Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a light projection / reception integrated security detection device, and more particularly to a light receiving element holder mounted on an internal substrate.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a crime prevention detection apparatus including a light projecting unit and a light receiving unit is known (see Patent Document 1). For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the security detection device is connected to an outer groove fence 50 provided around a building such as a house, and the light projecting portion 51 of one adjacent security detection device and the other security detection device. Infrared light is projected and received between the light receiving unit 52 and the presence of an intruder can be detected and informed or threatened when the infrared light is blocked. The light projecting unit 51 includes a light projecting lens and a light emitting element. The light projecting unit 51 allows the infrared light emitted by the light emitting element to pass through the light projecting lens to be collimated to be emitted to the outside. The light receiving unit 52 includes a light receiving lens and a light receiving element, and concentrates infrared rays incident from the outside on the light receiving element by passing through the light receiving lens. Here, the security detection device has a structure in which the light projecting portion 51 and the light receiving portion 52 are fixed to both sides of the mounting bracket 53, and therefore the size of the device is increased as a whole and the fixing work at the time of construction is troublesome. was there. Therefore, in order to solve the above problem, it is conceivable to have a structure in which a light projecting unit and a light receiving unit are integrally provided in a unit main body that forms the outer shell of the entire apparatus.

However, in the above-described light projecting / receiving integrated security detection device, since the light emitting element on the light projecting unit side and the light receiving element on the light receiving unit side are both arranged in the unit body, the infrared rays emitted from the light emitting element are not emitted. There is a problem in that the light is irregularly reflected in the unit body and goes around to the light receiving element side, resulting in erroneous detection.

On the other hand, there is a case where the light receiving element is inclined due to the vibration at the stage of mounting on the substrate or after mounting, and in this case, there is a problem that the light receiving performance is lowered.

Therefore, in order to solve the above two problems, it is conceivable that a light shielding member for preventing the light from wrapping around and a holding member for preventing the inclination of the light receiving element are respectively mounted in the unit body. When such members are mounted separately, there arises a problem that the cost increases due to an increase in work steps and an increase in the number of parts.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-67908

The present invention has been invented in view of the above-mentioned problems, and it is possible to prevent the light from flowing from the light emitting element to the light receiving element and at the same time to prevent the inclination of the light receiving element by simply mounting a single member on the substrate. It is an object of the present invention to provide a simple crime prevention detection device.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention is configured such that a light emitting element 11 and a light receiving element 12 are mounted on a substrate 6 provided in a unit main body 3 so that infrared rays emitted from the light emitting element 11 are emitted to the outside of the unit main body 3. In the security detection device in which infrared light incident from outside the main body 3 is received by the light receiving element 12, the light receiving element holding portion 23 that fits the light receiving element 12 and holds the light receiving element 12 on the substrate 6, and the light receiving element holding It is assumed that a light receiving element holder 21 including a light shielding cover portion 29 extending from the portion 23 and covering the light receiving element 12 is attached.

With the above configuration, the light receiving element holding unit 23 can prevent the light receiving element 12 from being inclined, and the light shielding element 29 can prevent the infrared light emitted from the light emitting element 11 from reaching the light receiving element 12 side. It becomes possible to prevent. And since it is only necessary to mount the light receiving element holder 21 on the substrate 6 in order to do this, it is possible to reduce the work process and the number of parts, and therefore provide a crime prevention detecting device with high light receiving performance at low cost. Is possible.

In addition, it is preferable that a light-blocking rib 31 is provided in the vicinity of the through-hole 30 formed when the light-receiving element holder 21 is molded, in order to prevent infrared light from entering the through-hole 30. It is.

The present invention can prevent the light from flowing from the light emitting element to the light receiving element and at the same time prevent the inclination of the light receiving element by mounting only one member on the substrate.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the entire security detection apparatus as an example in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the crime prevention detection apparatus of this example is provided with the light projecting portions 1 in two upper and lower stages in the unit main body 3 that forms the outer shell, and the light receiving portions 2 are also placed in the upper and lower positions at the back-to-back positions. This is a so-called double beam type transmission / reception integrated structure provided on the stage. The unit body 3 is formed of a light projecting side body 4 that holds the light projecting unit 1 side and a light receiving side body 5 that holds the light receiving unit 2 side. A single plate-like substrate 6 is built in a state of being sandwiched between the light projecting side body 4 and the light receiving side body 5. A fixing hole 7 is formed in the central portion of the substrate 6, and the light projecting side body 4 and the light receiving side body 5 are projected so as to come into contact with the fixing hole 7 portion of the base 6 from opposite sides. A side fixing boss 8 and a light receiving side fixing boss 9 are provided in a projecting manner. The light emitting side fixing boss 8 has a cylindrical shape with both ends penetrating, and the light receiving side fixing boss 9 has a cylindrical shape with only its tip side penetrating. Then, a fixing screw (not shown) is inserted into the light projecting side fixing boss 8 from the outside via a screw insertion opening 10 opened in the light projecting side body 4, and the tip of the fixing screw is fixed to the substrate 6. The substrate 6 is screwed to the light projecting side body 4 and the light receiving side body 5 by being inserted into the light receiving side fixing boss 9 through the hole 7 and screwed.

The substrate 6 is positioned so as to divide the unit main body 3 into two parts, the light projecting unit 1 side and the light receiving unit 2 side, and the light emitting element 11 is mounted on one side facing the light projecting unit 1 side, The light receiving element 12 is mounted on the opposite side facing the light receiving unit 2 side. In addition, a light projecting lens 13 is disposed in front of the light emitting element 11 of the unit body 3, and a light receiving lens 14 is disposed in front of the light receiving element 12.

The light projecting unit 1 is formed by the light emitting element 11 and the light projecting lens 13. The infrared light emitted from the light emitting element 11 is applied to the light projecting lens 13, and the parallel light is focused through the light projecting lens 13. In addition, the light is emitted out of the unit main body 3. The light projecting lens 13 is formed integrally with a lens cover 15 that is fitted and fixed to the light projecting side body 4 from the outside.

The light receiving unit 2 is formed of a light receiving element 12 and a light receiving lens 14, and applies infrared rays incident from the outside to the light receiving lens 14 to concentrate on the light receiving element 12. The light receiving lens 14 has a two-lens structure using an inner lens 18 and an outer lens 19, and the outer lens 19 is formed integrally with a lens cover 20 that is fitted and fixed to the light receiving side body 5 from the outside. Yes.

Here, in the security detection device of this example, the light receiving element holder 21 is attached to the place where the light receiving element 12 of the substrate 6 is attached. The light receiving element holder 21 has a bowl-like shape as a whole, and an arrangement hole 22 through which the light receiving element 12 is fitted and held is penetrated in a central portion corresponding to a lower bottom portion of the light receiving element holder 21 so as to surround the arrangement hole 22. The formed cylindrical portion is a light receiving element holding portion 23 that holds the light receiving element 12. The outer peripheral portion of the light receiving element holder 21, which extends from the entire outer periphery of the light receiving element holding portion 23, has a light shielding cover portion 29 that covers the light receiving element 12 held by the light receiving element holding portion 23. It has become.

From the positions on both sides of the light receiving element holder 21 with the arrangement hole 22 in between, elastic claw portions 24 are projected in parallel. The pair of claw portions 24 have a shape in which a locking piece 25 is projected in a direction away from each other, and the pair of claw portions 24 are respectively pressed and locked into a pair of mounting holes 26 penetrating the substrate 6. As a result, the light receiving element holder 21 is mounted on the substrate 6 (see FIGS. 1 and 3). Further, as shown in FIG. 4B, the light receiving element holding portion 23 is further provided with a pair of inclination prevention ribs 27. The inclination prevention ribs 27 are brought into contact with the substrate 6 at the time of mounting, whereby the substrate 6 is provided. The contact area between the light receiving element holder 21 and the light receiving element holder 21 is increased to prevent the light receiving element 21 from tilting. By increasing the contact area as long as it does not interfere with other mounting parts on the substrate 6, the tilt is effectively increased. It is possible to prevent. Further, a stepped portion 28 is provided on the inner surface of the arrangement hole 22 of the light receiving element holding portion 23 so as to be fitted with the mounted light receiving element 12 without any gap. The light receiving element 12 is prevented from being tilted by being sandwiched and fixed.

Therefore, when the light receiving element holder 21 is mounted, the locking pieces 25 of the claw portions 24 penetrating the mounting holes 26 of the substrate 6 are locked to the back side of the substrate 6, and light is received on the front side of the substrate 6. The contact between the element holding portion 23 and the tilt prevention rib 27 ensures that the light receiving element holder 21 is securely mounted on the substrate 6 without causing inclination, and the arrangement hole of the light receiving element holding portion 23 of the substrate 6 in this mounted state. Since the light receiving element 12 is fitted in the state 22 in a state in which the inclination is prevented, the inclination of the light receiving element 12 with respect to the substrate 6 (and thus the unit body 3) is reliably prevented.

The light shielding cover portion 29 extends from the outer peripheral edge of the light receiving element holding portion 23, and bends in a parabona shape that bulges outward, toward the light receiving lens 14 side (that is, the side opposite to the substrate 6 side). When the assembly of the entire apparatus is completed, the tip edge of the light shielding cover portion 29 is provided so as to abut the entire periphery of the periphery of the light receiving lens 14 (inner lens 18 in this example). Thus, the light receiving portion protruding from the arrangement hole 22 of the light receiving element 12 is almost completely covered with the light receiving lens 14 (inner lens 18) and the light receiving element holder 21. Here, since the light receiving element holder 21 is formed using a material that does not transmit infrared rays (in this example, a black resin), the light receiving element of the light receiving element 12 is attached to the light receiving portion by mounting the light receiving element holder 21. Thus, the light is surely shielded so that the infrared rays emitted from 11 do not enter. In addition, since the light shielding cover portion 29 has the above-described parabona shape along the light collection locus of the light receiving lens 14, it does not shield the infrared light passing through the light receiving lens 14, and therefore only the infrared light incident from the outside. Can be reliably received by the light receiving element 12.

In this example, the upper and lower molds are used when the light receiving element holder 21 is molded. However, only the upper and lower molds are used to mold the claw shape of the locking piece 25 portion of the claw portion 24. In this case, it is necessary to form through holes 30 in the vicinity of the respective claw portions 24 through which the projecting pieces forming the claw-shaped undercut portions are passed. On the other hand, in the present example, a light-shielding rib 31 is provided in the vicinity of the through hole 30 so as to surround the through hole 30 in a U-shape so that infrared rays emitted from the light emitting element 11 are transmitted through the through hole 30. This prevents the light from entering the light receiving element 12 side. The claw-shaped undercut portion may be formed by using a side core in addition to the upper and lower molds. In this case, since the through hole 30 does not need to be formed, the light shielding rib 31 is unnecessary. Instead, mold costs will increase.

As described above, the light receiving element holder 21 of this example is securely mounted simply by pushing it in from the front side of the light receiving element 12 soldered to the substrate 6, so that the number of assembling steps can be reduced. Since the prevention of the inclination of the element 12 and the prevention of the light from coming from the light emitting element 11 are surely made, it is possible to provide a crime prevention detection device having a high light receiving performance at a low cost.
