- 構造体に取り付けられる耐力要素であって、
前記耐力要素は弾塑性体のエネルギー吸収部を有し、
外力による前記エネルギー吸収部の累積損傷値と、該エネルギー吸収部の表面に塗装された塗料の剥離量との間に所定の相関関係を有する塗料を、
前記エネルギー吸収部の表面に塗装したことを特徴とする耐力要素。 - 鉄骨建物に取り付けられる耐震要素であって、
前記耐震要素は地震エネルギーを吸収する弾塑性体のエネルギー吸収部を有し、
地震による前記エネルギー吸収部の累積損傷値と、該エネルギー吸収部の表面に塗装された塗料の剥離量との間に所定の相関関係を有する塗料を、
前記エネルギー吸収部の表面に塗装したことを特徴とする耐震要素。 - 弾塑性体のエネルギー吸収部を有する耐力要素の劣化診断方法であって、
外力による前記エネルギー吸収部の累積損傷値と、該エネルギー吸収部の表面に塗装された塗料の剥離量との間の相関関係を別途求めておき、
外力発生後に該エネルギー吸収部の表面に塗装された塗料の剥離量から該エネルギー吸収部の劣化を診断することを特徴とする耐力要素の劣化診断方法。
