Description

The present invention relates to a repair structure for constructing a new roof on an existing side roof.

There is a conventional technique shown in FIG. 8 relating to a repair method in which a new roof is laid on the existing side roof material without peeling off. This is a repair method described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-236749 (Patent Document 1).
As described in the specification, this renovation method inserts the new backup material B into the gap formed between the existing side roofing material 3 and the new field material 6, and establishes the new field material 6, the new backup material B, The existing horizontal roofing material 3 is fixed to the existing rafter 1 with the fastening tool S.
Thereafter, a new roof is constructed on the new field material 6 using the new roof material 7 or the like.

However, if the roof is actually repaired by this construction method, it takes time and cost. This will be described.
As a possible procedure when renovating with this construction method, first, tap the existing side roofing material 3 with a hammer to confirm the position of the existing rafter, and temporarily fix the new backup material B on it with double-sided tape or the like. . As shown in FIG. 2B of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-236749, this new backup material B is depicted as a short member.
Since the position of hitting the fastening tool S is marked on the new field material 6, the new field material 6, the new backup material B, and the existing side roofing material 3 are fixed to the existing rafter 1 with the fastening tool S. is there. It is necessary to temporarily fix the new backup material B with double-sided tape or the like, or to make ink on the new field material 6.
And when constructing in this way, it is not possible to use a ready-made Saboku board (3x6 board) as a new field material 6, and a field material with special dimensions must be used. . Therefore, the cost is higher than when a sub-block plate is used.
In addition, if it rains during construction, it will leak from the nail hole of the fastening device S that fixes the new field material 6, the new backup material B, and the existing side roofing material 3 to the existing rafter 1, There was also a problem that the curing was necessary, and it took time and cost for the curing.

If the new backup material B is not a short member but a long threading member, condensed water, rainwater that has entered, etc. will stay in the new backup material B. FIG. 9 illustrates the problem.
FIG. 9 is a problem of the prior art disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 6-280357, and shows a state in which condensed water and rainwater that has entered the tile pier K are retained. As a result, there is a problem that the tile pier K corrodes. When the new backup material B shown in FIG. 8 is not a short member but a long threading member, condensed water and intruded rainwater will remain in the same manner.
In order to solve this, in FIG. 10, the bottom surface of the tile pier K is made uneven so that dew condensation water and invading rainwater do not stay. Further, as shown in FIG. 11, there are some which have holes in the tile pier side face K1 of the tile pier K.
However, the structure disclosed in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 also has a problem that the tile pier side face K1 of the tile pier K is in contact with the field material, and this prevents water flow. Yes.
JP-A-11-236749 JP-A-6-280357 JP-A-56-70353

The problem to be solved is that it takes time for renovation work, and it is not possible to use a ready-made sub-board (3x6) as a new field material, which increases costs. is there.
Moreover, the point which requires the curing of rain countermeasures during construction also takes time and leads to high costs.
And it must be prevented that condensed water and invading rainwater stay.

The repair structure of the side roof according to the present invention uses a new main building.
The newly constructed main building has an upper surface and left and right side surfaces, and one side surface is shorter than the other side surface by an amount corresponding to the thickness of the water blocking packing.
A fastening surface extending outward from the lower end of the side surface is formed, and an insertion edge extending outward from the lower end is formed on the other side surface.
Then, insert the insertion edge of the new purlin into the engagement part between the side roof materials of the existing side roof, sandwich the waterproof packing under the fastening surface of the new purlin, and fix the fastening surface with the fastening tool And fix the water stop packing to the existing rafters.
There is a hole in the place of the newly constructed main building on the extension line of the upper surface of the existing side roofing material.
This is a renovated structure of a horizontal roof where a new roof is laid on the newly constructed main building.

When the side roof is repaired by using the side roof repair structure according to the present invention, the following effects are obtained.

First, the point which can simplify the construction labor will be described.
The conventional technique shown in FIG. 8 requires time and effort to temporarily fix the new backup material B with double-sided tape or the like, or to make ink on the new field material 6.
The repair structure of the side roof according to the present invention has a configuration in which the insertion edge of the newly constructed main building is inserted into the engaging portion between the side roof materials of the existing side roof, and the fastening surface and the water sealing packing are fixed to the existing rafter. It is.
The position of the existing rafters can be known by inserting the insertion edge of the newly constructed main building into the engaging part of the existing roofing roofs and tapping the surface of the existing roofing roof with a hammer. In a portion located on the existing rafter, a water-stopping packing is sandwiched under the fastening surface, and the fastening surface and the water-stopping packing are fixed to the existing rafter with a fastening tool.
In this way, since the insertion edge of the newly constructed main building is inserted into the engaging portion between the side roof materials of the existing side roof, there is no need to mark the mounting position of the newly constructed main building.
Also, when fixing the new main building, the insertion edge, which is one side of the new main building, is inserted into the engaging part of the side roof materials of the existing side roof, so that the fastening surface is the other side of the new main building. Can be fixed with fasteners. This saves labor compared to the case where the left and right sides of the newly constructed main building are fixed with fasteners.

Further, there is also an effect that a ready-made sub-block plate can be used as necessary.
The repair structure of a horizontal roof according to the present invention is a structure in which a new main building is fixed to an existing rafter, and a new roof is laid on the rafter. As in the conventional technique shown in FIG. The configuration is different from that in which the new backup material B, which is a short member, is inserted in the gap formed between the roof material 3 and the new field material 6.
For this reason, if it is necessary to use a new field material depending on the property to be refurbished, it can be mounted on the newly constructed main building by a known method. If you want to use a ready-made sub-board as a new field material, attach new rafters on the new main building at appropriate intervals, and install the sub-board on it.

Next, the point which does not require the rain countermeasure curing is demonstrated.
In the conventional technique shown in FIG. 8, when it rains during construction, the nail of the fastening device S that fixes the new field material 6, the new backup material B, and the existing horizontal roofing material 3 to the existing rafter 1. Since it leaks from the hole, there is a problem that curing is required, and it takes time and cost for curing.
As described above, the repair structure of the horizontal roof according to the present invention is a structure in which the fastening surface of the newly constructed main building and the waterproof packing are fixed to the existing rafter, and the fastening device that fixes the fastening surface to the existing rafter. The nail hole is closed with a waterproof seal.
Therefore, even if it rains during construction, there is no fear of leaking from the nail hole of the fastening device, and no curing is required. Thus, the labor and cost for curing are not required.

Finally, the effect of preventing the passage of condensed water and rainwater will be described.
The conventional technique has a problem that the tile pier side face K1 of the tile pier K is in contact with the field material, and this impedes water flow.
On the other hand, in the repair structure of a side roof according to the present invention, a hole is provided at a location of a newly constructed main building on an extension line of the upper surface of an existing side roof material.
In addition, one side of the newly constructed purlin is shortened by an amount corresponding to the thickness of the water-stopping packing, and the water-stopping packing is sandwiched under the fastening surface that extends outward from the lower end of this side. I wear it. For this reason, the fastening surface of the newly constructed main building floats from the existing side roofing material by an amount corresponding to the thickness of the water blocking packing, and a gap is formed between the existing side roofing material and the fastening surface.
Condensation water and rainwater that has passed through the holes of the new main roof from the upper surface of the existing side roofing material flow from the gap between the existing side roofing material and the fastening surface, so the water flow is hindered by the fastening surface of the new side roofing material. Can be prevented.

1st Example of the repair structure of a horizontal roof which concerns on this invention is described based on FIGS. The present embodiment is an example of renovation to a one-character roof.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the newly constructed main building 4 from different angles, and FIG. 2 shows a state in which the newly installed main building 4 is attached to the existing side roofing material 3. 3 and 4 show the repair structure of the side roof, FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG. 4, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG. FIG. 5 is a perspective view for explanation.

First, the new main building 4 will be described.
This new main building 4 has an upper surface 41 and left and right side surfaces 42 extending downward at substantially right angles from both sides of the upper surface 41, and one side surface 42 has a water blocking packing 5 than the other side surface 42. It is shortened by an amount corresponding to the thickness of
A fastening surface 44 is formed extending from the lower end of the shorter side surface 42 to the outside at a substantially right angle, and an insertion edge 43 extending from the lower end to the outside at a substantially right angle is formed on the other side surface 42. ing.
A hole is provided at a location of the newly constructed main building 4 on the extension line on the upper surface of the existing side roofing material 3. A hole 45 is formed at a position corresponding to an extension line of the upper surface of the existing side roofing material 3 so that the dew condensation water or rainwater flowing on the upper surface of the existing side roofing material 3 passes through the hole 45 of the new main roof 4. It is. For this reason, the position, number, and size of the hole 45 vary depending on the property, and the present invention does not limit this.
In the case of this embodiment, the height of the side surface 42 on which the insertion edge 43 is formed is substantially the same as the height of the eave side edge of the existing side roofing material 3, so that the corner portion from the side surface 42 to the upper surface 41 is formed. A hole 45 is formed.

The insertion edge 43 of the newly constructed main building 4 configured as described above is inserted into the engaging portion 31 between the side roof materials of the existing side roof. By inserting the insertion edge 43 into the engaging portion 31 between the side roof materials of the existing side roof, the newly constructed main house 4 is temporarily fixed to the existing side roof.
Thus, since the newly constructed main building 4 is temporarily fixed to the existing side roof, there is no need to temporarily fix it with double-sided tape or the like.
Then, lightly tap the surface of the existing side roofing material 3 with a hammer, etc., check the position of the existing rafters, sandwich the water-stopping packing 5 under the fastening surface 44 at a location located above the existing rafters, and The fastening surface 44 and the water-stopping packing 5 are fixed to the existing rafter 1 with a fastening tool S such as a drill screw (drilling, tapping, and tightening can be performed in one step). This state is shown in FIG. 2, which is a view taken along line AA in FIG.

On the newly constructed main building 4 thus fixed, a new roof is sown by a well-known method.
As an example, in FIG. 3 to FIG.
The procedure is as follows. First, the new rafter 8 is fixed on the new purlin 4 with a fastening tool S such as a self-drill screw. After that, the new field material 6 is fixed on the new rafter 8 with a fastening tool S such as a self-drilling screw, and the roofing is laid, and then the one-character roofing material that is the new roof material 7 is spread (FIG. 5). reference). In the case where the sub-rock board is used as the new field base material 6, when the new rafter 8 is fixed on the new main building 4, it may be fixed at an appropriate interval in order to lay the sub-lock board.
In this way, the existing side roof is renovated.

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment. In this example, the height of the eaves side edge of the existing side roofing material 3 is lower than the height of the eaves side edge of the existing sided roofing material 3 of the first example.
Since the hole 45 provided in the new main building 4 is provided at a position corresponding to an extension line of the upper surface of the existing side roofing material 3, in the case of this embodiment, the middle of the side surface 42 on which the insertion edge 43 is formed. Located at height. By doing in this way, the dew condensation water and rain water which have flowed through the upper surface of the existing side roofing material 3 will pass through the hole 45 of the new main building 4.
Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.

FIG. 7 shows an example in which a vertical roof is spread on the newly constructed main house 4.
The configuration in which the newly constructed main building 4 is fixed on the existing side roofing material 3 is the same as that in the first embodiment described above.
On the newly constructed main building 4, the newly installed suspenders 9 are attached at appropriate intervals, and the roof panel of the vertical roof that is the newly installed roof material 7 and the cap material are attached to the newly installed suspenders 9.
