Description

本案はそれらの問題を解決する為に発案されたものであり、図面について説明すれば、本案のシース内部は空洞となっていて空気もしくはオイル等の液体で満たされており、注入管3を通して空気もしくはオイル等の液体が陽圧で送られてくると、その圧によりシース空洞部5に連結したスライデング筒4が伸展し、逆に注入管3より陰圧で引くとスライデング筒4は縮む。スライデング筒4は伸展性に富む弾性ゴ厶で密閉状態で覆われて伸展脚2を形成し内部は外部と遮断されており、スライデング筒4の伸び縮みに合わせて伸展脚2が自由に伸び縮みする事ができる。伸展脚2の伸び縮みにより空洞シース筒1をさらに大腸の奥へ、奥へと移動させる事が可能であり、大腸内視鏡ファイバーの先端にリング状のストッパーを設け空洞シース筒1を大腸内視鏡ファイバーの先端より前方へ行かない様にすることで大腸内視鏡ファイバーそのものを一緒に奥へ進める事が出来、回腸、腔腸までの挿入を可能とできる。又、同様のシースを注入管3で連結する事で前進の為の推進力を増す事が可能である。The present plan was devised to solve these problems.
