Claims (6)

  A frame 1, a pair of opposing hinge support portions 4, 4 provided to project from the inner periphery of the lower end of the frame body 1, and a rotation support attached to the hinge support portions 4, 4 via hinges 5, respectively. Parts 6, 6, a claw plate 7 that is horizontally supported at a lower position below the upper end of the frame 1 so as to be openable and closable supported by the rotation support parts 6 and 6, and can be opened and closed integrally with the claw plate 7. It comprises an arm plate 8 provided horizontally at a lower position below the upper end of the frame body 1 with the rotation support portions 6, 6 interposed therebetween, and the lower surface of the frame body 1 liquid-wraps the claw plate 7 on the surface of the container 20.
