechanism. (3) A method has been proposed in which the cap housing portion is made into a thin film and a needle-like object is pierced and broken. Of these, the method (3) is particularly difficult to handle.
Patent Document 4 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-249175) includes an easily breakable portion provided on an upper portion of an inner cylinder housing portion integrated with a cap, and a weight attached to the bottom portion of the inner cylinder housing portion. When the cap is rotated in the opening direction, the storage part that is broken at the easily breakable part and attached with a weight is dropped into the bottle body. In this method, since the stored item enters the bottle together with the storage container, there is a problem that the mixed property with the stored item in the bottle is poor depending on the stored item. Moreover, since the broken storage container is in the bottle, there is a sense of incongruity and discomfort. In addition, a diaphragm with a double cone hanging down is installed on the top of the storage unit integrated with the cap. When this diaphragm is pushed down, the bottom of the storage unit is broken by the double cone and the stored item falls into the bottle. Some of them have a complicated opening structure.
As described above, various methods have been proposed regarding a container that prevents the deterioration of the stored item in the cap portion of the bottle and a method for discharging the stored item. However, it has one of the following problems: complicated structure, high manufacturing cost, poor airtightness, problems with the method of discharging stored items, difficulties in handling, anxiety and discomfort Yes.
The present invention solves these problems, and the container (A) that is easily transformed into the cap part and the substance (B) that is contained in the container main body are integrated, and the structure is simple and the container is stored with high airtightness. It is an object of the present invention to provide a container with a storage cap that prevents deterioration of an object and facilitates discharge and mixing of the stored object.
The present invention relates to a sealed screwed container comprising a female threaded
The most characteristic feature of the present invention is the method for opening the
The container with a storage cap of the present invention has a simple and unique structure. In addition, it is easy to use and has a structure that prevents deterioration of the stored items due to high airtightness, and allows the stored items to be easily discharged and mixed.
In this container with a storage cap, various types of liquids, powders, granules and the like can be stored in each container according to the purpose of use, and these can be mixed at the time of use. That is, the utility value is high as a container for a substance that is easily altered by at least one component, or as a container for a substance that is likely to be altered over time when the substances (A) and (B) are mixed.
The container with a storage cap of the present invention is basically composed of the main structure as described above. However, in the implementation, other structural parts and constituent materials of the container, as well as stored items and methods of use, etc. Is described below.
In the drawings shown below, the dimensions, shapes, materials, geometrical arrangements, and the like of the components are merely conceptual diagrams for explanation, and the present invention is not limited thereby. That is, the size, material, shape, geometric arrangement, etc. of these components can be arbitrarily designed according to the purpose of use.
In FIG. 1, sectional drawing of the container with a storage cap of this invention is shown.

In this container, in order to maintain high airtightness for a long period of time, the top of the mouth of the container

In the present invention, the material used for the

The most important here is the selection and design of the material of the
Further, in the container in which the substance (A) 3 and the substance (B) 11 are respectively accommodated and integrated, the
The various components described above can be manufactured by a known molding technique.
In order to prevent deterioration of the contents stored in the

The substance (A) 3 and the substance (B) 11 stored in the container with a storage cap of the present invention are not particularly limited, but usually, different types of liquids, powders and granules are stored. These include, for example, drinking water, black tea liquid, oolong tea liquid, juice, coffee liquid, sports drink, soft drink, milk, alcoholic beverage, edible oil, lotion and the like. Examples of powders and granules include powders such as green tea, coffee, milk, vitamins, various seasonings, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and the like.
Next, a method of using a container that contains and integrates the substances (A) 3 and (B) 11 will be described.
