The dish can be reliably separated.

In addition, since it has an extremely simple structure with an inclined plate, a support frame, a dish guide plate, and a guide plate, it is not only low in cost but also excellent in usability and maintainability.

In addition, by placing a guide bar that guides and supports both ends of the dish in the width direction on the outside of the tilt plate, the drop from the tilt plate of the dish with food and drink supplied from above the tilt plate is prevented. Can be prevented.

For the purpose of improving separation accuracy, usability, and maintainability, the inclined plate with the dish collection hole opened, the support frame that supports the inclined plate with inclination, the food and drink are separated from the dish and the dish is guided to the dish collection hole. And a guide plate for guiding the dish to the collection unit.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the dish sorting mechanism according to the present invention has the following configuration.

In this example, the restaurant where the dish sorting mechanism is installed has a rotating dining table provided with a conveyance path 18 for circulating and transporting the dish 16 on which the sushi serving as the food and drink 14 is placed above the base 12. It is an installed restaurant.

The conveyance path 18 is a circuit formed by pivotally supporting a large number of crescent plates on an endless chain, and is generally called a crescent conveyor or a crescent chain.

Discharge means 20 and a collection path 22 are arranged on the kitchen side of the transport path 18 for collecting the dishes 16 on which the food and drink 14 having deteriorated freshness is arranged.

The dish sorting mechanism according to the present invention is disposed at the lower end of the distal end of the collection path 22, and its configuration will be described in detail below.

An inclined plate 26 having a dish collection hole 24 opened on one side in the width direction is supported on the support frame 28 while being inclined toward the front lower side.

In this example, the dish collection hole 24 is a notch-type opening that is slightly larger than the diameter of the dish 16, and is opened from a position slightly above the center on the left side (left side in FIG. 1) of the inclined plate 26.

The support frame 28 is a pair of flat plates, the lower ends thereof are bent inward, and the bent portion is used as an installation surface. The inclined plate 26 is sandwiched and supported by the pair of flat plates.

A dish guide plate 30 that is inclined from the other side in the width direction of the inclined plate 26 (the right side in FIG. 1) toward the lower end of the dish collection hole 24 is disposed on the lower surface of the inclined plate 26.

In this example, the dish guide plate 30 is a flat plate similar to the inclined plate 26 and is fixed to the surface of the inclined plate 26.

On the back side of the inclined plate 26 (left side in FIG. 3), a guide plate 32 is provided below the tray collecting hole 24 of the inclined plate 26 so as to guide the collected plate 16 to the collecting unit outside.

In this example, the guide plate 32 is also a flat plate, similar to the inclined plate 26, and is inclined to the recovery portion at the lower outer side and is fixed to the support frame 28.

In addition, in order to prevent the dish 16 supplied with the food and drink 14 from being dropped and dropped off from the inclined plate 26, the dish 16 is provided above the inclined plate 26 and the dish guide plate 30. Guide bars 34 for guiding and supporting both ends in the width direction are arranged.

In this example, the guide bar 34 is a long round bar, the upper part is bent outward and upward, one is closer to the center of the inclined plate 26 in the width direction, and the other is in the width direction of the inclined plate 26. It arrange | positions on the other side, respectively, and it has distribute | arranged so that the both ends of the dish 16 may be located between a pair of guide bars 34. FIG.

In the figure, 36 is a collection plate support plate disposed on the other side edge in the width direction of the plate collection hole 24, 38 is a collection container as a collection unit, 40 is a hopper, 42 is a dust box, and 44 is a collection unit housing case. Show.

The process of separating dishes from food and drink using this mechanism will be described in detail below.

First, the dish 16 on which the food and drink 14 having deteriorated freshness is arranged is supplied from the upper part of the inclined plate 26.

The supply of the dish 16 on which the food 14 having deteriorated freshness is arranged on the inclined plate 26 is discharged from the conveying path 18 to the collecting path 22 through the discharging means 20, and is moved to the upper part of the inclined plate 26 by the collecting path 22. And transport and supply.

At this time, the detection of the dish 16 on which the food and drink 14 having deteriorated freshness is arranged is performed by detecting the identification ID given to the dish 16 by the detecting means.

Next, the dish 16 on which the food and drink 14 are arranged descends rapidly toward the dish guide plate 30 due to the inclination of the inclined plate 26.

At this time, both ends of the dish 16 on which the food and drink 14 are arranged are guided by the guide bar 34 disposed on the outside of the inclined plate 26 and the dish guide plate 30, so that the dish 16 is dropped or dropped from the inclined plate 26. Can be prevented.

In addition, the food and drink 14 is forcibly separated from the dish 16 by the impact with the food guide 14 and the dish guide plate 30 due to the load and acceleration of the dish 16 and dropped and discarded to the lower front part.

The food and drink 14 is disposed in the dust box 42 via the hopper 40.

Next, only the dish 16 from which the food and drink 14 has been separated moves toward the dish collection hole 24 along the inclined surface of the dish guide plate 30 toward the lower end of the dish collection hole 24.

Next, when the dish 16 reaches the dish collection hole 24 side, the dish 16 passes through the dish collection hole 24 and tilts toward the back side of the inclined plate 26.

Next, the tilted plate 16 is dumped into the collection container 38 as a collection unit by the guide plate 32 on the back side of the inclined plate 26, and the collection is completed.

At this time, by filling the collection container 38 with warm water and water, the contact sound with the already collected dish can be reduced, and the detachability of food waste adhering to the collected dish 16 can be improved. .

As described above, according to the present invention, the dish 16 provided with the food and drink 14 supplied from above the inclined plate 26 is rapidly lowered toward the dish guide plate 30 by the inclination of the inclined plate 26, and the food and drink 14. The food and drink 14 is forcibly separated from the dish 16 by impact with the dish guide plate 30 due to the load and acceleration of the dish 16, the food and drink 14 is dropped and discarded to the lower front, and only the dish 16 is removed from the dish collection hole 24. Since it guides and collects to the collection container 38 that is a collection unit, the food and drink 14 and the dish 16 can be reliably separated, and the separation and collection accuracy is greatly improved.

In addition, since the tilting plate 26, the support frame 28, the dish guide plate 30, the guide plate 32, and the guide bar 34 are extremely simple in structure, no power is required, so that the cost can be reduced and the usability can be reduced. , Excellent maintainability.

Furthermore, the guide bar 34 can prevent the dish 16 supplied with the food and drink 14 from the upper side of the inclined plate 26 from falling or falling off the inclined plate 26.

In this example, the inclined plate 26 is fixed to the support frame 28, but it is obvious that the inclined angle of the inclined plate 26 can be adjusted.

Further, although the dish guide plate 30 is fixed to the inclined plate 26, it is obvious that the plate guide plate 30 is integrated with the inclined plate 26.

Further, the guide bar 34 is disposed on the outside of the inclined plate 26 and the plate guide plate 30. However, it is obvious that the guide bar 34 is omitted, and the plate 16 does not fall or fall off the inclined plate 26 at that time. Thus, it is obvious that the same operation and effect as in this example can be achieved by optimally adjusting the inclination angle of the inclined plate 26.

Further, by coating the periphery of the dish collection hole 24, the surface of the inclined plate 26, the inclined surface of the dish guide plate 30, the surface of the guide plate 32, and the recovery plate support plate 38, the contact sound of the dish 16 is drastically reduced. It is obvious to improve the mobility.

It is obvious that the collection plate support plate 38 is omitted.

Further, the dish collection hole 24, the inclined plate 26, the support frame 28, the dish guide plate 30, the guide plate 32, the guide bar 34, the collection plate support plate 36, the dish 16, and the collection container 38 of the dish sorting mechanism according to the present invention. The shapes of the hopper 40, the dust box 42, the collection unit housing 44, etc. are not limited to this example, and it is obvious that they can be used as appropriate.

Further, the conveyance path 18 is not limited to the crescent chain, and it is obvious that an endless chain, an endless belt, and other conveyance mechanisms can be adopted.

The food and drink 14 is not limited to sushi, and can be desserts, salads, grilled foods, and fried foods.

The dish sorting mechanism according to the present invention is not limited to a restaurant where a rotating dining table for circulating food and drink is installed, and can also be used in general restaurants.
